Yes the customer service is impeccable to the max. Great response speed and they actually go in and help you with the best ideas for your brand, that was a lot of help also. Then they sent me a sample mock up product of the intended order, I received it and I loved it . Turn around order time of 10 days for all orders. Overall I would use them from now on.

This is my first time to order customized T-shirt and I really had no clue about how to place the order. The staffs are very friendly and the warehouse is nice & clean. The sales specialist Anita helped me a lot. She went through the proposal with me step by step. Anita helped me to finish my design & many other details, such the size of the small logo the font & colors. One of my logo print is really complicated and it requires lot of details to print it out. Anita also helped me to figure out about the size distribution & amount for my orders. The business owner even purchased two brand new machines to make it done right. I was so surprised for their work. Not like other shop in this industry, they don’t have a minimum order requirements so you can order just one shirt. Their price is very reasonable too. Very professional, responsible & friendly. I ended up with ordering 200 shirts from them for the first time business. Highly recommend! Will definitely do more business.

My partner and I ordered printed shirts from this place. Just got them. They are the worst pieces of apparel we’ve ever seen. Printed crooked and the ink just crumbles off when you rub it. Not a very good experience. Very dissapointed.
