It was hard to find a couch that checked all our boxes, we took our time to review options online and visited multiple furniture stores before getting to Texas Leather Interiors. We visited the showroom twice and had many questions that Lance, our salesman, helped us to answer, he was very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. We finally decided to order a custom-made sectional made in California USA. I remember I spent like two hours on the showroom deciding between hundreds of color options, Lance was extremely patient. They delivered it 6 months later as promised on time and zero errors, it was worth the price and the wait. I love the quality and comfort and how beautiful and modern it looks in our living room.

I went into the Austin store last November and was so impressed by the quality of their furniture. Chris was so helpful and explained how the process worked and gave us a time frame of when our furniture would come in. By luck it came in a bit early. We love it. We’ve gone in and bought a patchwork ottoman/coffee table which looks fantastic! We’ve bought some art and several lamps and I’m happy with everything we’ve purchased. We saw a new chair that just came into the store and my husband and I decided that we just have to have that chair also. Lance and Gilbert are so helpful and friendly. When you make a purchase here you feel like family. You can’t go wrong with any of the furniture in the store!

I was referred to Texas Leather Interiors and I can say without a doubt, that was the best advice. My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted with respect and courtesy. We had all of our questions answered promptly and shown all options that fit our ideas and wants. Our salesman, Lance, had a very good eye for detail and what worked for us with our living room space. Once we pick out a couch and color, Lance was very helpful with choosing an ottoman to match our couch. While Lance was finalizing our paper work and getting everything together to complete the sale, Gilbert another salesman chatted with my wife and I and made us feel welcome and appreciated. After the sale was complete, we all were talking and lost track of time due to the friendliness and welcoming environment these two outstanding guys created. Once our couch and ottoman were delivered, my wife and I can truly say you would not be disappointed with Texas Leather. They truly care about you as a customer and about theirs products. With todays world environment it was refreshing to know that there are still people out there that truly care.

We found a great couch and recliner at Texas Leather. We were able to customize it to fit exactly what we were looking for. Everywhere else we went had a lot of limitations to what you could customize but here you could do just about anything. Lance was very patient and helpful without pushing us in any one direction. Now the couch and recliner look great in our new place!

No need to go anywhere else. Texas Leather Furniture has US made, top quality leather furniture and its all leather, the back, sides, seats, every surface. The experience in the store was the best. Gilbert helped us and he was very patient, he gave us space to look and ask questions when we were ready. Gilbert was very attentive to our prefences and took the time to listen to what we wanted. Our new sectional was delivered today and we are thrilled with it. The house smells like a new pair of leather cowboy boots!

Staff is chill. They know their stuff is good, so no need to pressure you at all. Their couches are leather all around,instead of leather on the front and plastic on the back, that you get elsewhere. Due to Covid, delivery was slow, but within the time they promised us... Because they are in touch with their whole supply chain.And of course this stuff should last a couple of decades. Wanted to take a moment and let you know why my wife and I just recently purchased 2 custom made recliners from Chris. We could have bought custom leather traditional recliners at several locations around Austin, but we chose to do business with Chris at Texas Leather Furniture. I find that most reviews say such and such personal or business is the best, etc, but to me that doesnt really make a connection because what is the best??? For us, the why is because Chris made a connection with us upon 10 seconds of entering the showroom. He wasnt pushy, pressuring, or sales man like. He was just authentic with us and listened to what we were looking for and then showed us some suggestions based on what we told him were our preferences. Chris was extremely patient, courteous and very kind. It was conversational in nature and not my typical experience of making a high dollar purchase in other industries. Texas leather and furnitureMy wife and I went into Texas Leather and Furniture to look at a new love seat. We wanted to replace my recliner.Lance and Gilbert were the salesman that greeted us with a smile as it was a slow day for them and was happy to see a customer. We asked for a love seat that had a recliner and we liked the idea of a larger size. We also wanted it soft and puffy and lots of cushion. And we wanted some sort of divider in the middle to make a armrest. So we would have essentially 2 recliners or one nice loveseat. The salesman showed us this removable center pillow style cushion with cup holders that fit in the seam of the 2 cushions and we loved it. It was a extra to add it but it was a feature we wanted in the beginning and so we opted to pay extra for it. Loved the fact we could remove it to make it one seat.We finally tried out a few and got to the one we loved. It ended up being called a 1 and 1/2 size loveseat, so it was smaller than a couch and bigger than your average love seat. I loved the way it felt like it had lots if room to stretch out. We could also remove the center cushion and I could lay down on the whole loveseat and I was able to fit in it like a smaller couch and stretch out and not have to lay all curled up. And they said it was there best seller too as it was the most comfortable love seat and had all the features that one would want.We asked a few questions and the salesman knew what they were talking about and not just telling us things to have us buy from them.When it was time to pick out the color, wow...lots to choose from!!! We had examples from every color you could think of. If you want a custom color for some furniture, this is the place for you.We took our time and They didn’t rush us at all. We would take each choice and lay it next to the love seat and was able to visualize the color. We also had pictures on our phone we looked at to find some wall shots. ((***When you come in to look and buy...TAKE PICTURES of your WALLS and other FURNITURE!!***)) then you can help match the color better. We found a few pics we happened to have on our phones and made it work.When it comes to price, it’s based on the leather you choose.We finally found a nice brown color.When we got to the check out area the salesman went over a few options, warranty, did we want electric recliner or manual. We ended up getting the warranty as we have dogs and know we might use it. I hate buying those, but felt the price was reasonable and knowing my luck I would need it in the 5 years it lasted. We got explained again in full detail that the warranty covers one dog tear and after that we have to pay. Ok sounds good as the salesman explained before with the protected style we picked out it would help against that. Also covered stains and not normal wear and tear. Also was explained that the frame had a lifetime warranty included.We also had to pay for delivery but again another one of those hate to pay extra. They call it white glove service, I call it put some gloves on and move it.The electric seemed like a good price to add and we figured we will have this loveseat for possibly a very long time. And might as well get that really nice feature added.WE WILL BE BACK!! You should check them out too!!I’ll update this if we have a bad experience with the product or delivery when we get it. If there is no update then all went well.

