Clean store (someone was wiping down carts outside - so, I could see that process) & friendly staff. New to town - so, learning the layout. Love that I can get cheapER gasoline there! Will be one of my go to stores for sure!

A big old money trap, please dont go hungry. The lines here are not too bad, the other Costco was really bad at checkout. We got through this one quick. The gas station as well. I wish they had more of a selection on certain items but its Costco they have what they have.

Your 1 stop shop for all your organic needs. I have found everything I need in this store.. if I cant find it here I can order online. The staff is always friendly.

Its a Costco what more is there to say. Very clean and the shelves were stocked. Surprisingly we did not have to wait in line to check out but maybe 5 minutes

Love it but always spend too much money!

Been using this Costco for about 5 years, have never had an issue that was immediately solved to my utmost satisfaction. Prices are competitive to downright dirt cheap, I (almost) always find exactly what Im looking for, and I always leave with way too much stuff.Every employee that Ive interacted with has been professional, helpful, and courteous. Their handling of the pandemic procedures was great, exactly what I hoped for. I often found myself going the extra distance to Costco instead of my local store because of their adherence to local and federal guidelines.Food court is amazing. Hotdogs, pizza, chicken bake, its all great, and at an amazing price. Wait times can stretch to long sometimes, but its understandable as there are often lots of people ordering.

Have to give a hugh shoutout for Dennis the Tire Service manager and Jesus. I had a flat tire and was running on the donut. I had to get a new tire or get the flat one fixed on my way home from the airport and it was nearing closing time. We called and spoke with Dennis who told us to come on in. They were able to fix my tire so I could still keep my travel plans today. Jesus did a fantastic job getting the donut off and putting the repaired tire on. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Always get their good gasoline.

What’s not to love about Costco?! I returned some vitamins that were way too strong for me a couple of months later as well as some coffee that wasn’t K-Cups without any problems. Always fast and friendly service. I appreciated them during COVID times as well.

Far west Costco has more things, but here is more comfortable to shopping.

Wow we love this Costco!. Today we went in to renew our membership and KAYLA was soo helpful. We got renewed for another year and can’t wait to see what new stuff we find. Thank you again Kayla :)

No matter when I go the the Costco in Pflugerville everyone is always friendly, polite and ready to help. Wether I need help locating an item or loading my car the employees are always nice and helpful. They dont always have what I am looking for but the employees will tell me if it might be available to ship to me or even who to talk to to request the item.

Always a fun stop to find some great deals at Costco. Picked up these large planters for a great deal.

They have a lot of good stuff. Get a jump on Fall and Christmas decor and gifts

Costco is great but still missing a lot of items that our household needs. Plenty of parking.

I went to get my card and the representative who assisted me was like my best friend. He and I talked about everything from his hair, to music, to his job. It was a delightful encounter and I cant wait to start shopping with them.

Rebecca the lady at the optical department was really nice. I felt super comfortable with her, specially because she helped me choose my new frames.2 years a go I did not have the same experience but now I know who to go with next time.Thank you and I am very happy with my new pair of prescription glasses. Im a hard to please kind of person and this really means a lot to me.

Genuinely used to love Costco before I found out about where they get their chickens and their inadequate response to customer concerns. Animal welfare is extremely important to me and my family. Animal welfare is important to me and everyone I know. Costco needs to update its standards for chickens as soon as possible.

Worse customer ever !!!! Shanon and blake was really mad and with a attitude she didn’t say hi she was trowing all my things even tho they were food items she was giving me attitude for no reason i told her to please be careful with my stuff and she continued to be rude she scream at me its just things are we clear “ i said yes but things can break besides its food blankets and bread items she continues to be rude and even tho im spending my money at costco a transaction 400$ and more she could at least not be rude and ruined my things I didn’t cancel transaction because had baby toy items that i needed and food . Costco needs to see this who they hire I would put 0 starts if I could!! When i paid she said hurry up even tho she was the one that needed to put something in the computer .

Overall a good Costco! Its consistently crowded and the wait time for food is often longer than youd expect, but the staff are polite and helpful and the prices are great!

