They are amazing! From when you step in the office and talk to Bonnie who greets you with a smile and talks to you as if she knew you forever, to Kyle who does amazing body work and makes you feel like family. They are a one stop auto shop and the only place we plan on taking out car from now on. Check them out for anything from oil change to body work!

Its location is convenient to where I live. I had read some positive reviews before I drove my car to H&K. The mechanics did a fine job with the oil change and vacuuming my 2009 Hyundai Elantra, they left some grease marks on the drivers seat. I mentioned this to the front desk.Next visit was for the fixing of my air conditioning. A mechanic mentioned that to save costs he could bypass ( I forgot what that part is called in regards to the a/c, probably the compressor) and insert a switch on the lower left corner of the dashboard. Since I am no car mechanic I thought this was a good idea. When my car came back the a/c was working but my hazard lights, directional signals and dashboard light were gone. My lever that pops open the hood was hanging loose, radio needed to be warmed up like an old fashioned cathedral style radio and the clock acted quirky. My heart sank as I felt this 11 year old car which worked beautifully except for the a/c was turned into a junker. I brought the car back to H&K and stated my case. During the 6 weeks that I was without a vehicle, I received a vm. When I called back the mechanic stated that due to the quarantine it is difficult to get parts for an older vehicle however they will be vigilant in finding places that have the correct parts. When all is said and done I received a phone call from H&K stating the car is done. My car was delivered to my residence. The boss said that the rear brake on the drivers side was replaced. No added charges on my bill, since they corrected their previous rushed mistakes. The car looked rather nice. They must have changed the dashboard which is now black with gray. The dashboard was polished rather nicely. My Hyundai now runs like a new car.

Highly Recommended Collision Specialists!! Not only did they fix auto body damage to my sons car, they vacuumed and detailed the entire car and steam cleaned the engine at no additional cost!!! Ask for Kyle!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I just picked up my Jeep after having some body work done and it looks perfect! The paint is perfect and the body work looks beautiful. It looks like nothing ever happened which is exactly what I was looking for. Carlos (the painter) did an excellent job. He was very accommodating and rebuffed the door with compound after I noticed that some residue was left behind. He did it willingly without any hesitation and took care of it immediately. He buffed it to perfection. Francisco and Carlos were both very professional. H&K was true to their word on both price and length of time that this job would take. I got my Jeep back in 2 days like predicted and was charged the best value for top quality work. I would strongly recommend this shop for both body work and professionalism.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Overpriced, rude inconsiderate employees, they are simply out to get every dollar they can from you the consumer and simply dont care what they said prior or what was promised or discussed, and if they get that OK to move forward watch out! They charge twice what the other body shops do and you will not get your vehicle till the over priced bill is paid in full. Please do your self a favor if you are forced to use this place, get an estimate in writing before they start the job.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to h&k for different things over the past few years. Recently I had my grand cherokee in for some rust repair and they were awesome price was great, results and the time were great. We will definitely be coming back!Thank you guys!

It’s unfortunate that I have to give this place any stars just to be heard..Back in May my car was damaged by hail in one of the crazy storms we had. I talked to my insurance and they gave me a shop to bring my car to for repairs; H&K and Sons (Lopatcong).I brought it in, they did an estimate on the repairs; $5,000 to fix it. My insurance agreed and I left it with them for over a month.The shop called me and told me my car was ready to be picked up and did not even want to wait for me to get it, they told me they would leave the keys on the seat of the car and I could come get it...I didn’t like the idea of a new car being parked on the street with the key in it, so I asked my grandfather to pick it up for me. When he got there they were pushing and pushing him to sign papers that the work was satisfactory, which he refused to sign without my permission..My mom calls me and tells me she thinks they did a bad job with the paint. Me, being overprotective of my car and worried, I asked them to bring it to my work so I could see what it looked like.Seeing this car was devastating. I immediately called my insurance company and told them DO NOT PAY THIS CLAIM. I explained what happened and they asked me to bring it in.They were disgusted with the work that was done and told me to find a shop to fix it.. I took it over to Warren County Collision where they, too, were horrified. The car was so bad off they refused to get involved with it and told me that I would likely not find anyone willing to put their name on the work that goes into it.I called my insurance and told them this, the worker at Warren County even talked to them for me.A few days later my insurance sent out an adjuster to assess the damage and see what they were going to do.. The end result; they decided to total my car. A brand new, 2017 car that was driven for only a year with under 13k miles. H&K destroyed my new car; causing over $22,000 worth of damage.Please please please do not let anyone bring their vehicle to these people. EVER. My insurance told me this morning that there is yet another claim that’s been filed because of their horrendous work and they are officially removing them from their direct service providers. This has been an absolute nightmare and I feel no remorse dragging their name through the mud after everything they caused.A short list of the damages;Roof and hood warpedHail damage still on the carScratches ALL OVER the carDents on the driver doorMuddy footprints on the white seats insideWax stains all over the interiorCracks and chips in the trunkOver spray on the paint jobBuff marks on the headlightsBlack paint on the white trimThe list goes on and on and words can’t even describe the devastation.

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my father plus the witness of my own eye my dad brought his truck here to get a few aftermarket pieces painted. First go around the truck sat there he called the day it was suppose to be done and they told him it was almost done. He goes to pic it up they told him to bring it back in a few weeks cause the paint wasn’t dried enough to buff it. Clearly indicated and by the horrible work they did a rush spray job that day found multiple spots that were thin on paint dried finger prints in the paint just plain horrible work. Brought it back for them to fix it came back looking even worse the orange peel alone about makes it look like Krinkle paint. They attempted to remove mesh from his hood and broke it then LEFT it like that on pick up they told him to bring it back he me or any of my friend or family will never and I mean NEVER do business with this horrible company again!!

Absolutely horrible. Was tricked into taking my car there by some who damaged it. H&k knowingly destroyed my nox sensor, poured some red goopy stuff in the port to civer it up / reseal it and flat out LIED to me each time I brought it back. The 4th time was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. There was staff there but they left me standing in the pouring cold rain because they supposedly didnt speak English. Im sorry but that is just plain rude. They couldnt write down a phone number and name? Further disrespect of a paying customer. When I actually did speak to a mechanic,over and over again he said I will have to research why the engine light keeps coming on. They all were fully aware that they did the damage and hoped I would just go away. Dishonest criminals. BEWARE DO NOT GO THERE!!

Had done great work in the past, but recently did sloppy work. Had to take back several times to fix and reschedule due to communication problems at their end (staff was not as friendly). Would not recommend if you are selective about paint details.