The selection was far better than anything we had found and the prices were good. They had a better selection of colors and quality of leather than we had seen anywhere in our extensive search. We were able to select every single detail of our new furniture and absolutely loved the results. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. Charles Dorset helped us create a custom leather couch and was so patient with us in helping us choose the exact features we were looking for. After going to the big chain stores, my wife and I decided to give this place a try. After all it has Texas in its name. Anything with Texas must be good and big.Walking in an hour before they closed we were greeted by the manager Chris. This guy knows his leather and furniture. A very resourceful and respectful representative at this store. I think Chriss social and sales skills is what also made us feel comfortable with our purchase from Texas leather. You can definitely tell the difference in quality and comfort with their furniture. As my wife and I began to look around Chris asked is if it was okay for our children to watch TV while we shopped. We were heck yeah!! LoL. Our kids behaved very well and were quiet while we shopped.As a few other customers came into the store, Chris gave them the same customer service while managing to keep us informed with our questions and concerns.As we were ready to sit down and talk numbers Chris gave us the knowledge about the difference in qualities with the leather they offered. Even explained to us about their deals going on. He told us about them honoring military veterans with a discount before even knowing we were veterans. That was a plus in my book!Needless to say we enjoyed our shopping experience here. Chris really made the deal go smooth. They do have financing available as long as you qualify. Everything here is hand made and made in the USA with the exception of their Italian selection. Chris did mention to us that wasnt made in the USA. That was an easy scratch off of my choices.Dont be deterred by the size of the store. Parking was a breeze. You can park in the back or front of the store. Access from I-35 is pretty good too. Bathrooms were super clean and nice.

We went to a couple of the big name stores before stopping in to Texas Leather Furniture. Not a huge showroom but they have a good variety. Chris was very helpful and we found exactly what we were looking for. Chris let us take home several leather samples so we could select the best color and texture to match our living room. He helped us select the perfect sizes for the power reclining sectional so it fit our living room. We also found the perfect floor lamp to go with the new furniture, that was a bonus. We searched many stores and online for theatre seating for our media room. Nothing comfortably fit my 6 foot tall husband and we could not find any ready made theatre seating with power lumbar and power shoulder and neck support. Texas Leather Furniture came to our rescue with quality, custom tailored gorgeous furniture that fit our every requirement! We worked with Lance who helped us pick the perfect high quality leather and color by using our carpet sample and pictures of our room. Because of covid there was some delay in getting our furniture but the wait was worth it. The beauty, quality and comfort of our custom theatre seating seriously took our breath away upon delivery and it still does. OMG - what a great place. We worked with Chris to purchase new leather furniture that would withstand four dogs and be a good napping place for their humans. Wow, did we ever hit the jackpot. We selected the most comfortable couch, love seat, and power recliner (with USB ports!!). It was just delivered last week and I had already napped on it after about 20 minutes. It was perfect - the color was exactly what we wanted, the cushions firm but squosshy, too, and the pieces fit in our room like it was made for it (actually, it was!!). The delivery men from San Antonio were so very professional and even recycled the packing materials. If you want good, high quality leather furniture, make this your first stop - you will pay more for it but you get so much more for your money. They also have a great loaner program since most of the couches/sofas are custom made and take a while to receive them. We had an issue with the first set of loaners they brought out, but they quickly resolved it by sending us a new set (Thanks Charles!). The items in the store are great to get a feel for your style. They are also not pushy at all. My first time there, I was just peeking in to see what they offer and I was pleasantly surprised. Once we decided on what we wanted the process was easy, painless and we are super happy with our purchase! We did have a couple of minor cosmetic issues during the transit of our couches but with the warranty and customer satisfaction Texas Leather Furniture prides itself on, Chris was able to get a Tech out to take care of the issue. The quality of the leather can really be felt and the couches are extremely comfortable, we have full confidence they will last a long time. If you are in the market for some new furniture, I recommend you at least check them out. We absolutely LOVE our new sectional! Chris is awesome to work with. We went in a few weeks ago as we NEEDED new couches. We have dealt with other furniture stores and service was horrible. The sales team at Texas Leather is great! They do not try to force a buy on you, but educate you on their leathers. Luckily they had the sectional we decided on in stock and were able to get them quickly. After delivery we noticed an issue with sectional and they sent a technician to fix it. Even visitors love the sectional. This is our new furniture for sure.

