I had a covid test done 5 days ago at Walgreens. Within 45 min.I was sent an email stating my results were ready. Weird, I thought, thats very early. Well, ever since then it states online to try another birth date when I keep trying to retrieve the result. I contacted them and was emailed that Walgreens has no idea who the lab was and has nothing to do with the test (even tho its done at their drive thru and they are probably getting govt.money for each one), and they gave me 3 different labs to try to contact! None of them knew anything about my result. Emailed them a second and third time, at the Contact address, no response. Nobody at an executive level tried to track down my result or figure out went wrong with my birth date. Meanwhile, being extremely, doubly immunocompromised, I have now missed the important 3 day window to try to get monoclonal antibodies if Im positive. The earlier the better. (Its hard enough to deal with requesting info about monoclonal antibodies from a govt.contact--you have to have a positive test, I was told.) Walgreens doesnt care that they have impacted negatively on my health and wellbeing, and I will go so far as to say they actually possibly sealed a death sentence for me if Im positive! So, I am advising the public to use CVS or another pharmacy other than the incompetent, unconcerned and irresponsible Walgreens. CVS was great and simple to track my result in the past. And for those of you who have had success with Walgreens, lucky you. I stand by my opinion that they horrendously suck. Shame on them for their lousy inadequacy and refusal to acknowledge and accept the sacred importance and urgency of a patients medical test result.

Their pharmacy is the best one I’ve ever gone to. They always have my prescription filled and ready, and the one time they didn’t, they filled it in less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff and quick service!

Was told about 15 minutes ago by the pharmacist here that I was a liar because she did not believe that they made Childrens Sudafed. So I went to CVS and bought it. Thank goodness this isnt my normal pharmacy. Id be seriously concerned about their level of knowledge. She was pretty pompous about it too.

My family often comes here for- anything! They have sweets, cards, makeup and so so so much more! Love this place.customer service is FANTASTIC

Excellent! I’ve been using the Walgreens pharmacy on Nutt road for almost 4 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I pass THREE other pharmacies to get to the Walgreens and here is why: They always have what is prescribed for me. My prescriptions are always ready with in 15 minutes. They have a very reliable and easy to use automatic refill app for my phone as well as an excellent photo printing app for my phone. Great service and reliability makes the few extra miles well worth it.

Used for photo service. People are helpful. But the final picture is very dark from the picture shown. Wish they could take care of that. Pricey too but the man at the counter provided CD for future prints. Located right beside the road which is kinda easy to reach but entering the building can be difficult during peak times due to traffic.

Great it to have pharmacy in walking distance of my house. However, its not helpful at all when the Pharmacy close at 5 pm on the weekend. Thank goodness for Gateway Pharmacy who is open til 10 pm!!!!!!

Great place for anything you need! The pharmacy is my favorite. I moved my whole family here from another hometown one that wasnt very nice to me.

I came directly from an Urgent Care facility with a prescription for pneumonia and a chronic cough at 9:50p.m. on 10/26/2011. The blond haired lady with a pony tail behind the pharmacy counter was closing her register early. She stated that she had to take her kid somewhere in the morning, and she wasnt staying tonight. Then, the pharmacist on duty told me to find another pharmacy. When I stated that I would report the incident to corporate, the blond lady said to go ahead. Although this was an emergency, closing before posted hours clearly takes priority over consumer service and patient needs at Walgreens. I will likely take my business elsewhere.
