You have to visit if youre in the area. The olive and balsamic oils and oil blends are all available to taste test before you buy. There are other consignment items for sale, including spices and essential oils. Again, well worth the trip!

Some really cool flavor combinations! My favorite for bread is the herbes de Provence oil with the lavender balsamic vinegar. I also LOVE the green chili oil for cooking and finishing oil.My only gripe is that it can get pricy quick if you want more than a bottle or two.It would be really awesome if they sold fresh bread and maybe some cheeses as well. A one stop shop would be amazing!

Awesome selection of oils, vinegars and spices to cook with. Sales people knowledgable about pairings of flavors. Also have a selection of essential oils, (sadly not food grade) but extensive none the less. Would like to see more oils of the medicinal and food grade type.they also have a bottle recycling program,bring them back a clean bottle and get a dollar off! Good for the environment and your wallet.

A friend took me to the shop right before Thanksgiving. We tasted just about everything. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I bought a bottle of vinegar and oil each for my son and family. My friend bought me a bottle of Honey Ginger white balsamic. OMG it is so amazingly delicious!

Oils are excellent! Spices are great! Pricey but thats the going rate of olive oils that quality.

Was introduced to this shop a couple years ago and it has become my go to shop for all things oil, vinegar, and spices.The variety is something you will never find in a supermarket, and most likely you havent seen or heard of the different flavors.You can sample any and all of the different balsamic vinegars (white and dark) and oils, as well as all of the salts and spice blends.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help guide you to different flavors and combinations, whether you have a recipe in mind or you are just looking to try something new. They also provide a plethora of different recipes to try, both in store and in their website.There are many different size bottles you can purchase, including sample sizes for trying without buying too much.Their new salt and spice room is a must see, as well as their selection of essential oils.This place is well worth the drive (I come from Merrimack) and is located in downtown Peterborough, so you can make a day out of a trip there.I cant recommend them highly enough.
