I have a question. If i take my daughter to take a rapid covid test, may I also take one? I already registered her, but the registration does not let me make an appointment for more than one person at a time. I need her to get a test so she can return to school. Any chance that I can take it at the moment I am there, too?
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered with and I spoke with multiple people. Not helpful whatsoever.
I felt compelled to write a review after my recent experience with this CVS location. After reading reviews online, I wasnt sure what to expect, given the very harsh reviews on Google. I must admit, every single person that I came in contact with, was both compassionate, kind and caring. I had an appointment with the Minute Clinic and was extremely impressed by their knowledge and care. These people are working tirelessly through Covid-19 to support and care for our community, while receiving little, to no praise. I sincerely thank the entire staff at this location, as my experience with every department was simply stellar. While I understand people are on edge due to the pandemic, keep in mind that these people are trying very hard to support and help us as a community. Job well done for this location. I cannot say enough great things about my entire experience!
I sent an email to CVS requesting an the email below to CVS and have yet to hear from anyone. I had tried to call and couldnt get through the hold period. I am very disappointed and I had to share my experience. I do not want to think that this was a behavior based on hate toward someone of color or his appearance. :-(CVS Pharmacy, Store #101062013 Kelly Lane Pflugerville, TX 78660Since COVID-19 began I had been unable to discard unused medication due to me being physically impaired. Recently, I have been packing up to move and my Grandsons have been helping me. On August 28, 2021 approximately 1:30 PM I had my grandson (18 years) go to the CVS Pharmacy, Store #10106 on 2013 Kelly Lane Pflugerville, TX 78660 to discard my unused medication. I was parked outside, I noticed that it had been taking a long time. When he returned to the vehicle he was distraught and very upset. I asked what happened? Did something go wrong? He was shaking and he said he didnt want to talk about it. He requested I take him home immediately. Later my son, his father said that he was treated like a criminal and was told he was too young to be handling medication. My Grandson is very angry at me for asking him to do me a favor. I tried to call the store and was on hold too long.I wanted to know what was told to him and what happened? I want to know why he would be treated in that manner.
Had a 9 AM appointment, arrived on time but still waited for half an hour. Got tired and knocked on door was met with a very rude NP who said she won’t be able to tell how much longer it will take, left the pharmacy.
I have never really had issues with any CVS however the customer service at this particular location is always amazing! The last few times I’ve been here I had issues at self check with promotional sale items and it not provided the respective discount (BOGO, 20% off, etc) and the cashier on duty always immediately came over to assist and would move me to a physical register to help figure out what the problem was. Love love love this location and typically go out of my way to go to this particular location because of the amazing service!
Visited cvs minute clinic. From start to end had a great experience. Staff is super friendly. Particularly want to mention Practitioner Delbert Latham is awesome!!!! He patiently listens to you and explains you as many questions as you have. Trust me I have had experience in the past in other clinic where they are in a rush and dont care about the patient its only about money to them.Fantastic experience and I highly recommend Delbert Latham 👍
I tried printing a photo. What a mistake on my part. Same-day pickup? Not on this day. Even though, I got a confirmation email, number, etc., the worker said it wasn’t even going through to the computer. Not exactly what I wanted to hear. I did it again on my phone after the worker told me to do it so that he could make it a priority. I got the email and ... nada. Then the worker, who I am sure was doing his best, told me to plug in my phone and do it from their computers. Fours tries and four confirmation receipts later, and I left without the print and a bad attitude. My annoyance level was tapped out, but the CVS was also short-staffed. I am probably going to try Staples.Time spent there: 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Signed up online to get a Covid rapid test. Waited for more than an hour and still didnt get to see the nurse. Doesnt look like they are staffed sufficiently to offer rapid test service at this location.
They don’t give you the clinic number online and the pharmacy lady is super rude. Been waiting for my testing for more than an hour and nobody will tell me if I have to keep waiting or what. The thing is that doesn’t even look like they are attending other people.
Where to begin... I was scheduled for a Covid test at 3o’clock, I arrived at 2:45 asked where to park and was told I was going to receive a phone call I did not receive the phone call instead I was left waiting there for an hour and 30 minutes to figure out why I had not received a phone call yet.. they say that you can take this test in the comfort of your car tell me why I had to walk in to the storeTo ask for my Covid test and even when I asked I had to wait another 30 minutes ridiculous
Inconvenient wait time for covid testing. Waited over 1.5 hours for my test only to NOT get tested because they never showed up. No easy way to get a hold of them over phone.
Unhelpful pharmacy, slow to transfer an antidepressant prescription which I needed asap. Had to call multiple times before any action was taken to actually get me my medication. Will never use cvs again.
Rapid covid testing, minute clinic, health hub, extensive beauty section, holiday decor. Get the cvs rewards pass! Saves you oodles of cash!
The pharmacy staff is always helpful with my familys prescriptions. The other staff are friendly and helpful. Im usually in and out in no time.