This Costco is bigger than Costco at 10401 Research Blvd Austin TX. I have visited this place multiple times. My latest visit was 06Dec2019.Bought vegetables, car jump starter, Milk, Fish, eggs, shampoo, Rai bath liquid soap, fruits etc costs me 140$, which is huge Bill.The customer service is good. Value for the goods are good. I have eaten Cheese pizza+ medium drink just for 3$. Food is cheaper than outside.Got gas to my car. Overall my experience is good.The weirdest part was i have missed 2018 and 2019 reward checks even I have complaint about couple of times. Why don’t you guys directly give store credit instead of mailing Checks????????!!!!!

Great space and cheap hotdogs but no seaweed so I had to drop a star.

They have good prices and good quality. But the quantities are almost always too large. Theyre self-checkout registers are the worst Ive ever seen constantly complaining about items being moved. They dont trust their customers and waste your time when youre trying to leave the store looking through your items.

It had items in stock that were sold out in other 3 local Costcos. I am thrilled to locate them there...

Costco was great but some jerk drove right passed us as we crossed the street to the parking lot. We were in the middle of the road.

Like Costco anyways but a little over a month ago my SD apparently thought I was having some issues and his training kicked in. He pulled me over and sat on me. A customer was walking by and asked if I needed any help. I mentioned that there is a woman that I know and the womans daughter went to go get her. I still had some shopping left and she stayed with me and my SD until I left and even had someone come to help load up my stuff. I called management the next day and left a big atta girl......

The Casher Abby and Rebecca Try to sell me some Pomo card. I told them I don’t need that. Then there were vey angry. There are not been nice to the customer after me neither. I don’t know how come there hired by Costco?

This afternoon (6/17), at 12:20 pm, we decided to go to Costco. There were quite a few people ahead of us (all Caucasian), and as they were entering they weren’t asked to show proof of their membership and just walked past the woman at the door who was also white. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was tall with glasses and dark hair. As we were walking in we thought we didn’t need to show since others didn’t and we were already inside and the woman says “I need to see your membership because of policy”. So I showed her and said “that’s fine... but you did not ask one single person in front of us to show either” and she said “they had it in their hand” which isn’t true because I was right behind them and no one showed them. I hope it wasn’t a race thing but we just didn’t appreciate it. Maybe train your employees to ask everyone or not ask anyone.

Its what youd expect of a warehouse store. What I like the most though, are the staff. Theyre always friendly, and checking out is quick and smooth. Weve never waited in the checkout line for very long.

You can always find plenty of what you need here. Associates in the store always have a friendly, positive attitude. Love coming here to shop, and always leave with what I need.

Its a Costco. If you need 1,000 rolls of TP and and 86 inch 4k tv at the same time, hit this place up.

This review is not on this store but in general. Ordered appliances and it is taking for ever to get it scheduled. Finally when they arrive they are damaged. It takes many hours to catch a customer service rep and scheduling is a joke. In this digital era, how costo has a very bad warehousing, scheduling systems is really strange. Would not buy anything online with this retailer.

Is it because Im black??? Ive been coming here and it happens every time! They look at others receipts within secs.....double check mines multiple times before I can go...?????PROFILE MUCH!

Havent been in costco for over a year. If I say why they will censor my review. But walked in the other day still not meeting their requirements buy heck why not? It was a spooky place. But I had transferred shopping patterns when they refused to let me in. I saw a place that had transferred deeply happy and open to closed and filled with fear. Unless you need 40 rolls of toilet paper and a rotisserie chicken - skip it. Leave the sheep to themselves.

I enjoy the items that I get when I shop at Costco. I do not like being accosted as I leave after I’ve spent hundreds of dollars. The sales clerk attempted to review the receipt and things in my basket item by item. No thank you! I think it is a rude, and an antiquated practice. I can’t wait until you can bulk shop online. Keep your hassle!

Visited the Pflugerville Costco today to restock my pantry with yummy Keto essentials and treats. I have found that this store is not as crowded as the other two Austin stores.  Also, getting you steps in by hitting all the aisles is fitness bonus. Samples are a plus also. 😎 My only regret is that they close at 6pm on the weekend.

Oh Costco. You could be a magical place full of wonder and enjoyment but it just never works out that way. I understand that your stock is constantly rotating but if the website could match the stock, that would be great! But alas, it never does (outside of staples items that they always have). I dont even mind that the stock is always changing, I just want to know whats going to be available and at what kind of price.Someday youll get it together Costco and I will actually like shopping with you.

