Didn’t have the original paint that I wanted because of short supply. Worked with me to get better paint at a cheaper price and guaranteed it for the duration of my project when I come back. Extremely professional and helpful early in the morning really made my day.

Fantastic! I purchase paint fairly regularly from Sherwin-Williams for my business. I stopped by this location for the first time because it happened to be nearby. Everything was fantastic. The showroom was clean and well organized, the staff was friendly and very helpful and they had everything that I needed!

The single employee who is ever there has always been helpful, but Sherwin Williams, the parent company does not make samples anymore. All of the paper swatches are different colors. You can’t get an accurate sense of what a color will look like from the over priced stickers you have to buy now (which are also different colors from the paper swatches and just as expensive as paint samples used to be) instead of actual sample paint. They are also always out of the kind of paint I’m looking for. I was directed to another store, told prices would be rising by 4% across all Sherwin Williams stores the next day due to “supply chain issues” (that’s not a reason a customer wants to hear), but the alternative store I was directed to decided to close earlier than the posted hours. My options were to pay more the next day or go to Home Depot and get an actual sample and pay a lower price. I prefer SW but unfortunately I’ll be shopping at Home Depot until paint samples are available again.

First time I had ever been in a Sherwin-Williams store. Our clerk was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I was able to get exactly what I needed within 30 minutes of entering the store. It was a very positive experience. Will definitely return to their store for additional painting supplies as I need them!

In getting ready for the sale of my home I painted a couple of walls with the wrong color. The person working that night matched the color and saved my move out!

Good paint a bit pricey. Better than box stores.

Just got off the phone with Keaton who dropped the fbomb on me and refused to help with a color issue I had on some emerald paint I purchased there the day before. I asked for a clarification on a color match formula which could have easily been done over the phone but he was completely unprofessional, rude and flat out refused to help me before he started cussing at me. Unacceptable- don’t shop here.

I went there to get prices with the coupons. Keaton I believe is his name and he has really poor customer service he was with another customer and he was in the hurry to finish doing my paint without telling me prices first. Now I ended up with a paint that was in the process to compare prices first.