We custom ordered two power recliner sofas and one power recliner swivel glider/rocker from Texas Leather. I was nervous about the purchase because the three pieces were relatively expensive and the leather samples available to choose from were rather small. I selected the color “saloon night sky” which appeared darker than I wanted, but the sales associate Charles assured me that it would look lighter in a big piece and after being stretched to make the furniture. Fortunately, Charles was right – the color turned out to be a dark grey/charcoal combination which was exactly what I was hoping for. The furniture is gorgeous!There were a number of things about Texas Leather that made us spend the extra money to order custom furniture. I had searched all the furniture stores in Austin and was having difficulty finding leather furniture in a color I liked that felt comfortable and looked appealing. I wanted a seat that was wide enough sit with my legs curled up. I wanted something with adequate back and head support for both me and my taller husband. And while we wanted cup holders, we also wanted to be able to sit next to each other when not using the cup holders. We found all this at Texas Leather.The cup holders at Texas Leather sit on top of the sofas and can easily be removed if you want to lay down or sit more people. The individual sofa cushions all have concealed zippers which allow you to add, remove, or replace the stuffing, so you can individually adjust all the cushions to your desired firmness and comfort. The sofa seats widths can be ordered in “one and a half” sizes, so there is plenty of room to move around and get comfortable. Plus the furniture was well made and could be ordered in a wide assortment of colors. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our purchase!

When my daughter and I walked in the store we were greeted by Chris who presented excellent customer service. We left and went to other furniture stores to look at other options. Needless to say after discussing our store options we were sold on getting the leather sofas and recliner-rocker from Chris. The word that sold us was “lifetime”. So, the next day i brought my husband to Texas Leather and he liked it and purchased it from Chris.We were not expecting our sofas and recliner-rocker to be delivered until sometime in October. However, it was delivered 2-3 weeks ahead of time. 😊The movers were pleasant and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing as they carefully handled and put everything together.My family and I thank Chris so much for his knowledge and taking his time explaining the quality of their work and answering any questions we had. And not one time did we ever feel pressured to purchase anything.Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing their furniture. We had such a great experience at Texas Leather Interiors. Chris was wonderful! He was so patient, answered all of our questions, and spent hours helping us find the perfect couch for our home. It really felt like we had a friend walking us through the store instead of a sales person.

We heard about Texas Leathers from a friend ours after a horrendous experience my partner and I had with leather theater seating we purchased online (never again). At first we thought the store might not be for us, we were looking for a more contemporary style and the store definitely had a rustic feel. Luckily our salesperson, Charles, was very knowledgeable about their entire product line and was able to pull up pictures of several sleek, modern sectionals on his phone that were more in line with our tastes. After finding a couple of looks we liked he took us to their rustic equivalents and brought out some leather samples so that we could get an idea of what our sofa was going to look and feel like. Overall it was a great experience and we couldnt be happier with the reclining sofa chaise that we purchased. If youre looking for real leather, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!

I have been shopping endlessly for a couch that met all my expectations. I walked into here, and immediately saw options and more options...great options! I could pick out exactly what I wanted...the leather, the style, the measurements. They were easy to work with, and I finally felt I had found exceptional quality and a reasonable price. Texas Leather Interior (Austin location) has an outstanding selection of all types of custom made-to-order couches and even better customer service. Dave and Chris where so helpful and patient in the process. Our couch came sooner than expected and our guests always ask where we got it. We ended up getting the Super Max in saloon gray. I highly recommend TLI if you are looking for a long term, reasonably priced and high quality piece. We will be returning for other living room accessories.

