I like the new set up after i found everything i needed good job big lot

Went in here to get my detergents for washing and ran across some cute fall decor. Ended up spending way more than I intended but worth it!

The associates and manager was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the new crew.. they are very professional.

The store front has been redone which is nice. You still have step or wheelchair access. It opens up on the main floor for home decor and food. They do not sell big appliances. The lower level has a variety of home furniture to include mattress sizes from twin to king. Confirmed they do not have crib/toddler mattresses. The cashier and the home furniture cashier were nice. Try not to use the bathroom unless absolutely necessary it was dirty and dusty! The store was really hot as if the air conditioner was not on or working properly.

Not a bad place e to shop, needs more inventory.

Average as far as Big Lots go. Not very stocked at the moment, but you can usually find a deal if you wander around.

The Big Lots on Hwy 280 in Phenix City, is large, very nice and big selection of items! They had exactly what I was looking for!

Grabbed what I needed and was able to apply my military discount which is always a plus . I was in and out with no waiting!

It is a very nice safe place to shop I will recommend it to anyone.

My shopping experience was pleasant enough. Honestly I would give it 5 stars but my clerk was not really having a good day. However everyone else I encountered was very pleasant and very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed for a great price. The cleaning supplies were cheaper than anywhere else in my area. I wont shop anywhere else for cleaning supplies. The prices are worth the few extra miles. Overall I would rate my experience 4.5

Disappointed. Target prices with family Dollar merchandise. When big lots first came to the area they had unique items in the grocery area at great prices and a good toy selection. Went in after years of not going due to rude staff and the staff attitude hasnt changed. Dont get in their way. Theyre too busy to acknowledge you

The gentleman working in the furniture department. He was very unwilling to aid us in finding a bed for us to purchase . He claimed that if they didnt have it in the store than you couldnt get it from Big Lots

Lousy delivery service. Will never purchase from the store again. They hire independent delivery people who are totally irresponsible never deliver the stuff on time and want to charge you $50 just to drop it at your doorstep. They dont set it up

Employee walked away would not finish helping us so we walked out the door would of been over 100.00 sales so if were not important then you dont deserve our business

Its convenient to where I work and just easier to get to than going to any other large discount stores. Plus the employees are a whole lot nicer and more willing to help if needed.

I got what I went for. Canned tomatoes ten for ten. 👍 Staff was nice. I got a ten dollar coupon on my next purchase. Im 😁.

My favorite place to go when I dont need but a few items

This used to be a place to find unique items and foreign foods at bargain prices. This is no longer the case. Most of the merchandise is available cheaper and fresher at the grocery store.

Great place to buy totes. Love to walk around the store and their furniture dept. Great finds.

You have to pick and choose but have some good buys on good products.

I was really surprised to find so many home decor items and groceries. They even had a large selection of gift items to choose from. I enjoyed looking through all of the fall and Christmas decorations and gift wraps. They have really kicked it up a notch at Big Lots.

They are actually honoring delivery drivers with a 15% discount till the end of August. They also are offering it to law enforcement, first responders and medical staff.

Its a great plan to pay less.

In a big fan of Big Lots, but this one in particular is slightly better because of the staff. Ive never encountered such friendly people. Theyre very welcoming and the store is split in two, one being furniture and the other is everything else. The workers stayed an extra 20 minutes after closing to insure that I got a Big Lots membership card which involved me going through the registration process (maybe about 5-10 minutes) even after closing. The staff didnt hesitate to inform me of easier ways to save and pointed me in the right direction for some deals. This store gets 5 stars on the overall attitude of the staff alone. Great job guys! Thank you for your kindness!

A great store and a great location.. Its like a many Wal-Mart to me. Just a little bit cheaper. It has mostly everything u will need here. Great snacks, household items, snacks toys, and great electronics. This place is very inexpensive and worth it. So if you are looking for a great place to shop. This is the place for you.

Can get the same product at walmart for cheaper. No thankyou, need to spend wisely these days.

They have just redone the store. They have taken out all of the clothes and the none sense no one buys. The store is looking great. Way better than before. The employees bare awesome especially the new young girl working the cash register, awesome service

Store was real clean, customer service was great, and they had exactly what I was looking for. We were greeted as soon as we came in the store by a clerk. What we were looking for was easily spotted, and it took no time at check out. Stop by at this location for a good experience.

By far one of the better Big Lots I’ve ever visited. Clean, organized, friendly service, and a decent sized clearance aisle. There’s another location closest to me, but I don’t mind driving longer to get here. Definitely worth a visit!

The selection is not as good as it used to be and you are definitely going to spend at least 15 minutes like to check out. What ever happened to Big Lots being affordable?????? Now you actually have to take out a loan to buy anything. Literally, you have to finance things from BIG LOTS!!! That just doesnt even make sense to me. Its sad that what was once a great place to shop is now so freaking expensive that Walmart is the only other option.

I gave 3 stars because I dont think their prices reflect that of a real discount store but its nice for the size and atmosphere if you dont feel like going to Wal-Mart but its just my opinion but prices are to high only issue

Its ok for a few items at good prices but would be difficult to do most of your shopping there. They do have good prices on outdoor furniture and supplies in season and a limited inventory of indoor furniture.

Knowledgable friendly store. Found a leather Manhattan sectional here for 700$. Cant beat that price for that item while still being American Made! Decent selection of household goods and non perishable food.

After walking in this store and seeing the most beautiful and most comfortable furniture I have ever sit in and the price is great too I bought two recliners and then went home and threw my furniture out the front door please check them out youll be glad you did 😀

Kinda cluttered throughout the store. Managers were talking to employees about personal home life such as putting up Christmas trees in their house.

Prices are good there similar to Family Dollar and Dollar General but they have furniture at a affordable price.

Big Lots used to be one of my favorite places to go but they dont get as much items as they used to.

Friendly staff u can find closeout stuff and stock up like my favorite dish soap I could no longer find at Walmart or Target. And best of all THEY SELL the real DiPPiN DOTS at this location! 😍
