I did one of the rudest things a customer could do and I showed up 5 minutes before close. One of their employees Arnold helped me set up their Walmart app to pay for my products after I had forgotten my debit card at home. He went above and beyond to help me at the end of his night, something not many people would do with a smile on their face. I usually only shop at Walmart in an emergency, but I’ll be stopping in at this one more often. Thanks Arnold!

Shopped at this Walmart on May 3rd and spent just under about $230 on groceries. A couple of days later the orange juice I purchased I found out it had a sell by date of 4/29 which was BEFORE I ever shopped there. I bought it back hoping to at least exchange it for the same thing (just not EXPIRED) At first the lady wasnt going to even do that.....she just kinda shooed me away saying due to Covid we cannot take it back....I understand that but I paid for the item in good faith that it was able to be used.and it cannot be so now I need to exchange it. She allowed it and unfortunately they had no more. So I had to get a more expensive one and asked if I could pay the difference. NO! I ended up having to pay for it in full and no refund on the juice I returned....terrible customer service. I had and still have my receipts and still was not given a refund.

Dont even waste your time going here, take the drive to another WalMart or go to target!! The staff is ignorant & beyond rude. They dont a damn thing about their job & heaven forbid you ask them a question. Its a overall head ache.

Just got my prescriptions filled at Market St Pharmacy in Belvidere! Lowest prices around! Thats where I will go from now on!

Its ok could be better sometimes you have to wait a long line because they dont serve the express line like in other Walmart stores. Some of the staff is very friendly some are not. Overall its ok.

The Pharmacy Manager (Andy) is making his own rules when it come to filling prescription. by his rule I couldnt fill up my script at his pharmacy, I went to a different Walmart pharmacy and got it filled. I placed a complaint. I will update my review when I hear from district manager. This is serious! Now it has been a week since a called for management and placed a complaint. No response

All my meds are at this pharmacy.. only one I can trust

Im not use to being unwell. I recently had a health issue. My Drs office called in the Rx and told them Id be right over to pick it up. it was ready 10min later when I showed up. Later when I needed a refill I used their automated call-in feature and it worked great. And I love that I get a text telling me when my Rx is ready and how much it will be.... I LOVE THAT!I ran into a problem with one of my meds, an ointment. my insurance insists that the tube should last 30days. that was impossible. when I ran out in just a few days the Pharmacist, Maria, went out of her way to troubleshoot this for me. No one asked her to do this. She just overheard my dilemma with the cashier and went to work on my behalf, calling my Dr to ask if they could prescribe another medication, etc. Im amazed to experience such service from a Walmart pharmacy. Seriously, I was in bad shape, and I needed someone to give a darn. In this day, kindness is still the best medicine and Maria served it up on a platter for me. Im grateful for the great service.

Never tell you full story just make you wait. Keeping telling you 15 mins. Go back after 20 they need 15 more. Call 4 hours later and still need to talk to doctor. How long does it take to call a Dr and fill something you always have on hand anyways.After an hour of waiting I left just to have to go back another day. Really bad to keep a Type 1 diabetic waiting for their insulin !!! Wouldnt be going back if my insurance was accepted elsewhere !!!

Awful handling of Black Friday. Here in Phillipsburg when I think of deals I think of all the pburg crackheads fighting over a 20$ deal on a microwave. This year I did not see such an exotic performance 1 star.

Great if you have an hour, or more to kill waiting on a prescription! Also amazing if you’re into terrible customer service, and incompetent workers. This literally is the worst pharmacy ever. I’d rather walk ten miles into a store, than use this drive thru/pharmacy again.

The only thing I like is the express mobile service and low prices. I was very ill around Thanksgiving. Dr called in a few RX. Did the express since its quick and had trouble breathing. Even though the text said they were ready, I get there and was told one was still being worked on. Pharmacist said they were waiting for call back from my Dr because ok the strength of one of the meds. Im having issues breathing, felt like I was going to pass out. I call my Dr and they said no one called the office. Told them and she lies and said she was calling now. I watched her and she never picked up the phone. Didnt offer to give me water or anything. Finally done and pharmacist said nothing!!! No apology, nothing! Recently I needed a refill on my BP meds. Waiting for the text I called 2 later and they said no one at Dr office returned their calls. I asked what # they had and they had wrong Dr! They could have called me to confirm and all they said is they called and faxed with no response. Such a shame.

When i handed them my prescription the young NJ woman verified that they had the medication in stock. She said it would be about 40 minutes. I stayed in the bvb store looking around for 40 minutes just to find out upon returning that they did not have my medication i stock. I wish this was the only complaint i have about Walmart Pharmacy but sadly it isnt.

Ive only used the pharmacy department a few times and have always been treated nicely, respectfully & everything dealt with quietly & with privacy! There prices arent bad much cheaper than CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid & so on!

WORST pharmacy and service EVER. Gave them several chances, each time was horrible. This last time I went and dropped off my prescription, they said 1/2 hour. 40 minutes later I go back and wait in line ask them about it and they said a little bit longer. I wait 15 minutes go back through the line same thing. Feeling horrible, sick and in pain, 1/2 hour later go back through the line and ask, get get Im not sure, I said, how about you ask one of the 3 people working on prescriptions for me. He did Nothing so I yelled back to them, one came up looked me up and said, oh we dont have that in. NO JOKE. sick and in pain, asked about my prescription 3x over 2 hours for them to say tomorrow by noon. IDIOTS, who dont care have no accountability or customer service. Switched my prescriptions to local grocery store, cheaper, faster nicer.

Been dealing with Walmart Pharmacy for nearly 20 years, and it gets progressively worse after every RX. Definitely would not recommend.😣😣😣
