This used to be an OK Walmart. They have now gotten rid of cashier checkout, so its all self checkout, which is really difficult to do when you have 100 things in your cart. They also have an extremely limited birthday and party section, like only 2 different rolls of wrapping paper and 3 bags.If you are going for groceries, cleaning supplies, toys, or household decor youre fine, but forget it for anything else. And be prepared to be your own cashier....

Bought sour cream and yogurts! Both spoiled! They did not put them in fridge after unloading the truck! Terrible! I needed them to prepare food for another day and now time is waisted and I won’t enjoy my food!Plus they do reconstruction and everything elsewhere… but that’s understandable at least.

Its been renovated a bit, and its got most if not all things people are looking to buy. They do also have online shopping and pickup like almost all other stores. Not a bad place to shop.

Failed at pickup! Waited in parking lot for 58 minutes before order was delivered. If it wasnt already paid for, I wouldve just gone inside and shopped for myself. When I finally get my order, im missing produce. Wal-Mart, if you cant do the pickup thing, then stop doing it!

Do not buy from this location. Buyer beware! I ordered curbside and they state that they substitute items for equal or better ones. They didnt sub anything and just cancelled my entire order. I contacted support and they were like oh sorry but no other help. That was it. So just go to Target and save yourself the headache.

I havent been here in a while, but its a very welcoming place, in a big-box sort of way. It looks like theyve eliminated cashiers so you have to use self checkout, at least at low traffic times.

I started using Walmart pickup years ago when it very first came out. The service was a lot better and the wait times were short. Now the wait times are longer than it would take me to go inside and get the items myself. The other disappointing thing is the quality of the produce they pick out. It stated they hand pick the best quality of things for pickup, that is not true. I usually get the bruised produce, the wilted greens, and the cans that have been smashed or labels torn off. I am disappointed in Walmart pickup and have decided to go elsewhere for pickups.

This is the nicest, cleanest Walmart Ive ever been in. The produce department didnt have grapes, which I thought weird, but otherwise had very fresh looking everything.

Convenient whenever you need to get something but definitely not one of the best Walmarts Ive ever been to, there are times I feel they dont have as much selection as some of the other Walmarts.

This was the MOST confusing story I have ever been in. Why would you have the school supplies next to electronics and not near office supplies. And the signs over some aisles were very incorrect. As I was from out of town this was a very stressful shopping experience. Ugh!!!

The owners are billionaires and the employees are minimum wage. What a lovely place. Never will step foot in here.

Stopped in to take grandchildren to use the restroom, which was fairly clean. Walmart is usually a great place to shop for a large variety of products.

I really like this Walmart they were well stocked and still stocking during my visit. The store was clean and even though they were stocking goods I could still move around easily. I was able to ask for help from associates because they were easy to find. I live on the other side of town but Ill be visiting this store again.

Sheera was terrible. She took 30 minutes to scan two carts of items. Everyone around us with big carts we’re getting through super fast and you could tell she was purposely going slow. She was bagging our bags with way too many cans and they busted among a couple others that busted. She UNBAGGED our meats that we put in the clear bags in the section and never put them back in so now there will be blood in our fridge. Thanks.

I went to the auto section where Eclipse helped me get my keys made. He had a great attitude and took care of me right away. It was really good experience.

Went to buy Jimmy Dean sausage, the 2lb. They only have 2 tunes, one use by date on the first on was Aug 23, 2021, the second one was date Oct 16, 2021, I ended up going to Heb. Please check dates on food from this store as clearly the employees DONT!

Was not able to find a few things. Different layout unfamiliar. Did not feel comfortable with surroundings. I usually like to shop at this location

It sucked . Had a battery that I had bought there and I asked if it could be pro rated the guy in the back said no and then said its up to the manager and then said no again and said he was to busy to get a manager. He also refused to show the young lady cashier how to do the tire sales a gentleman was trying to get. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADDITUDE.

It gets the job done. Walmart is not my favorite place to go because of how basic it feels. Technology department tries too hard to get any kind of sale too

I understand that they are moving things around inside and probably short staffed, however most employees that were stocking were disgruntled and not too friendly to help. I went around 3pm on a Wednesday. Most employees on the floor walking or scanning the boxes in the walkway and only 4 active check out lanes (including garden and entertainment area)

I always do my grocery pick up here love it. This time I had an online work documentation sent to the Fed Ex located inside I LOVED IT!! I had to go in,in which I havent in months, but I was out in less than 2 minutes. He had everything ready soon as I stepped up My new go to Fed Ex

Had a receipt and a paper tx ID ( I had renewed two days prior because wallet was stollen),and the return was for under 20 dollars too. I bought the item there previous night. She was extremely rude and denied me my return because she couldnt scan receipt and paper renewal ID she wouldnt accept. This is against Walmart policies. She had a German European accent, older woman. But Im not surprised. I have had so many bad customer service issues at Walmart over past 6 months. I am now refusing to ever step foot in another one again. They believe they are untouchable and we need them. Wrong.

Typical Walmart, needed an air filter for the truck, they have removed the terminal that told you which one and teplaced it with a book that doesnt have trucks in it. Got fed up and left.

Only 2 employees at the cash registers. Avg wait time of 20+ minutes after lining up. And even the ones that are present show absolutely no competency. Cmon Walmart, get it together.

