JL cabinet was recommended to us by our neighbor, and we are very happy about the end result and their customer service! We worked primarily with Chloe; we demoed our entire kitchen, and installed white shaker cabinets and Carrara classic quartz countertop, a three-sided waterfall island, a bar top; we also got a bathroom double vanity using the same material. Everything combined came to ~16k, which is very reasonable.Chloe is very responsive and professional; she designed the kitchen layout for us, and it was a seamless experience. We waited for 1.5 months for the cabinets and installation. The installation teams were courteous and professional. They made a mistake in installing a different vanity countertop, and immediately corrected the mistake the next day. We are very happy about the whole experience, and have started to recommend them to our friends.

Very good experience with this company. The price was extremely reasonable and I love my beautiful quartz countertops. I took off one star because they had to come back to finish our job and couldnt come for a week, leaving us without a usable kitchen sink for that long. Also, they charged a $75 trip fee to come back. Otherwise I would recommend them.

Great Experience from start to finish!! We contacted them to replace our granite island with quartz and the price was WAY better than we were expecting and ended up replacing all our bathroom countertops. It always makes you a little nervous when the price seems too good to be true, but we were blown away by the final results. They installed the counters 10x better than the builder. They take pride in their work and it shows. We also REALLY appreciated that we were able to use their sinks or provide our own...we couldnt be happier with the end result!

We had been searching for the right counter place for some time, we werent looking for extremely high cost counters as we are selling our home. We were looking for another location when we found JL Cabinet & Granite. It was a very easy process. Everyone we encountered were great to work with, all were very friendly. There were no surprise costs, everything was very straight forward. They didnt try to pressure us into something we didnt want, which is something we were experiencing with other locations. From the point we paid our deposit to the time it took to complete the project was only a couple of weeks. It took them two days to install our counter tops, which we expected due to there being 54 sq ft of counters going in. One of the sections we were told would have a seam, it would have cost more to not have the seam, so we were fine with the seem. When they arrived with the counter tops, we were really surprised and happy to see that that piece was a complete piece without a seam! It wasnt a large piece, it was just awkward, so we were beyond thrilled that they went that extra mile! We also got a free under mount sink which is awesome! They were the only place we had gone to (out of 5 places we looked at) to offer a free sink. We plan to use JL again in our new home once its complete and will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to install new counters!NOTE: JL Cabinet & Granite did NOT do our tile work, just the counters.

The price was excellent, and they were finished in 2 days. They were very respectful of my home and did not damage anything. I attached 2 before pictures of the kitchen and 3 after pictures. My husband and I used JL cabinets to supply and install the cabinets and quartz counter top for our recent kitchen remodel. Overall we are happy with the price and quality of the product. Many other reviews for JL cabinets lead us to believe it could be a kitchen remodel one stop shop, this is not the case. They do not do tile back splash and dont even reconnect appliances they disconnect while they are installing cabinets. My issue with this is the lack of up-front transparency.Given their price in comparison to competitors, we still decided to move forward with them and are generally happy we did. Communication was fairly timely and clear, although there seem to be some times when the office and the installers are not on the same page and therefore communication to the customer is not clear or accurate. We were pleasantly surprised that our kitchen remodel did run on time. This is very hard to come by in home improvement projects. Everyone we talked to could not believe we had demo and new install of cabinets and counters in just 3 days. The workers who did the project were very friendly and made sure to ask us questions on everything we wanted to ensure finishes were how we envisioned. The installers were also excellent with direct communication with me and my husband and went above and beyond to make sure we were in the loop on everything happening.

JL Cabinet & Granite did an excellent job. The customer service is wonderful! I was originally scheduled to get my granite in early August but Mimi called to inform they had an earlier date. I ended up getting my granite installed two weeks earlier. I also got a free new sink, and the price was a lot less than what another business quoted me. Very pleased with the service I received!

I have used JL Cabinet & Granite twice now for granite installation at the rental properties we manage and will definitely be using them again in the future. They are priced competitively and the granite always looks great, but most importantly, they have wonderful customer service. On the last job, the installer accidentally chipped the farmhouse sink we had planned to keep while taking out the old counter; without hesitation, they offered to cover the cost to replace it completely even though they dont carry farmhouse sinks at the store. Kate, the estimator, is also always very responsive and thorough, making the planning process a breeze.

Our sales rep Elvia was extremely helpful throughout the section and installation process, we are very pleased with how our cabinets and countertops turned out. The estimator was also very helpful and timely.

