Customer service is not dead when it comes to the Petaluma store for sunglass hut! Freddie and Steph took care of me and all of my sunglasses needs. I only came in to buy one pair but they were so helpful that they help me find another parent that will go with my ensemble fantastically! Their customer service is high-quality and I will recommend my friends to go there!

Very helpful salespeople there its got alot to select from and prices are the same as internet and u can try them on to see how they look and fit.

Absolutely horrible experience spent over an hour there trying to make a return just for them to tell me to come back another day because they were incapable of doing their jobs. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. Outrageous customer service if there was a 0 star they would have received that
