Good place if you dont want to be stuck in Walmart

I like FD...has things that you need for everyday life fairly priced and they have a little bit of everything from DIY projects, home improvement, houseware, tools and even car care products and they dont try to be anything theyre not

First, the Smart Coupons website is terrible. Not the stores fault, but anyway. I walk up to the register and I watch, who I assume is the manager on duty, ringing himself up with Apple pay. I place my items down and he does not acknowledge me at all. He calls over the cashier to come ring because he needs to go to the office. He grabs his receipt and drink and walk away still saying nothing to me. The cashier at least said good morning to me.

I like this Store is always clean and the General manager always great me when I go there he is friendly and his team are friendly too.I always find what I need they all working very hard to serve usI like the team of that store and happy to shop over there any time I have a chance

I enjoy shopping at Family Dollar, l visited the one on Crader Rd., I left one of my items; l tried to call and know one answered.

This location closes whenever the staff feel like closing. Ive been there on two occasions where the doors were locked and the lights were off. It was during business hours. Wont ever go there again!

This place is horrible especially the general manager. FYI if you hire someone especially a TEENAGER for they’re first job don’t turn around and not give them the job because they didnt have the uniform you wanted them to have 2 day BEFORE they were supposed to start and out of spite.

Everyone working there is very friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra distance for their customers. Even the newest employees are friendly and try to help even if they have to ask some of the long term employees. Its a pleasure to shopAt our local Family Dollar Store.

I went in this store Monday night, to the manager, who was rude, told me, I had to leave my purse at the register. I can take my things out, but had to leave it or leave. I left. I had small-medium purse. Not a big 1.I didnt know you could not bring your purse in the store.

Long line manager talks too much holding up lines

I went to this trash location to get some cough medicine . After a few mins of looking I asked one of the not so helpful associates if there were anymore of the product I was inquiring about in the back, she told me as far as she knew everything as out on the floor (last I checked that means youre not sure) but did nothing to check. I finally find an alternatve, bring it up to the counter none of the 3 people behind the counter even acknowledged that I was there 2 of them were to busy laughing at what sounded like a herpes joke one employee pointed to a spot on her face and made the comment is that like a Christmas thing, so as I sit there waiting finally the original associate who wasnt a help said shed be able to ring me out after she was done with whatever she was doing (looked like another sidebar conversation to me) so I just left the product at the counter and exited the store . Then the herpes girl came outside to my car (I assumed to apologize for the terrible service) But no this poor excuse of a female actually came out to ask me if I had brought in the water bottle I had (which was more than half empty) so after all that they had the audacity to insinuate that I might have shoplifted . Do yourself a favor and stay away from This family dollar

Family Dollar store has a lot of items I use weekly for a reasonable price

Store is not equipped to accept cash. Signs on the door and register because this location is only excepting debit or credit. In addition to this there was only one register open.