I paid $4573 for Quartz counters that upon first install were cut too short length wise which created gaps filled with messy caulk, cuts were not aligned and did not join at intersections, the caulking (easiest part) appeared incomplete/missing in several areas, a large area of molding was broken and exposed (not minor) - and the company refused to fix the molding or conceal it with Quartz referring me instead to fine print in the “company disclaimer policy“. Install process took 6 days instead of 2-3. I had to request the team to re-do lousy work; the installers thought I would accept bad work for $4572. At project completion there are still seams that don‘t line up to corners that the company did not correct because that would have required replacing the counters with longer pieces of Quartz and essentially starting install over. The company cut corners to bandaid the easily correctable areas, while leaving other lousy work. I‘m just disheartened that I paid $4572 for such work. I was refunded $150 to compensate for the lousy work.

Shopped around for months looking for quartz countertops for my kitchen. Not only did they have great prices, but they did an excellent job with the installation! I would recommend them any day.

I just wanted a hole drilled for a soap dispenser, sounds simple. After moving into our new house, I called the company the builder used for granite and they told me they were only doing installations not any other services bc of covid - so they can install granite in homes but cant come add a soap dispenser hole?? I called a few other places but finally called JL Cabinet. They came out the next business day equipped with professional tools, a mask and even called ahead to let me know when to expect them. Highly recommend them for their fast professional service!

They were awesome to work with and very reasonably priced. Even when I called them a week before the install to add to the order they were able to do so without changing my install date. I will be using them again when we are ready to do our bathrooms.

My new counters are beautiful! JL Cabinet & Granite was very professional and responsive during the process to make sure we got exactly what we were wanted. They carry a large selection of counters, but we went with the quartz made in-house and couldnt be happier. The prices were very reasonable, much lower than what we paid for our previous counters. When the installers came, they created a template and then cut back at their own site. This meant no mess in my house unlike other installation companies. When they came back and installed, they made sure we were happy and everything was perfect even down to the caulking before they left.

JL Cabinets and Granite just finished Installing my kitchen countertops and I love them. This was pretty fast process from the beginning to the end. Price was much better then going through the home depot which I did in my previous house. I highly recommend this company, everyone was nice, professional, and the free sink just sweetened the deal.

Warning: Do Not use JL Cabinet and Granite. We used them for our flips. First house they did for us everything went well and they installed what we had picked out, we were pleased. After that, we used them again to do couple more houses with the same cabinets and quartz. Instead they installed Cheap quality cabinets and Cheap fake quartz. We said, this is not what we paid for. They’re answer was, we changed manufacturing company. It’s the same products, but made by different company. Bait and switched on us. Unethical business practices.Update 8/31/2020JL Cabinet and Granite we are a property investment group. My colleague gave you that negative review on google. We have tried to reason with you people to correct this. But, you and your team were not interested to do the right thing at the time. If you are thinking of having counter and vanity tops installed, I can save you the time and effort of calling other vendors. This is as good of a price and service as you will find.I only intended to have the kitchen counters installed, but was so happy with the quality, I asked them to install the vanity tops as well. Customer service was highly responsive. They were quick to send out their crew to correct any issues, so customers can rest assured.I cant thing of a single reason not to give them my highest recommendation.

My new kitchen countertops look gorgeous! I went with a quartz - LG Rococo. The installation went smoothly and Mimi was very helpful with scheduling and ended up being able to pull in the install date by a full week. My only complaint is the mounting assembly from our disposal was mistakenly taken with the old sink, so we had to purchase a new one (~$20). I also noticed a puddle of water under the sink the next day which I had to mop up. They do warn you that youll need to re-hook up the plumbing yourself, so I was expecting to have to put a little work in. Overall, I would still give the experience a 5/5. You wont find a better deal for counters in the area - I checked with 4 different highly rated vendors.

WOW!!!! We were looking to replace our counter tops with a granite and after a lot of research and price quotes we had to see why JL Cabinets seemed to beat the rest by a mile... We were surprised at the selection and the high quality. It did not take more than 5 minutes with them to realize they were the company to hire.The in office team was very patient with us not really knowing what we really wanted and were even a great help. We picked a level 3 granite.The installation was very easy on us and the crew was very courteous and respectful of our home. We did have an area that had to have a seam, no way around that in most cases and the adhesive for the seem is a little strong, but doors open after a few hours it clears out and that will be the case with all installations.Bottom line, we were shocked at the lower price compared to others... and the quality of the stone and service is top notch.Highly recommend JL Cabinets for your granite or quartz counter tops!!!

