I received excellent customer service and care at Kenwood Hearing Centers. Lee was thorough, knowledgeable, and very kind in helping me with my hearing problems. He fitted me with great hearing aids that he allowed me to try out for almost 4 weeks.They were reasonably priced and I’m so happy I can hear again.I would recommend Kenwood Hearing Centers to all my family and friends that are experiencing hearing loss.

I got my second set of Hearing Aids from Kenwood Hearing Centers. (My first set was from Costco.)I liked the no-pressure approach that they took, and the time they spent with me, allowing me to try different hearing aids - over a period of weeks! They have negotiated with the hearing-aid manufacturers to get loaner units, and I was able to make appointments easily, and liked the dedicated service they provided. (Costco has good service - but this service was great. I was only allowed to walk around the noisy store to try out hearing aids).They followed up with me post sale, and when one hearing aid stopped working, they saw me right away (turned out that the receiver in canal [tiny speaker] had gotten jammed with earwax), and gave me the kit to swap out the wax-guard.And while I ended up with premium hearing aids, I understand that they will get anyone into hearing aids (that need them, of course) at a price that will fit any budget. Perhaps (not sure, not speaking for them) by leveraging older units that have been traded in.The biggest dramatic thing I continually notice is the difference in hearing when I take the hearing aids out at the end of the day before bed - it is then do I realize just how much my hearing aids are adding.

A friend recommended Kenwood Hearing Centers and the experience has been outstanding.Lee has been very helpful and informative though out the process.Lee explained how Kenwood Hearing Center would perform an in-depth hearing evaluation/test and review the results with me. In addition, we discussed when I first noticed the hearing loss and type of environments, etc. We then discuss solutions available and if I was interested in a hearing solution. After I selected the hearing aid Lee explained how Kenwood Hearing Centers allows you to test various types over a few days each to allow you to make an informed decision. We discussed insurance options and I tested several different types until I found one that was comfortable and worked great.The overall experience with everyone at the Kenwood Hearing Centers was excellent….I highly recommend Kenwood Hearing Centers for anyone who thinks they might need assistance with a possible hearing loss…

Bill was always patient and helpful dealing with my father for many years and now has helped me with hearing aids. It took a few years because he didnt encourage me to buy them when I didnt have a great need for them and wasnt comfortable wearing them. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and help. I loved that there was no pressure to buy until it was right for me.

My mother is 80 years old and just moved here to California a little bit over a year ago. Shes had the same hearing aids for the past 7 years and was due for some new ones since technology has changed. I found a Kenwood Hearing Center that was very close to our house which is convenient. I set up an appointment for my mom to get a baseline hearing test and also see what her options were. The person that assisted us was Lee. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable in answering our questions we had about the tests and products that fit my moms needs. Long story short after testing out different types of hearing aids for my mom, we ended up purchasing her a pair. Overall Lee did an outstanding job and gave us a great customer experience. I highly recommend anyone in need to visit this particular hearing center in Petaluma.

Bill is so wonderful, caring, thorough and helpful. My first visit with Bill was in 2014. Bill spent a month with me letting me test drive hearing aids to figure out the best fit for me. Unfortunately at that time I was in denial and didn’t follow through with purchasing. Fours years later and a move to Oregon I contacted Kenwood Hearing Center to see if they could assist me as I was not liking the service or devices I had received from an Oregon facility. They still had my records and gave me ideas of what I could do. I made an appointment and drove to Petaluma, CA, met with Bill, he provided me with temporary hearing aids until I could meet with an audiologist he just started working with in Oregon near me. I am so happy and look forward to working with both audiologists to resolve my hearing issues.I highly recommend Kenwood Hearing Center and Bill Giles. Thank you!

The entire staff are wonderful to work with. They are patient and treat you with respect. I could not believe how hard both Bill and Lee Diles worked to make sure that I had everything I needed to improve my hearing and make my new hearing aides successful. They were kind, respectful, professional, patient and kind. Much better than previous offices I had been referred to and would recommend them highly.
