After hitting a deer with my F150 the hood, quarter panel, door and more needed to be replaced. As an NJM Insurance approved garage they were in contact with my insurance company from the start. I really did not have to do much. The repair was done right with Ford parts. The service team was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have NJM Insurance.

I brought my car in after hitting a deer a few weeks ago. The staff at Warren Collision were beyond professional. They were extremely conscientious in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic. The repair work and paint job returned my 2016 Chevy back to looking as if it were a new car. I cannot thank the staff at Warren Collision enough for taking such good care of my car and of me. As usual the work was beautiful and if we were to show it to anyone they would not be able to locate the area where the work was performed. This place is AMAZING!!! The customer serviceis stellar!!!Had an accident and took my vehicle here for an estimate. From the moment I walked in you can tell it’s a quality shop. Clean, neat, tidy, very welcoming and the staff was present and answered all my questions.This is a PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SHOP- no BS... allemployees were dressed professionally and the repair area was tidy and clean. A reflection on their morals and type of work they do.Had them fix my vehicle and it was done in less than a week and ahead of schedule. They guarantee all labor etc. A nice touch.They are AAA Approved repair facility and that is a difficult approval to obtain.Mark was especially helpful with getting my estimate to the insurance company and helping facilitate the approval of additional items that were not initially visible during the inspection. Mark made sure to keep contact with me throughout the process and made the repair process easy and without any hassle.QUALITY WORK, FRIENDLY SERVICE, CLEAN SHOP and comfortable atmosphere. I would give 10 stars if I could. Always professional and their work is superior and priced extremely well. I highly recommend them. They even out on a license plate, which we did not even ask help with. They earn my business every time!!

As owner of an auto repair shop, I need a good body shop to outsource paintwork to and to recommend to my customers. I have recommended Warren county Collision to my customers and family in very good conscience for may years. Never have any come back to me with anything but good reviews and gratitude. My own experience with them has been great too.

The doctor is very knowledgable.... He and his staff are very pleasant people. Its a great place that allows you to leave with a great smile for more reasons than one.

I would NOT recommend Warren County Collision at all. I took my car there after striking the guard rail on the passenger quarter panel. I got the car back and it looked good… for a few months. I could see a very large crack forming in the paint where the collision was. I took my car back and they complained my car was brought back and gave me a bunch of excuses as to why it failed and finally agreed to redo the job and explicitly told me I couldn’t come back when the same thing would inevitably happen. It took a little while, but the same giant crack came back again and I am extremely displeased with their quality of work. If there was an option, I would post pictures of their terrible work to prove my claim. Save your money and go somewhere else that will actually do a good job they will stand behind.PLEASE SEARCH THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE PICTURES OF THE HORRIBLE WORK THEY DO AND THEN TELL YOU NOT TO COME BACK!

My car was 2 months old when it got hit :(. I relied on Google reviews to select Warren County Collision, and I was not disappointed. They were extremely meticulous about the parts they used and put my mind at ease while they put my car back to 100%. Youd never know anything happened. Great shop!

We have used them a couple of times, including hail damage which was estimated at $3,500.00. They removed every ding in the truck! Great customer service and top notch staff. Work was completed on time with no surprises.

Prompt, professional service. Not only were my repairs done 100% the communication throughout the process was exceptional, they even beat their estimate by 1 day. They coordinated everything with my insurance company and my car was returned good as new. After my encounter with a deer my 2003 looked like 2015 when Mark and his team we done. Thanks!

I woud like to say the guys out at warren collision are true professional at what they do. The are very friendly and also make sure the job is always done wright. I would never take my car to go get fix know where else but to warren county collision. Awesome job! Great work!

My daughter was involved in a minor accident while home during a break from college. Tim and Mike went above and beyond to work with me on scheduling, which was not easy, to get my daughters car fixed so she was least impacted when going back to school . When we went to pick up the car it was not only finished on time as promised but the car was never cleaner both inside and out. The car was detailed immaculately. I would recommend this body shop to my closest friends and families!!

I have used Warren County on no less than five different occasions for everything from when I hit a deer to an almost totalled vehicle. My one car has 110,000 miles on it and the other has 215,000 and everyone asks me how my cars look brand new ... I tell them all, its because of the professional folks at Warren County Collision Center ... they are THE BEST!!!

I was very upset with myself when I clipped the garage as I was pulling in the one day. I called the great staff at Warren County Collision who told me to bring the car in at my convenience. I dropped it off one night and the next morning by 9:00 a.m. I had a call back from Tim. He was so nice and said that the car was done! They had buffed out and painted my embarrassing collision with the garage and the SUV looked brand new. Truth be told, this is not the first time I have done this, nor will it be the last I am sure. I am just so glad they are in business. They are a trustworthy group of people and I do not know why anyone in our area would use anyone else.
