Today I decided to print pictures for a family member who had passed. I maybe was in the store about 20 minutes when the lady working photos pretty much mom shamed me for my whiney toddler. I just wanted to print 7 photos. She proceed to come up and tell me about the Walgreens app, which I did know about, but I was already in town and live 30 minutes away. She was telling me for my convenience for future reference maybe its best I use the app so I didnt have to bring in my kid pretty much. Well Karen I apologize that my toddler was annoying you and made it inconvenient for you 🙄

Went and got the 1st vaccine dose. Store was clean and well organized. Also bought febreze and some benadryl anti-itch cream.

Theres 2 ladys who work here that tend to be rude. Also they will not honor the price things are ladled if they scan incorrectly so check what your items cost at check out not while shopping for them.

Large selection of diverse items. Almost all cashiers are extremely friendly. Line is socially distanced and moves fast.

Ive really enjoyed our local Walgreens. The employees are personable and friendly. Helpful as well. Ive never had an issue with service over the last 5+ years. My only complaint is theyve stoked my chip addiction with their frequent sales.

I normally only write nice reviews but the last 4 times I’ve been into this Walgreens whether day or night the associates here have been very rude and not helpful at all. Last week I purchased a gift card for $200 for my sons birthday and by the time I got home not 15 mins later the card had already been used. I returned to the store and the guy told me very rude there was nothing he could do and proceeded to dismiss me and help the next customer as if I was done talking. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told him over the phone basically the same thing. He refused to even come to the front of the store to speak with me. I was clearly upset because this wasn’t a small amount and it was my sons birthday gift at that. I’m a single mother of 3 and I work extremely hard for my money just to be told oh well. I contacted the gift card company and they told me it sounded like the employee there stole my money. Just sad!!!! Then tonight I came in to return to magazines because I had already bought the same 2 magazines by mistake at heb earlier this week. And the lady that was working the late shift (Sat 11/7/2020 @9:30pm) was so rude. I told her I was their to return the magazines because I accidentally bought double copies. She clearly heard me. I hand her the bag and her response was “Oh your returning magazines was a smug look on her face”. I replied yes ma’am. I accidentally purchased double copies at Heb. She replied with huhhhhh and rolled her eyes. She began processing my refund and told me to swipe my card. I told her I can’t because I actually paid with cash. Once again she rolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her. Next thing she asked was for my address. I recently purchased a home so I wasn’t sure if my address had been updated yet so I was trying to explain that and again she looked at me like she didn’t care. I was so confused at this point like seriously. I stated I just move to pflugerville and before I could say anything else she said “It’s a Round Rock address”. Now why she couldn’t just start with that. I no longer will ever shop at this location again. I’m definitely calling their corporate office on Monday. This behavior should not be tolerated. Worst Walgreens ever....

The pharmacist was very knowledgable with what i needed for stomach pain.

I would give zero stars given the option. I selected my item for purchase and stood at the check out counter. There was no one to be found. I stood there waiting and waiting. Finally, I decided to look for someone to offer assistance. I found a lady stocking one if the isles with candy. At no point in time did she look my way, she only said Ill be there in a minute. I stood there starring at her in disbelief as she continued to stock the candy. I ended up walking out and leaving my purchase on the counter. This is very sad as it made me miss the customer service at my old Walgreens store. By the way Walgreens I went across the street to CVS. The cashier was super sweet and pleasant.

I honestly love Walgreens and specially this store. They have so many more options stuff is always friendly. Its so nice to just stop by and to know that they have pretty much anything that you may need.

The service when picking up prescription, or calling the pharmacist has been really bad since last 6 months and is getting worse . They hire people who are poorly trained; they dont know how to use the system, or they are not familiar with the names or the medications.They put you on hold for a very long time, once they answer for a second, then they put you on hold again, then they hang up on you.Ive been going to this .pharmacy for a long time, but now its time to go somewhere else. Im just tired of this BS.

My family and I have been coming here daily for 2 years. Jacobs lack of ability, and customer service has me has me thinking we should shop somewhere else.

Jacob, who is a member of management said its a policy not to scan any bar code from a customers phone. I was trying to add cash to my PayPal and scanning the bar code from my phone is the process. He also stated that hes not sure if hes allowed to give out his District Managers contact information. Jacob was polite however in my opinion not trained properly on the PayPal program that they offer. I went across the street to CVS and they quickly took care of me without a hiccup. Good job to CVS

Very helpful pharmacy staff. Kind and always willing to go the extra mile. Much better than tech ridge Wallgreens.

Took 45 minutes to get a script from the drive thru that had been confirmed as filled yesterday.Pharmacy rep didnt know why it had been stored away after it was filled, and did not work to resolve the issue quickly.

The i is poly manejment and everything is so expensive it better to go to walmart or H.E.B

Horrible experience. I went to pick up my prescription but could not get it because I didnt have my health insurance card. I was okay with that. The assistant, Noor I believe her name was, blew my phone up for the next couple days, calling multiple times in a day. I had to re-order my ID card, but once I went up there finally to get my prescription, she still gave me a hard time. She keep telling me that I had the wrong card and they need another card. Advised her that my health insurance only gives us that card for everything, they dont give us a card just for prescriptions. She still try to tell me that they couldnt take that card. After going, back and forward with her, I finally just gave up and told her to transfer my prescription to HEB. Went to HEB and didnt have a problem at all. Horrible customer service.

I have the bad experence o Just go to buy band yesturday nigth the gay the no give me the recive o get the wrong band o find in heb more chip i just want to retrum and the manger he no want to give me my money back and i just take 30 min when i come back to the store i take 1 hr in the store and never give me my money back just bc i don have the recive please People me sure ask for recibe or dont go to this store really bad service bc the casher never ask me if i want to my recive I never come back
