Returning core parts is relatively easy.

They are usually very helpful and I have always been able to get what I needed here with no problems

They good but need more help in the store for better coverage of customer flow. Many places are in the same boat.

My car had to be jumped at home. Drove to AutoZone and they were so helpful! They tested my battery and it needed to be replaced, they did replacement and I was on my way quickly! Super nice and knowledgeable employees.

The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. When my mom and I arrived, we were helped immediately. We picked up a pair of windshield wipers and asked if they would install them. Not only were they installed for us, but the salesman noticed that the wipers werent aligned, so he took the time to realign them so that they would work properly. We appreciated how he went the extra mile.

Autozone cares, and that is why I changed previous rating.

I was in auto zone yesterday between 10-11. I took my items to the counter to have them rung up it was two employee standing talking. Another employee came in clocked in went to the back I guess thinking one of the other two would help. I stood at the counter all of 20 minutes still no one helped just stood and talk to each other I know they saw me standing right there so I kindly left my items in the store and went to another store. I felt they were very rude. I will never do business with them again!

Customer service was really poor, they had multiply employees in the store and only 1 register running after being inline four about 30 minutes I left. Ther 1 person that was helping people in the store had on a store managers badge, but it looked to me that he didnt know a thing, was taking entirely to long with one customer. The service is terrible at this location its like that everytime I go in there, I truly believe that they need new employees at this location...

Associate knew exactly what I needed when I told him of my issue and got me in and out very quickly. He was very courteous to me and my young nephew.

They hired a stalker. He applied at AutoZone for the service purpose of stalking his victim. He drives a PT Cruiser. Very in helpful and unknowledgeable. Management has been made aware of his activities and they still send him out to deliver parts to places that his victim also delivers parts to. I will not be returning to this location and I will not recommend AutoZone to anyone.

Went to get a brake master cylinder that i ordered, took a while but i got the right part but it wasnt the price they quoted. After I asked before time it was $81.00 with tax. But when I picked it up it was $89.00 with ra. So wrong. Wont deal with them again

Ordered over the phone and the part was suppose to be in the next day. The part never showed but kept saying expected for delivery. The next day came and still no part. The ordered got cancelled without my knowledge and still they tried to fix it but didnt. We waited 4 days for a part needed next day and very disappointed.

Cindy doesnt need to be working there! Every time I go into this location shes there so I always end up getting stuck with her. Every single time she has either given me the wrong part or doesnt know what to look for even though I tell her the exact name of the part! This last time she decided to say our part wasnt under warranty which we knew for a fact it was under lifetime! I called every other autozone around and they all said it popped right up as lifetime warranty. Not sure why autozone employed her. Once when I was returning a part the guy returning it for me said wow this part isnt for a truck its for a car and asked who got it for me for which I remembered who because I always have her, I said Cindy he said yeah figures I dont even know how shes still here she doesnt know anything. Come one if one of the employees says that about her you already know shes dumb. Get her on stock or just out of the place entirely, keep her off the front!