We recently bought our new home and were wanting to upgrade our kitchen counters. We first went to company just down the road from us and while they were nice, their pricing was way more than we could afford. We then came across JL Cabinet & Granite and decided to stop in while we were out. They were very friendly and got us an estimate very quickly. We had a minor hiccup because the granite we wanted wasnt immediately available but they worked with me and we eventually found the perfect one. Install was super quick and our counters looked GREAT! Plus, their pricing was hands down the best. Highly recommend them!!

BUYER BEWARE! I had a horrible experience with this place.Cabinets came with scratches and dents.They rescheduled our installation date 3 times because they were behind on other projects.Horrible communication. We had to call to find out why nobody was showing up for the agreed installation date.When they finally showed up to install they didn’t finish in the two days they said it would take.They ordered the wrong bathroom cabinet and then tried to blame us even though the invoice and contract clearly stated the correct items.When asked to replace the wrong cabinet and they said it would take 2 months to come in.Installer left a huge mess of material that he didn’t bother to clean up and to top it off his truck left an oil stain in my driveway.They were completely unwilling to take responsibility for their many mistakes and still expected me to pay full price.They are cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for!

Everything is great concerning price, customer service and craftsmanship. The only minor negative is that I didn’t get confirmation of when the installers would be here on the day of the install (I was told that I would), and I had assumed that the tops would be completely fabricated before arrival, but instead the installers fabricated most everything on site. Not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice to know and should’ve been communicated. Overall, I will be using JL Cabinet & Granite in the future.

Absolutely loved these guys! After having a horrible experience with Home Depot countertops we came rob JL and not only got a better quality countertop but much more affordable also! The whole installation process took around 3 hours at the house(rest of time was fabricating off-site) and the installers were professional and courteous of our time. Will definitely be using these guys again!

If you dont shop here for your cabinets (and especially your countertops), you are burning money. Their prices are so much better than the big box stores it is unfathomable. They do the whole design process and have a LOT of options in both cabinets and countertops. I got my kitchen and both baths done for the price Lowes quoted just for the kitchen and I got all solid wood and quartz... Dont buy cabinets and/or granite until you give them a chance to bid your project.

These guys were absolutely amazing. We shopped around for weeks to find a good deal on cabinets. Everyone was a total rip off. Wanted over 10k to do our kitchen. We were sad and depressed. Then we found JL and we are so glad we did. Their prices were SOOOO much lower than everyone elses. And they did an incredible job on the install. We got everything we needed for a really, really good deal. Definitely check these guys out. We tell everybody who asks about our kitchen about them and have no problem at all recommending them.

I recently changed my counter tops with JL cabinet and couldnt be happier with their services. I compared around and they had great deals plus they were the only ones that did the job in the same week. Other countertop stores said 2 to 3 weeks for material to arrive. But what stood out the most was their working crew installers specifically Orfanel, and Christian, they answered all of our questions plus gave us tips on granite I definitely will be coming back for future business.

But it was JL that had the highest quality cabinets and granite counter tops at prices lower than Lowes, Home Depot, and the other cabinet shops. Customer service puts you at ease as they help you with the cabinet and stone selections. Their work ethic ensures your satisfaction with your purchase. But their logistics is really great. You order it, they deliver it on time. The big box stores give excuses. Not JL. Delivery and installation were on time and excellently completed to our satisfaction. We had the master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. We invited our neighbors in to see our reveal. They loved the cabinets and granite counter tops. One neighbor then went to JL and had them install kitchen counter tops. Great pricing. Great quality. And even better customer service. Thanks JL. Job well done.

JL Cabinet & Granite installed a new granite countertop for my double sink guest bathroom. It was easy to work with the ladies in the office choosing my granite, making payments and scheduling the work. I received a call ahead of my appointment time and they arrived on time. The onsite workers took care to cover my new carpet so as to not get it dirty. They made a last-minute adjustment to the countertop length to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Everything came out beautiful.

About 6 months ago I replaced my kitchen countertops with new Quartz countertops. My daughter had this company install her countertops & was very pleased, so suggested that I use them. Even though I live very far south, in another town, they came out & measured my countertops. I was extremely impressed that they didnt seem to mind traveling down here just to measure! About a month later, I had beautiful Quartz countertops! They were on time to install the countertops, and finished that day. The owner & employees were very courteous and communicated well. I would highly recommend this company for your countertop needs.
