I needed a charger cord for my phone. Duncan was friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. He gave me precisely what I needed, made sure I understood all of the details, and asked if I had any questions or wanted anything else. Duncan completed our transaction swiftly and efficiently and invited me to return, which I certainly will do.

US Cellular employees are good people to work with because they ask questions to see whats wrong with your phone and you tell them and they go right to the point and there they are respectful to their customers.

The store called me when my phone was in. I came in, they gave me the paperwork, transferred everything over, and did their best to make sure it was as fast and easy as possible. They didn’t have the otterbox I was looking for, but ordered it. I was able to leave with another case andI can get Otterbox defender when it comes in.

Due to Covid restrictions and reduced in-store inventory, the process was a bit rocky. The in-store and online customer service was stellar!