Rearranging the store AGAIN. Its like a maze on the non grocery side. Seems like they have 95% of the staff working on that, and not enough available to work on restocking the rest of the store. Once again, just 2 cashiers, and I refuse to use the self checkout, as I dont get paid for it.Hopefully, they get this restructuring of the stock done soon. Until then, Ill be back at HEB, working on remembering THEIR rearrangement.

Walmart is the worst with this Self Check out stuff..!! Theres is Zero incentive to shop there especially in-person.I feel like if I go there... do All my own EVERYTHING... I should get an In-person Self-check out Discount. Why should I have to pay the same price when if I used an app or shopping service they get paid... at least having someone help you justifies the cost because your helping to keep a person employed.But when they replace the cashiers with machines and leave you no alternative to check out with a person.. Garden center needs more plants. There was one young girl back there that helped me with pricing on pots. Didnt get her name but she was helpful. The older woman I guess that was counting customers coming in from outside has no personality. If your going to be a greeter at least have a pleasant person there.

Walmart is my go to store when HEB doesnt have what l need. Walmarts fruits and veggies are always so fresh. Plus they have Auntie Annes pretzels in the Round Rock location!!!

I just had the worst experience that a customer could ever have at a Walmart. I went in to get a 75 TLC roku TV. The price Rang up as 748. I asked for an override to be done because there was a price tag right below it that sets 75 roku TLC TV for $696. The Female manager name Erin came back. She asked me to show her where I got the TV from in which I did so. I showed her the price tag matching that TV. For $696. She said I will not honor it. I said the price tag says $696 you guys need to honor it. she said Im the store manager. I said you are not the store manager there is a young Hispanic male that runs this store I forgot what his name was. Then she says well Im the assistant store manager. I said thats not the same as the store manager.. I said all Im asking you to do is to honor the price. She says I will not do it. I said its $50 difference but its also the principle of what the price tag says. She said I dont have to do it because its at the stores discretion. Erin was very rude. She pointed to her name tag and said my name is Erin. 2 other customers were next to me and also told her thats not right what youre doing. She then pulled out her phone and took a picture of the price on the Box. I said please make sure that you take a picture of the one that was below the TV as well. I was glad the 2 individuals who witnessed it gave me their phone number so that way if the store manager needs to talk to them as well. Not only am I requesting the store manager but I am requesting the regional manager to contact me. No customer should ever be treated this badly

Getting better to much construction still going around

I have been bedridden for about a month and I was so worried about not being able to grocery shop BUT Walmarts online services are amazing!! I love being able to order groceries on the app and just drive up to pick them up. It has been a life saver. And every employee has been very nice and courteous.

After remodeling the store..it looks more ugly and worst for checkout. Many self check out..and too much time consuming.. not recommend this store...

There always a problem with the electric carts even in the mornings they are never charged up. The place is getting renovated and even the staff dont know where items are at today we went through the whole store and found out you can only get the item that I was looking for through the internet and even then it says not in Stock. Walmart isnt a place I want to go ever in Pflugerville on 685. Its not well maintain with the carts situation and the staff says its not their responsibility its the cart people but you are right there at the entrance and you cant take the time to plug them in. What type of team players do you have there?!!!!

Everytime I go to Walmart, they always have what I need, including groceries.I shop Walmart more now, rather than the grocery stores, ( Texas chain stores ) I had gone to for over thirty years.Walmart keeps getting better and better!

The managers Jackie and Dara are the most evil and unreasonable people I have ever come into contact with in my life. They yell and degrade both Walmart and Contracted employees, I can’t imagine they act any different to their customers. I recommend you don’t support these people by simply shopping at another Walmart. This store is dirty and unorganized. You can tell the regular employees don’t care about their jobs because of how they get treated. Jackie and Dara the managers are embarrassingly poor examples of Walmart’s choice of management at this location. Nothing here is priced correctly and trust me, as a former employee, the price tags are often times incorrect so you’re never spending what they say you are going to. The price per unit is inflated so you spend more money without being informed that that is happening. Do not come here!

The staff was super helpful, but two of the items were a bit dented. They were in boxes and we noticed after 90% of assembly was complete. We decided to keep them still, but would be great not to deal with it.

My rating is due to the staff at the pharmacy. On more than one occasion I have received service above and beyond from the pharmacist. Helpful advice, medical knowledge and a genuine concern for my health made me feel like more than just another prescription. Their prices are competitive and their ordering and pick-up procedures/ technology work well. In my opinion, this pharmacy is better than most.

It took 2.5 hours to get a oil change and nobody was in the front take care of customers. It took a good 30 minutes to get checked out after the truck was up front. The service manager just stands around just looking like he owned it

Walmart, in general, is not my favorite place to be, however, there are things I can pick up there to accommodate a lower price, and convenience. On this day I could find what I needed quickly and was able to be checked out quickly as well by a friendly cashier. The store, in spite of the the large number of patrons, was clean and well stockef. Yes, I had a positive experience.

This Walmart is about 10 miles away from me, but its my favorite WalMart! Thanks for the great customer service and people like Shelby and Elizabeth from the Pharmacy. They are friendly and professional. When they make a mistake, they own up to it and show that you can trust them!Theres been many instances of great service over the past 7 or 8 months Ive frequented the Walmart, so Im confident in recommending this one to you.
