My parents were visiting from Arizona and my Mother forgot her hearing aid charger. The trip could have been a huge disaster without her ability to hear.We popped into the hearing center and they lent us a charger...even though we were not clients!!! They saved the visit with my 90 year old Mom and we were able to enjoy every minute of our time together.I cannot say enough about their kindness and assistance,. I would refer them to ANYONE!!

Customer service is top notch. They were very helpful in solving a problem with my hearing aid. Give them a try if you need hearing aid assistance!

Everyone is always friendly, they remember their clients personally, and they are flexible and accommodating. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time and everything goes smoothly. My hearing aids have been programmed and refined many times and they are eager to find what works for me.

Dennis takes a real interest in your hearing situation and has prescribed the device that has brought my hearing back to almost normal with the latest in high tech in those devices. Highly recommend PPHC.

Bought a pair of Starkey Halo hearing aids there a year ago. Ive gone back several times for tune-ups and the staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and informative. This is a big purchase, but its reassuring to have Park Place there for me after the sale.
