We cash app them to make and mail patches. They sent the wrong patches! They refuse to refund our money or send correct patches! They blocked our number and dont answer NC calls! They ripped us off! Dont use them! They are con artist!! Very rude and dishonest company! I wouldnt recommend American Dream Embroidery to anyone!

Went to location for information. Guy was very rude. Had me standing in 20 degree weather, refusing to let me in. Asked questions and only got back very minimum responses. He actually closed the door before I was actually finished. They might be great at what they do, but based on my experience I’m not giving them my business.

Just called whoever answered the phone was ignorant.