My store love this location lovely staff.

My wife and I are new Costco members and are still unfamiliar with Costcos policies and hours. However, my wife arrived this morning (Tuesday, April 13) about 15-30 minutes prior to the warehouse opening to the general public. The warehouse was open for senior citizens and first responders during that time, but my wife was not aware of this. The team member stopped my wife partway into the door and asked if she was a first responder. My wife said No, I used to be a nurse. Why? The team member rudely responded and said you cant come in. There was no apology or attempt at understanding, nor did the team member intuit from my wifes response to the question that she might have been a new member and thus unfamiliar with these policies. This negative customer experience so soon after joining means that we will probably cancel our membership. We have no problem with special hours, but the team member couldve been more courteous in her response.

Best and brightest staff in the area.Very friendly and willing to assist us in loading our t.v.We purchased 5 pair of glasses and the lady helping us was very nice and very knowledgeable.She has us processed and our glasses ordered in no time.

April in member services was super sweet. Very professional and knowledgeable. The cashier and the guy at the door was so nice as well. It was a great first experience. Way better than the other place. This place seems customer and employee centered while the other seemed money driven. If you do right by people, the money will come 🤷🏾‍♀️. Thanks guys !

The employee, manager and general supervisor were rude and not doing their job properly. I had to call the corporate to file a complaint against them, especially they are only employees to Costco and think they are God given. Talking to me like I was a child, when in fact they were doing the wrong protocol as I spoke to the complaint department. Don’t let these people abuse their power over you. Costco is a great company but these employees need to be gone!

We have been customers since the late 90s and must say that not only are you getting the best value of products from this retailer, the quality of the goods are 2nd to none. And you can take that to any bank & cash it in.

I love Costco don’t get me wrong! But when you try to refuse service because my 2 year old is not wearing a mask, then your priorities are wrong. Yes, the CDC does recommend that they wear them at age 2 and up. Key word being recommended, not required! My 2 year old does not understand the concept of wearing a mask and throws it. He also will put a bag over his head and will suffocate himself at this age because he doesn’t understand right from wrong. So let’s take in to consideration, that not every situation is black and white please!!!

2/18/21- Just left Costco and they did a great job. The line was around the store 30 plus minutes before it opened but they let you know what they didn’t have so you would not be wasting your time in line and they were giving updates to let you know how many people they were letting in the store and directing you at check out. Even deescalating any loud talk that may threaten the check out flow. Also big thanks to all the employees that showed up to work! I think every register was open with two people one to check out and the other to unpack and pack your cart. Thanks so much for being so caring and efficient for your customers during this stressful time.

Costco as a company is a shame, not what it used to be anymore. I used to be one those many Costco lovers, loved the products they carry, customer service, store presentation, food trying, everything. However, they have litera Become tyrants to their customers who shop in store. Their associates are even rude and harass you just because they want to make you wear a mouth pamper(mask). But not only you, they even want to force your kids to wear one. This is tyranny and abuse and discrimination. Now they also canceled My Pillow, surrendering to the “cancel culture”. Well I’m one of those cancelling Costco, this will be my last membership. I hope many millions cancel them too and give them a lot of their own medicine!!!

I love Costco. They are the best at what they do - Highest quality at the lowest price! Dont come here for Walmart quality.

Went here with my wife on Suday of their grand opening weekend. This location is not that much different from other Costco locations except that it just opened. A number of there member services are not up and running fully. Especially since they arent able to issue member cards with your picture on them yet. Still there was a good selection of meat, fresh vegetables, and the addition of a dairy cooler for milk and eggs. But as many people know you have to be careful because we saw several items that are cheaper at HEB or Walmart. Also, not surprisingly, there are plenty of non-food items cheaper on Amazon, eBay, and Alibaba. So shop smart and be careful of impulse bulk buying!

Shop here mainly for bulk items, was looking in particular for SMART water, they are still out. This store is always clean, they are renovating the deli/pizza area, hopefully it will reopen real soon. Their hotdogs are one of the reasons I like to come to this store!

Love this place. Cheap gas. Just fun to shop. Good prices. Great products. Get their credit card. Lots of money back.
