It basically clothes that have a one way shape or form a defect, it could be noticeable such as the graphic print is offset, or unnoticeable such as the pockets on a pair of short could be switched. Either way is a deal in your presence, they offer more then clothes though, HomeDecor, Art, small section of Kitchen appliances, plates, glasses, coffee mugs. Its definitely worth a check out IMO....

Dirt Cheap is a good place to get some good deals but most of the time if you are looking for something specific the organization is not so hot! But they try to do their best to keep things organized and together. Customers dont help by just sitting unwanted items down wherever they want to and not where they got it from!

I give Phenix City Dirt cheap one star because I thought I was buying a Core converter box. Got home and opened the box and it was a used ematic converter box inside that did not work! How sorry can it get? I dont have money to throw away. Please do better, Dirt Cheap! Please! If you own a business, any kind of business, always make sure things are right.

Despite the lack of organization & uncleanliness throughout store, I was pleased to locate the item i was looking for. With the exception of manager, staff was friendly. Ok experience for me, not anticipating returning anytime soon.

Everytime I come to this location I always enjoy myself. But there is one cashier that always stand out. She is always friendly and helpful. She never rushes me. She has red hair and wear glasses. Nasty, dirty and very unorganized. Clothes were neat hanging on racks, but appliances and other items were destroyed on the shelves. Awful place. How can you find anything if you are walking over it.

Ill give it 3 stars, some of the prices are good but the store is almost always disorganized and cluttered you REALLY have to look through. And things are opened and products can get on your hands. There was a pretty lace dress that had a tag, but no price and when I took it to the Counter and the clerk came back and told me the dress was $165??? There is no way. At this particular store there is a certain employee who is not personable and friendly to the customers. I try to overlook it, because sometimes I find good deals there, but dont expect cleanliness from this store or staff that is very friendly. No one greets you as you walk in. It needs a major overhaul and a cleanup. And maybe retraining of the staff.

I surely must have tried to shop at a bad time. There was only one employee, that I noticed, and many customers. I found some GREAT bargains, but when it came time for me to check out, and due to needing to make another appointment in time, I (reluctantly) had to abandon my cart when I stood in line and realized it was going to a very long time to make it thru checkout. I would LOVE to go back and find additional staff has been hired. Im going to blame this one on COVID. I LOVE DIRT CHEAP!

This place is a pig pen. Oil that is $6.00 at Walmart is marked at 23.99 here then reduced. So underhanded in their pricing. Will not be back.

The employees that ring me up always have a cheerful attitude and have no problem answering any of my questions or pointing me in the direction of a particular item I’m on the hunt for. Be prepared to work if you want to find good deals because everything is packed in like sardines. A lot of the merchandise is dirty from dust and spilled products. The staff is nice but I guess they are overwhelmed with the shear volume of merchandise so organization does not appear to be a priority. Prices on a lot of stuff is marked up so your not getting as big of as discount as you think. Google the price to verify its not jacked up for the clearance. Come prepared to do some digging and get your hands dirty.

Its a 3.5 for me. I really like the store but it does need work. I think because of the no refund policy theres so many open product in the store. Thats why sometimes the product in the boxes are missing parts. Plus stuff is everywhere. Overall I find cheap name brand stuff and its cool. They also have a app to scan the products. The only problem with that is the app sometimes do not recognize the code on the product.

This place is head and shoulders above its sister location in Columbus. The space itself isn’t that big but everything seems to have a place and a good flow. The employees were considerably nice and willing to help. Would definitely return to this location. Plus you can’t beat the incredible prices and sales they always have.

I am not a fan of this place. Many items have defect labels from other stores on them. Prices listed before their percent off have never been that high to begin with and after the percentage off you are usually still paying retail price. Staff doesnt want to be there and you are bothering them. Definitely dirty and not so cheap. If you dont have the app you will have to play a guessing game with the pricing. Saw a bottle of salad dressing in here for $15. But you get 90 percent off.......really. it was only 4 bucks to begin with. Check dates on food items also

Unorganized, had stuff in cardboard boxes with no description on them. A diaper box was full of trash on the shelf. Had to guess on some of the prices. Some boxes of dishes had broken dishes in it.

They didnt honor the discount percentages that was in front of the item I wanted to get. It already didnt work and you had to get parts from other boxes. The sign said 70% and they try to tell me 50%. Bad for business.

I found some lighting fixtures for 95% off, what a deal. Great place to shop

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I have been duped for the 3rd and final time...getting merchandise home only to find out its defective or parts are missing. I live too far to return, even if they would accept back and gave refund. I really think thats the actual business model...sell defective junk with no return policy. Yes its messy but if you think about it people constantly set stuff down in wrong spots and digging threw stuff, but i enjoyed looking for good deals. Pretty good deals but you really have to dig. Also the sticker prices are deceptive. Almost always there is a discount on top of the sticker prices HOWEVER their sticker prices are often more money than the original retail price so in reality you may only be getting a 30% discount from the original retail price and not a 60% like they try to make it seem.
