Great work before and after on my 21 year old C5 corvette very satisfied

Had leather seats installed on my husbands 2008 Silverado. The people here are super friendly. Above and beyond. They said our truck might be ready until next day because we took it in so late. Last minute late, They had it ready super fast. Same day. We will definitely be using them and recommending Dealer Source for other things we need. You will not be disappointed

Worst experience. I placed a $2,000 order and I had to call them back on 3 separate occasions because they kept forgetting to ship the product that I had already paid for.Then they told me to come in on a certain date to get the part installed - I drove from Houston to Austin on their specified date, and when I arrived they informed me that they didnt have it yet and to come in again next week.When I finally got to the installation process, I had to wait so long that I decided to call an Uber to take me elsewhere to kill some time.Ill be getting all my future off-road accessories elsewhere.

I had a DIY project to install external LED lights on my roof rack - everything went great until it didnt and I couldnt figure out what was wrong nor did I want to pull everything out to do it again.I decided to call around to see if someone would be willing to take a look at what I had done, troubleshoot and fix, if need be, replace all the wiring.Called four places, three of which were not interested.Dealer Source: called and talked to Tyler, was very patient to understand what I was asking for. He asked me to call back to talk to their 12V guy Juan in the afternoon. I called back later in the day, explained to Juan what the situation was - he understood 100% and said he could see me first thing the next morning.I went in the next morning, greeted by everyone, got checked in, very professional. Juan came out to greet me to go over what we were going to do. An hour and a half later, my issue was resolved and Juan cleaned up everything and made it nice and secure under the hood.I am very happy with the service provided by Dealer Source, they have an excellent team.

Steve and his team did an excellent job installing a set of aftermarket leather seat covers in our Tesla Model 3. We wanted a color other than the standard black vegan leather included in early models. The new seats look amazing and were installed flawlessly - no wrinkles, no saggy sections, no creases. The new seats are indeed showroom ready!We dropped our vehicle off in the morning and picked it up later in the afternoon. Steve gave a brief tour of his shop and explained their installation and quality assurance processes before starting on our car. Steve is highly attentive to details and treats your vehicle as if its his own. I brought my Yukon in today to get all my seats replaced with two tone leather and contrast stitching. I was in and out within 1.5 hours max! They did an amazing job and even gave my hubby a tour of the store showing everything they do/provide. Connie was great and the staff was amazing. I had my seats recovered here and Im really pleased with how they have held up. You can choose your flavor and they will work with you until you make all the choices needed right down to the stitching. About 6 months in I had an issue with one of the seats so I called them up and they repaired it the same day under warranty.

These guys are great. The results of the sound system installed was better than expected. The customer service by everyone I dealt with was above and beyond. 2 vehicles so far, another soon

I purchased Audiovox headrest monitors and took it here for installation. I didnt know they sold them here or else I would of purchased here also. Quoted 1.5 hours for the job. It took about 2 hours and I can tell why. Easily the most professional installation I could of hoped for. All wires hidden and put through factory holes in carpet. It took me 10 minutes to even find them. Module was hidden under console. Installed hdmi dongle in existing hole in back of console. Attention to detail was unreal and this was for a simple headrest monitor install. If you want factory grade installs come here. I drove an hour to get there and it was worth it. Also the shop was super clean and organized.

Awesome place for truck accessories! Steve was extremely helpful. Steve called well after they closed to set up an appointment. He got me set up the next day even though they didnt have the lift in stock and my Subaru done same day. I highly recommend this shop! I will be back for more toys!

When shopping to have leather installed in my car, after checking various options on the web, I visited three retailers in person. Dealer Source turned out to be the obvious best choice without compromise. They provided the best information on the product. Other retailers had fed me inaccurate info, if not deliberate misinformation. Their shop and the staff were the most professional. On top of that, they still offered the best price. After installation, when I had an issue, they quickly and pleasantly took care of it without a hassle. Im very impressed that they stand out so well among the competition.

When I walked in an older gentleman, Gary asked if he could help me. I told him my situation and he said he would see if he could find someone to help me. He went into the office.After a few minutes he walked out with some paper work to service another car. At that point, I asked a lady in the office if Gary had mentioned that I needed help. She said no but immediately left her desk and came to see what the problem was.Marci patiently listened to me try to explain the problem. She took it from there and got ALL the information I needed to solve the problem.I will definitely go back because of her.

Extremely impressed with the Austin/Pflugerville store. They were ALL very knowledgeable and helpful, no matter what the question. It was a real pleasure doing business with them. I will refer others and will purchase again with my next new car. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
