Matt and Bobby were helpful and polite. Matt went out of his way to help me learn how to cancel a Amazon return and then start the return again so I could get a barcode vs a label. Both of these employees get the 5 stars of service. Thank you guys! Ill definitely use this location again

Horrible service unfortunately it is the closest location to my work. I will not be using at all I will drive out of my way to not use this store

Incredibly helpful! Highly recommend! Mike was very helpful and walked us through our Amazon return when the Other UPS store messed up and set us our returned package back to our house. They patiently provided us with the appropriate instructions to get the return label corrected and applied to this package. I would highly recommend this specific location!

Not sure when it went into effect and I realize times are tough and you guys need to make money. CHARGING CUSTOMERS $2+ in COMPUTER USAGE is crazy. A 1 sided B&W is $2.60 because I emailed it. Guess I’ll spend the money on a printer and select UPS pick up for Amazon returns.

After leaving my authorized Amazon return with them I was called and told that since theyre not a real ups store that they wont take it and I had to drive back to pick it up. I had an authorization number and all, what a joke and an absolute waste of my time.

My package was shipped to wrong customer, I had to gather details to fix it before they would provide return label and they seemed annoyed that I was not pleased. Not cool. No customer refund, no expedited shipping to correct offered, no coupon/credit for future business. I was concerned that a return that I also did the same day showed status still at store a week later. They said to call customer service and couldnt confirm if it left the store or not only blaming it on software glitch. No responsibility or accountability at all. Bye

I went to this ups store on Sunday which the website states they were open from 11-4 but when I got there they were closed! I drove all the way from delafield just bc the website stated it was open! They should have updated the website! Waste of my gas, time!

I have had to come in a few times for printing services, and though it is not as easy as I would hope it would be to print, I must say the customer service I receive here is great. The young man Mike is always exceptionally helpful, and is a ray of sunshine in human form. Ask for him the next time you stop by and you will not be disappointed!!!

Actually I have very very bad experience with this location very rude people no professional guys they don’t even know how to create return label when they have opened a ups store to help people to create label but better to go to Waukesha location where they know how to do that thanks

I have had to use this UPS store in the past as my business ships with UPS. I hoped this visit would have been better, but unfortunately it was not. The gentleman that has been rude and obtrusive in the past was in the back as I showed up at 6:32PM (Close at 6:30) with a contract that needed to be sent out the following day. I am aware it wasn’t going out tonight, but I have to catch a flight at 5:30AM the next day so I needed to drop it off this evening.Instead of coming to the door he ignored me and went out the back. I hope I never have to use this UPS location again. Funny thing is he has a big sign on the door stating that this UPS store is “owned and operated by a member of our community”. He sure didn’t act like a stand up member of the community that I would want to do business with or be associated with.

Unfortunately, this is the closest UPS location. This place and their staff are difficult to deal with. Ive been coming here for 4 years and its only half way acceptable when the one person is there. Come to think of it I havent seen him much...he probably got sick of it and quit...Ill drive out of my way to avoid this place in the future!!!

Not helpful, condescending attitude, dont you read directions?. Hey, its just a quick label question, do you have to be mean. If you want a receipt be sure to ask, it wont be offered. I will only go here if I absolutely have to.

We have been using this location for years, and are always pleased with the service and convenience they offer.

I was very hesitant coming here, especially after reading the previous reviews. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but i should have stayed away. First, theres no computer to use yourself and print what you need.(FedEx does) And so you have to email the store what you need printed. Secondly, the woman there couldnt figure out how to print the shipping label i just sent to her and had to call over another person and he had an attitude about everything. Then he was just dumbfounded that i needed him to also print the RMA paperwork that i needed to put into the box. Will never go here again. Would rather pay the extra money and just go to the Fedex on Bluemound.

The least helpful customer service ANYWHERE!!!!Do not go to this store for any reason other than to spit on them.Went in, asked them for help. The response he gave to EVERYTHING I asked was, Call the 1-800 number. Whats the point of having a storefront if you dont actually do anything beyond reciting a phone number? Useless. Id rather have a BM featuring a whole, undigsted watermelon than ever give UPS business again.

Went in to return my Uverse equipment. I looked for a nearby UPS Store and saw the previous review about the owner/manager being not very helpful. The guy started with an attitude, but I called him on it. He appologized and was helpful and informative afterwards.