First of all, I realize CVS is about convenience, so I normally do not buy much from there as a result of everything being overpriced. I have come across a couple of great cashiers with fun personalities, which is a very big plus in my book.I get my prescriptions from there and dont usually have too much of a wait when I go to pick up (yet, not super quick either), but today I went and the talkative customer in front of me had at least 10 items in addition to the prescription(s) and the cashier was taking her time talking and checking her out- clearly knowing I was there waiting for a prescription pick-up (with nothing else in my hands) and was not inclined to speed up the other customers check-out or get another tech to check me out. I finally turned around and walked out and will have to go there AGAIN to pick it up some other time- which is totally INconvenient . VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!***seeing as how they have such a poor rating and Ive read others legitimate complaints/reviews, I would think a manager or DM would step in and correct the problems to make it a more pleasant place to go to and perhaps gain more business***
Normally people are slightly pleasant and mildly helpful. I went in a few days ago because I was worried about my blood glucose. I asked for help and the pharmacist couldn’t be bothered. She pointed me to the general area and dismissed my follow up questions with one word unhelpful answers. I’ve never checked my blood sugar before and I wanted a little more than what google could tell me. Pharmacists are supposed to be helpful.
I signed up for flu shot thru their website. What a waste of time.
Stopped in for a flu shot today...twice. After an unusually long wait the first time, I had to head out for another appointment. When I returned later, I called to confirm I could get the flu shot and was told it would not be a problem but that there was a 30 minute wait. I showed up and after a 10 minute wait the young lady at the counter asked the pharmacist about giving shots and she said that she was too busy and she didn’t have time to do a shot. I was then told I should come back tomorrow. Seriously? So much for dropping in for a quick shot like they advertise in TV. Maybe during flu season CVS should consider bringing in extra staff/nurses to help give flu shots.
Good luck reaching them on the phone. They are always understaffed and do expect long wait times if you are picking up prescription.
The Kelly Ln CVS has a great staff members, and l love the parking lot
We just moved to the area and stopped in to this location for a couple of items that couldnt wait until the weekly shopping trip. Leslie-Ann checked us out and she was so friendly and helpful! She made sure that we used all the coupons that we could and saved us a couple of dollars, even went so far as to refund the original transaction and reprocess the payment. When the line started to pile up behind me, she called for help so that the other customers did not have to wait while she took care of me. I would have done a survey for her if I would have had one on the receipt. I hope that corporate sees this review and gives her the kuddos that she deserves!
The staff is always friendly, and you can find essentials at this store location if you do not have time to go to a larger store. The prices are not always the best, but thats a trade off (convenience vs savings).
I saw my PCP on 9/13/2019 and was prescribed meds for low potassium that was immediately called in to the CVS Pharmacy on Kelly Lane. On 9/16/2019 I went to pick up my meds.. NOPE!! Not ready at 4:45 p.m. The pharmacy tech at the window advised me it would take them about 15 to 20 minutes to fill my prescription. Looks like I will just transfer my meds to another pharmacy that actually cares about their customers and who arent so wrapped up in numbers.
Wait times are awful. I’m currently on hold for 20 minutes. I’ve talked to no one yet not even to acknowledge my call.
Seems to be going downhill. The turnover of the techs has been extreme lately and its feeling less and less personal. They will not accept scripts a day early and fill on the day listed. They seem to rarely have all of my prescriptoins in stock at this location. Ive found the Gattis Road CVS is more reliable.
Staff could care less. Can’t be bothered to call the Dr or insurance to help you with an issue.
This store could use new management. The front end is always understaffed and you can NEVER select to get cash back as there is ALWAYS a sign stating No Cash Back, Sorry on the card reader. The shift leader is rude and never welcoming or helpful. The only saving grace for this store is the actual pharmacy. The staff in the back is wonderful, Nassley (SP?) the pharmacy manager has created a terrific staff. Theyre pretty much the only reason I come to this store any more... That and the fact that its the closest store to my house.
This store is horrible for service. Pharmacy is the worst. 38 mins in line in the drive up and the 3rd car. I am changing stores. Not worth my time. Dont use this store because its close. Your wasting your time.
I came to drop off meds. No one else in line at pick up or consultation...no one acknowledges me. A few minutes later someone comes to pick up counter...someone walks over and immediately helps them...at same time someone walks up to Consultation and is immediately helped. After helping all customers in other lines (more showed up) someone finally comes over to me...then tells me I need to wait ANOTHER 15 until my prescription is ready....customer service SUCKS!
The most unprofessional and unorganized pharmacy I have ever used. They mess up my prescriptions every single time and I am sick of wasting my time going there. I am switching all my prescriptions, as well as my familys, and will drive the extra miles to go elsewhere!
I’ve been coming to this cvs location since they’ve opened. (Due to convenience) The staff is super helpful and I’m always greeted upon arrival. I giving them two stars due to the pharmacy which is horrible. They are super rude and not very commutative. My prescription takes forever everytime and I’m always needing to retell them my insurance information. You would think they would memorize it by now. Im sending my prescriptions elsewhere.
It’s good but the store is awesome
Do not like this pharmacy! Very unprofessional and the pharmacist is rude!
The hours are incorrect. I called at 9pm and the recording said the pharmacy is closed. It also informed me the pharmacy would not be open until 8am. However the hours listed on Google say 7am- 10pm. INCORRECT.
Ok
