Great service comfort foods we had hot open turkey, hot open roast beef both served with soup and salad bar and a grilled chicken club sandwich served with fries. The gravies on the hot sandwiches was very tasty and both meats were flavorful and tender. The grilled chicken club was filled with flavor. The portions are good size.The salad bar didnt have too much to choose from but was ok.

Excellent service and food! I had a really great omelet. And my friends had other breakfast foods which were great. Our server Sean (or Shawn)was so great and friendly! The prices were good for NJ. Wayyyy better than the other diner down the road. I just moved here and will go to this diner from now on !! :)

We stopped by for outdoor dining and the food was delicious as always. Cobb salad was fresh and plentiful and my husbands roast beef was perfectly cooked. Weve done take-out as well and the food is always spot on. They did an awesome job of giving great food and customer service like they always do. More than 5 stars would apply here.
Looks all these good 5 star reviews are fake for this place..wish I have zero star too. Have to leave almost 75% of my breakfast. Quality quality guys. Think before you go. Attitude, quality and flies flying on your food wont bring 5 stars.

Food took a while to come out after we ordered, about 25-30 minutes, but it was really good. No complaints. Looks like they had 1 or possibly 2 cooks working.

Love the diner feel of this place. Staff is always helpful, accommodating and super friendly. I love the selection of homemade soups. They have a mini salad bar in the back room be sure to ask to add it to your meal. Small but nice. Food is always tasty.

Great little diner with a huge menu, fast service and really good quality food. Had one of their burgers and was quite impressed. Have also been for breakfast in the past and again was pleased with the meal and the service. If you need a place to get good food, great service at a great price, dont pass this place up.

Service is decent and they seem to want to try to provide good food but there needs to be more focus and attention to the quality of the food . My meal was salty and I threw out half of it . The steak was over seasoned and tasted funny. They need to improve the quality of the food.The ladies room also needs to be cleaned and made presentable for guests . The toilet was stained and needed cleaning It felt like I was in a roadside gas station bathroom. Improvements are needed. The staff seems tired and over worked. Dont think I will be going back.
Your basic New Jersey Greek diner. Very good food (and a lot of it), warm, welcoming atmosphere. Gorgeous waitresses. Gave it a 4 only because they didnt have country fried steak. For me, thats a staple. Fun place to stop, very family friendly.
We really enjoy it here! My kids love the pizza fries and disco fries! Kids meals give generous portions and they get ice cream or pudding. I really like the omelets. The staff are pleasant and always smiling and talking with my kids!

Even though I had been here 20 years ago, I still like it. The youngest generation family member genuinely loves the animals. He knows all their names, points out their particular habits while doing the feedings.
Stopped in for dinner again and we had the steak and shrimp special. Shrimp were large and grilled just right. The steak was tender and lean. The chicken soup was in a large bowl, almost a meal in itself and very good home made taste. Another pleasing dinner from the Red Rose.

You get what you pay for and here you get a side of employee drama with every meal. They just need to be a little more professional in regards to conversation and they can achieve 4 stars. For 5 stars they need to RAISE the food quality

I visited the Red Rose Diner on 3/1/2020 with my wife and our 5 children. This was our first time eating there together and Lord, am I glad we decided to visit Red Rose over IHOP lol. The food was delicious, the servings are a good size and the service, the most important part of any experience was OFF THE CHARTS. Johnny, our waiter was very attentive and helpful.Our visit was very special, because that morning, my family and I were celebrating the adoption of two of my children. The owner, Nick went out of his way to rejoice in our victory, in our celebration. His grandson, Minaj, even took a ton of pics for us. Pictures and an experience that will stay with us always. The Red Rose Diner, Nick and his team are Top Notch! Thankful we didn’t go to a chain restaurant lol. The difference is that at Nick’s place, you walk out with new friends who made of feel like family!Thank you for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience, my family and I look forward to our next visit. Nothing spectacular, but good eats as far as breakfast. Dinner menu looks great, and lunch is fairly standard. Like most people, I usually dont get dinner at these types of places unless Im traveling.

Great breakfast.. Hot coffee, huge omelette (must be 4 eggs), homfries cooked perfectly, and my toast actually had butter on the whole piece of bread. Waitress (Georgina) was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere was classic, had a couple of old timers get together near me talking about the old days; just what a diner should have.Happy to have had the bad traffic report that made me stop in, I will be back.
The diner continues to be one of the best! Their eggs and fries are my favorite breakfast with the fries perfectly crisped and the eggs over easy always right. Their coffee is the best.

We were seated right away. Coffee was hot and fresh. Friendly staff. Food was excellent. Very generous portions, served quickly, and exactly how we ordered. We had the Huervos Rancheros Skillet, and were pleasantly surprised! It was delicious, and large enough to take home for leftovers. We also ordered the 2 egg breakfast, and it was perfect. Under $20 for 2 people to eat and have coffee. I highly recommend.

This diner was fantastic! We went for dinner with 3 high energy kids and the wait staff was soooooo sweet! And the food FANTASTIC! Best french onion soup Ive ever had and I eat it a lot all over the US. The chicken marsala was awesome! burgers were large for a kids menu. Kids had a free desert too (pudding or ice cream)! i had to stop for the desert display case - the cake was excellent. Everything i expected from a diner! Best diner ever! Clean well maintained bathrooms. You can tell the workers take pride in their dinner! Will go again next time i go to the crayola cafe!
The place is OK. We went there on a Sunday morning, when most diners are usually packed, but there wasnt a lot of people here. We sat ourselves at the counter, since we just wanted something to eat quick. If you have enough time to wait about 25 minutes between when they approach you to take your order, another 25 minutes waiting for your food, another 25 minutes waiting for any one of the waitresses walking behind the counter to refill your coffee, but nobody does it until you ask for a warm up, and another 25 minutes to get your check, then this is the place for you. The food was ok, but the constant lack of attention from everybody behind the counter was surprising. We had a French toast Monte Cristo, which looked really good on the photo in the menu, but came out loaded with powdered sugar, which was quite a surprise (powdered sugar wasnt on the photo or the description).The atmosphere was very hectic (even though the place wasnt too busy) and the staff seemed to want to be someplace else all together. Id stop by again, but I wouldnt purposely go there.

Classic diner food makes this place good. The staff make it great! Visited with family and my neice was tired and cranky. A lucky find as we detoured through Bethlehem on our way back to I-78. The food is very good although not surprising for highway diner fare. Look for Victoria an Argentine woman who may be a bit distant but is beautiful in her special way. Typical diner menu with 1000s of items. My pastrami and Swiss sandwich and my wifes salad were both very good. A wide selection of high quality food from a very competent kitchen served by an interesting person. It gets no better on the New Jersey highways and byways.
