Very pleased with the service. My family and I had evacuated from southern Louisiana due to Hurricane Ida and on our trip we caught a rock on the highway that damaged our windshield really badly. I was shopping around and Tovar was the only local glass people that answered when I called. We have a BMW 3 Series so we called the local BMW and also got a quote from Safelite. Neither were able to help us out before the end of next week. Mr Tovar, Raul, answered my call right away. I sent him my info and called me back promptly with a great quote that he expressed concern of the cost for as courtesy, but he was much less than the others and I didnt even have to file a claim on my insurance. He scheduled me from 2pm-6pm and the install tech, Javier, promptly arrived at our hotel for 2pm with my windshield in hand. He told me about 45 min and was done in less than 30 with perfection. Cant even tell that it isnt a factory windshield. They were both very friendly, courteous, and professional. We are very appreciative of these gentleman. I would recommend them to anyone passing through town or if you are a local that hasnt heard of them. 5 STARS ALL DAY🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I woke up yesterday to a shattered driver side rear window. Because of COVID I don’t really leave the house much so I have no idea what happened. I called these guys at 8am this morning and they said they could get it done today or tomorrow or whenever worked for me. I had no idea they were coming to me until I called back to set a time (I called 5 other places and they had the best deal)!They showed up during my lunch break and had it fixed in under an hour! They even cleaned the road and inside of my car where there was shattered glass. Amazing and nice guys. The father and son showed up to fix my window.THEY ARE GREAT!
