I purchased a new iPhone SE 3.5 months ago only to have more issues than I did with my old iPhone 7. So I went in a spoke with Molly, she explained everything well and took my complaints seriously. At the end she got me out of the SE and into an iPhone 12. I’m extremely happy with the situation now and the customer service was some of the best I have received in the past few years.

If I could do half a star I would because they didn’t want to answer my 4 calls during the hours that they are open.

I love this store! By appointment only during Covid. I felt great about the one on one.

Rob was amazing today! He was quick, knowledgeable and ws working alone, but didnt once make me feel rushed. He was so smooth with his circumstances and without a stress. They are always nice there when I go!

Got a note 10 for my daughter. In and out fastest- i ever got a phone at any store. I could have bought on the internet. Yet, would rather deal with a person instead. A lot of help here. The store is awesome..

Ive been getting my phones here for at least 20 years . The main reason is for the excellent customer service. They have always been very helpful and I will continue to go here for phones and service .

Wonderful staff. I was inspired by the team work of a man who was aight impaired with the manager who did not have his same expertise in the product. Fabulous teamwork

Glenn was great - he set up my new iPhone and downloaded my data while I was off getting coffee! Made the whole process super-simple.

Employees are friendly but they are limited on how helpful they can be if you are a current customer. We are often told they cant answer our questions and to call customer service so it seems unless you are a new customer or upgrading the store is more for purchasing overpriced accessories.

Glen was great. Took care of us quickly and efficiently.

This location is great. I have had a few glitches back and forth with verizon in general, but as far as this location they are extremely personable and handle things on an individual basis. I recently had a completely one off situation with a faulty charger breaking in the first month and they offered me a replacement (of course that could never be a repeat thing but it means a lot when a company can empathize with a situation like this) it was a brand new phone and I was extremely bummed at the thought of having to replace something that should not have broken. They are extremely professional and wonderful people and I am glad I am local to them instead of dealing with Verizon customer service.

Just had screen protector put on my phone. She did it so quick there are several bubbles on the screen now from dust not being cleaned off.

Went in today to try and have a phone reset and Nancy helped me. She was really rude, especially when she found out we switched carriers. And that’s exactly why we switched RUDE customer service and poor coverage.

Went in to switch a sim card from a blackberry to a galaxy s4. They factory reset the s4, lost tons of data, and for no reason! Completely unnecessary, not a sociable manager either. Id suggest training the staff so they dont wipe data from customers phones...

When I to get a new phone I only had $109 n I asked if they can drop the price from $114.99 to $109 but they drop it to $108

Much better off to to an official Verizon store.
