Twice now I went into this Rite Aid to get money orders and each time the cashier and supervisor immediately became agitated and nasty towards me when I said I needed money orders. The supervisor slammed the door to the supervisors office… and the cashier slammed the drawer to the register multiple times acting as though she did not know how to do a money order. The cashier and supervisor each time said to me “can’t you go to giant, we close at 10:00pm and already did the deposit.” Mind you it was 9:15pm the first time I went and the second time a month later it was 9:25pm. So much for them being open till 10:00pm. I won’t ever be going back to this Rite Aid again.

I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Will never be calling here for help or visiting this location again.
The RUDEST employees I have ever come into contact with. Called to verify some very basic information with their pharmacy and the rep who answered was dismissive, short and then hung up on me.
Always had great service at pharmacy and in store. All employees are friendly and professional.
Pharmacist gave very unprofessional customer service. Id go somewhere else. Was extremely unhelpful and unsuccessful for rescheduling my 2nd covid vaccine.
Hands down best rite aid I’ve ever been to ! I refuse to go anywhere else . The staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful . I highly recommend the pharmacy over any other ! Don’t go anywhere else, not worth the headache !!!
I had a new prescription filled from Rite Aid Phoenixville. A young lady named Shavon at the Pharmacy was very cordial and helpful, and went out of her way to help me find some other items I was looking for as well.
Absolutely MISERABLE pharmacist. Just try and ask a simple question about your script and get responded to with a level of rudeness I wouldn’t extend to my enemies. This woman hates people, her job, and needs to be replaced.
Not very good customer service. My family goes in for a quick in-and-out.
If I could give a negative star for the pharmacist I would. Not even the pharmacy staff, THE PHARMACIST is so unprofessional and treats patients VERY badly.
Terrible Pharmacy. Have been given the wrong medication in different bottles, staff is very rude. Most recently they refused to dispense my doctor ordered medication change. I understand that there are new rules in place with the PA prescription drug monitoring program, but this was my doctors orders for my anxiety medication. They dont know that I have a very ill family member I am caring for( or anything else about my life), and refused to to work with my doctor who called, communicated, etc. To top it off the pharmacist told me about how he had caught a drug seeker earlier that day and the details of it-obviously none of my business and very unprofessional. I will never step foot in this horrible place again.
I’ve been going here regularly for years. Everyone in the pharmacy is very nice, so long as that’s how you treat them. I’ve been in situations where meds were too soon, or no refills. They are doing their job to keep their license.I walk in and they say hello to me. They always work with me and help me with anything I need.
Miserable pharmacy staff. Went there because my pharmacy didnt have the medicine in stock that I needed. I was told by the assistant it was in (she was minimally professional) and then the pharmacist treated me like a drug addict after sitting there for ten minutes. I have cancer jerks. Thanks for your stunning bedside manner. I plan to to take my diagnosis to the store manager. What the hell do you to people who are dying? YOU shouldnt make assumptions.
I have had 3 months now of being told my rx is not in stock and is back ordered. Each month I was told theyd order it and each month I have to go to another rite aid to get it. This month I only went to this location because my one script was auto filled here and I fiqured Id try one last time. Of course they did not have it. When I asked the pharmacist why they had not had it for 3 months now she ignored me. Then I asked what happened to ordering it. Her excuse and snotty attitude was well maybe we cant get it yet 2 other rite aids within a 20min drive can, okay 👌 sure there Mary. My previous visit was greeted with similar attitude when I was told my rx was ready then I get there and Shavon Moskal rudely adviced me that I was told it was back ordered last month. Well it was a new month and I was called and told it was available. How was I to know they messed up yet again. The pharmacist Mary and staff member Shavons attitude leaves little to be desired. I will say there are some great staff there as well but these two lack professionalism and both should find a job not involving people. I am done. Ill drive a bit out of my way to go to a pharmacy that understands the importance of people getting there medication.
Sometimes meds aren’t in stock that are common meds. Ie: gabapentin. Common pain medication for diabetic neuropathy. Should always be in stock.
I went to my Rite Aid to get help on my health insurance because of my confusion with the Affordable Care Act and I had all of my questions answered and even enrolled in a new plan that is going to save me money on my insurance.
By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used
Miserable pharmacy staff, how can they work with the public?
Mediocre at best.
