Everything about this experience was wow! I called other glass shops and they all wanted to charge me $380-$500 and I had to wait over 5 days to be seen.Finally on my last attempt I called David. David had other work to do today and still managed to fit me in.After chatting, I found out he has 15 year in the business. The level of skilled professionalism shows 100%. Wow! David and his techs service was outstanding! I called them today asking for a windshield replacement and he was able to replace it same day! By far cheaper than every other place I looked into AND they came to me. It took less than two hours and they put my inspection and other stickers on the new glass and even clean out the abundance of leaves I had accumulated. Awesome service and good communication. Fixed my rock chip on windshield promptly and professionally. Even offered warranty of no more cracking through from work performed and if it does then replacing windshield with him gets the amount paid for chip repair deducted. Very honest and fair priced. I needed my highlander and rav 4 windshield replaced. I was told he couldnt replace the highlander because of the sensors would need to be recalibrate and he doesnt have the equipment. I didnt know that needed to be done and he could of just replaced it and got the money. He wanted take sure that my family was safe first. He was able to replace the rav4 and did a great job.

I was going to replace the windshield but David was able to repair for a much lower price! He also provided a 60 day warranty and if the window cracks he will deduct what I paid today against a total windshield replacement! Super honest, reliable person. Highly recommend!

Back in the beginning of the pandemic last April 2020, David and his men came out and changed my glass right in my driveway. No shards were ever found. The windshield, almost a year later is in superb condition. I know who we will call for auto glass repair next time.

I first tried several other places to get my driver door window replaced and got 3 quotes that seemed real high to me. Then I called Payless Mobile Glass and Davids quote was substantially lower than anything I got so far. He surprised me as he came the same day and had the window replaced in no time. When I went out and talked to David after he finished I saw that he had also fixed a chip in my windshield that I had not asked to be fixed. He said he just planned on doing it as a courtesy since he was already there and did not expect payment. I asked what he normally charges and added it to the door window along with a tip. The total including the tip was less than the next lowest quote I got for just the door window. David was pleasant, professional and quick! I could not ask for better workmanship or price. Called on a Saturday at around 11.30am to make an appointment for next weekend; they were due to close at 12.30. David, who answered the phone said he could still come to my home today. After I contacted my insurance company as David suggested, he arrived as promised just after 1pm. Two chips needed fixing and were repaired promptly in my driveway, David cheerfully explaining what he was doing as he worked. Great job from a 15 year glass repair veteran.

He was very polite, I called today and he did it today. I had to replace my windshield, it was the most reasonable price I had gotten. I had to use my credit card because I couldnt get to my bank in time. I dont like the old school way of writing the numbers down anything could happen with that. But overall good customer service and fast and reasonable.

This guy was absolutely amazing!! Got my window shattered and my purse stolen out of my truck last night, so it was scary trying to drive it with the wind and glass shards! Even though my house is a little out of his range, he came out here anyways, no extra charge!! And only charged me about half of the amount that everyone else was asking for!! He was on time, waited for me to get there (I was late), super fast and friendly, all while working out in the sun, on a 105+ degree day!!.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling him for any window repair!!! Broke my car window and called this place and unlike other places that were charging me an arm and leg, I got a great deal and service done within 1 hour. I was very pleased and I decided to give a tip and he said, youre a single mom dont worry about it, just want to make sure you and your baby are safe. Wow. I will return and refer others.

Let me start off by saying this was the most efficient job ever. I called him to ask for a quote and ended up getting an appt. the same day. He got to my house in less than an hour and was able to fix the crack on my windshield. You can hardly tell where it was unless you are actually trying to look for it. My husband and I are extremely pleased with his service. Prices are half the prices other companies quote you on and he doesnt have any hidden fees like the others (safelite). Also super easy to pay since he has his card reader. I will definately be giving his number to family and friends.

So much bad stuff happened at this shop, to long to list...So for the complete story go to:paylessautorepairsucks.co mThe short version:Payless Auto Repair (Pflugerville) charged 735.85 for a brake job, had the car 6 months, after 6 months the brakes were still totally non-functional, (as in... the pedal bottoms out on the floor and doesnt stop)Then the owner Ray, ran my classic 1970 Gremlin into the garage wall - doing several thousand dollars worth of damage... and refused to take responsibility... He said it was the cars fault because the brakes didnt work... and was belligerent as all get out yelling at me- He actually said he was going to sue me for the damage to his garage...after he was supposed to fix the brakes... and he wrecked my car...unbelievable!Then, he wouldnt give me the keys until the cops forced him to. He said I owed him $65.00 for a consultation fee... where he had to take my car to a different mechanics shop to figure out how to fix it (which he never got around to doing).
