A little chaotic, and having trouble with one of their doors. Always a great deal if they have what youre looking for.

Shelves empty, dirty, messy...worst one I have been to yet. Employee was oogling a young lady and making moaning sounds when she walked by...disgusting store. Never again.

The shelves were empty; others were sparse: what a wasted trip. On the other hand, check out was quick and the person who rang my order was very nice, pleasant and polite.

Good clean place and safe location unlike most dollar stores. And of course the Tree is the one true dollar store all the others are reg convience stores with dollar in there name

Today Manager Brabara were very mean and rude, to me and my wife, when i’ve asked her name and a last name she says she will not say it to me... thats kind of service she provides... i feel very stressed and definitely will not recommend any one to contact that manager unfortunately. Hope management will take care of such cases

Always stocked for holidays.I wish they carried better office/school supplies but thats a corporate issue.I usually find what I need and can get out in no time

They have a new cashier. Older lady with died red hair. She is spiteful to the customers and has been every time I have gone in. It’s like she hates her job and takes it out on others. This time I paid with a ten dollar bill and she said “Don’t you have anything smaller?” And when I said no, she snarled at me. I told her to give me my money back I no longer wanted to make the purchase. It wasn’t a $100 or a $50 or even a $20. A ten dollar bill was more than she wanted to make change for. Last time she criticized the manner in which I unloaded the cart onto the conveyor belt. And she’s spiteful in how she says everything. She should not have a job dealing with people.

Had what we needed but stock was low

I went to the Round Rock store and the Pflugerville store today. Its my favorite store. Love them.

Didnt have what I needed. Lots of empty shelves. Employees were friendly, though.

Its a small store with alot of merchandise but the employees are nice and helpful and work hard to keep it tidy and stocked.

These employees were beyond rude to us. We asked 3 different people where an item was and they all seemed completely inconvenienced and just pointed to where it “might” be. Excuse me for asking you to do your job. This store needs nicer employees who are actually willing and WANTING to help guests. I walked out without buying anything because of their attitude.

Had the chance to meet Barbara the cashier her customer service is beyond excellent. Called Dollar tree to see if they had Pop Corners said she would take a look and came back to give me the greatest news LOL. Told her Im on my way she said she will be at register 1. Came through the door and was headed her way and she had them at the register waiting for me wit a smile. I truly appreciate you Barbara 👍

Can be overcrowded at times, several empty spots then overabundance in other spots. Always fun to look.

I had to come back and lower my review last time I was there the manager on duty was checking out a staff member was asked if she was open she told him. NO after he got in the 1 line that was open another customer asked the same thing she told them yes I am.Poor management skills she should have said. Not at this moment but we will in just a few minutes.

Boxes everywhere, employees taking up a whole isle 2 stock & not being able 2 get into that isle.

It’s never fully stocked always had unopen obxes in the way the cashiers are slow and sometimes have an attitude, I can never find what I’m looking for like storage containers nothing, it’s not a experience for me I used to love dollar tree thanks to this store I hate it now