I had shopped and shopped all over town and just couldnt find what I wanted. Didnt quite know what it was I wanted but once I walked into Texas Leather Interiors, bam, there it was! Charles helped me make the decision between 2 styles and was very, very patient with me. I even called him George through most of our conversations and he never said a thing!!! He was courteous enough to leave me alone yet knew to be right there if I had a question.I went to quite a few furniture stores over Labor Day weekend and hardly even got a hello out of the sales people. I even stood on the showroom floor for 15 minutes, clearly looking for help, and several sales people just walked right past me! It finally took a manager to see I needed help only to have him try to pass me off to a sales person! I will never go through that again!I just got my sofa and chair delivered this morning! Beautiful stuff! My delivery people, Travis with Big Beard Moves-Austin, were extremely courteous and mindful of my new furniture in taking great care to move the pieces into my house. Then, they explained all the mechanics to me and left the house in great shape! Nathan, the owner of Big Beard Moves, was also very helpful in getting everything set up!Thanks to all!

Weve had our pillow-top conversation couch (I think the model name is Canyon) for about 5 or 6 years now, and the leather doesnt seem to have aged a day despite very heavy use from ourselves and a 30 pound dog with wicked toenails. Fantastic craftsmanship and materials. The furniture will last a lifetime. You immediately notice the improvement in quality here if youve already done your fair share of shopping for leather furniture.I just visited again recently to buy a second couch, and their customer service is as great now as it was then. I think hes the manager there at the moment, but Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. As a side note, we walked into the large furniture store (I wont say the name) right next to Texas Leather. We were curious what they had to offer there, and they didnt even greet or assist us for the 30 minutes we spent shopping. Probably judged us from our clothes. Come to this place and dont waste your time with inferior products and service.

Getting a 1-star rating for service prior to delivery. I will update once I actually get furniture. We were told furniture would be delivered in roughly 8 weeks. Which we were fine with. We are now at 10 weeks & 5 days & still no delivery & they are not even sure when delivery will happen. I have been told we said roughly but 11 weeks is 3 weeks or roughly 40% increase in delivery time. That is significant. So product & qualities seem to be great but I would get better delivery service or have a deal made with store for something free or discounted if it doesnt happen. Hopefully there is a happy ending to this.

The custom couch we received exceeded our expectations and came out even better than we thought. The sales team was low pressure, very courteous, and helped out during the entire process. Production and delivery was ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend a stop in just to see before making a purchase elsewhere.

We recently purchased a Natuzzi sofa - Chris was our sales person. He was very easy to work with and put no pressure on us. We have not yet received the sofa, but he was straightforward about the fact that it is a 16-week delivery time. Considering we have been looking for a sofa for about 5 years, we dont mind waiting. He even made a house call to our home in Georgetown to see our living room to help us with our design decision. This is our second purchase from Texas Leather in Austin. They only carry high-quality merchandise and we appreciate that. I would have no qualms about a recommendation.

We walked into this store moments after leaving one of the big box furniture stores. OMG, what a difference! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were also very patient as we had a lot of questions.They have sooo many options on their furniture. It took us several days to finally choose the perfect couch and chair for us.The furniture is custom made to our specs, so it was a few weeks before we received the couch and chair. We absolutely love it! Quality is second to none, and now that weve had the furniture for a couple of months, it is starting to get broken in and is even more comfortable then before.I give 5 stars to the staff and 5 stars to the furniture. We will definitely go back for future purchases.

Because hubby exceeds the average adult male by 6 inches (and every associated pound), I persuaded him to accept a custom chair and ottoman as a gift. The pair is dark chocolate, over-stuffed, ranch style and absolutely gorgeous. Because of hubbys size, the extra-firm cushions should have been ordered initially. Zero worry! Texas Leather is replacing the flattened cushions. Hubby is delighted! Thank you Texas Leather Team for helping with the longevity and joy of our investment! More to come...

We visited the store looking to furnish the family room and dining area of our new home. Chris was very personable, professional and knowledgeable regarding furniture. In addition, he went so far as to assist us in matching furniture with the style of our home.We custom ordered some travertine top tables. There were challenges with the supplier and it ended up taking considerably longer than they thought it would. Chris arranged for delivery of the furniture that was available. He also arranged for us to have loaner tables while we waited for ours to come in. We then got word that one of the tables was broken in shipping extending the wait even longer. My understanding is that the store has now changed to a different supplier.We have all ready been back to purchase another table and would recommend:)

I visited the Austin showroom a little over a month ago and was impressed with the obvious quality of their sofas, along with their best-in-the industry warranty and how they stand behind their products. But I still decided to do some comparative shopping before making my purchase since I knew Id have this couch for many years to come.
