Sigh* The first time I went in the store and asked the LADY for some tools she looked at me and asked me if I had someone to install it and stalled before selling it to me. I retired as a mechanic in the army so yes give me what I ask for. (I didn’t say that out loud) I didn’t say much except “yea I’ll be fine.” At the end of day she was helpful in fear of my car I assume.Day 2 I went to go acquire more tools so I can fix my car finally. I purchased it online and went to pick it up like 10 mins later which was a bad idea. I didn’t read the fine print. So he told me that it wouldn’t arrive until 1030 am. It’s now 8:49 am. I said “That’s fine. Does any other store close by have them?” He looks at his computer and says no. So I go online right then and there and call up stores to see if they have my specific tool. Low and behold 3 miles away they do and it took me all but 5 mins that apparently he didn’t have time to do. (I’m sure it would of took him significantly less time to accomplish). And that’s my REAL reason for the 3 stars.

Great parts very knowledgeable about their product they offer suggestions as to how to get it done correctly. A bit pricey but the parts are quality and that is what i look for when having to deal with a auto parts store

Parts person John he was so helpful top-of-the-line best counter best Napa and Ive been to a lot of it if you get a chance go talk to John One Stop Shop Nobody Does it Like Napa keep up the good work nap in Petersburg on Market Street

I never write reviews but this is well needed. Please dont bother going here . their employees are very rude ! My fiance waited because online it says they open at 730am and his work truck Needs a part before he can go out and work. The employee opens the door little after 7:30am and said do you not have anything better to do I still need to open my cash register ... Very rude . He obviously was there because he called last night about the part and they tell him they have it and he gets treated like that just to find out another employee was wrong on the part, they didnt even have it .. Lesson learned just go to advance auto
