Always love to stop for a cup of tea here. Especially when I need a 20 minute break from work and want to spend it sitting in a drive through that seems more to be used as the towns hot gossip center than actually for serving drinks and tasty morsels to please your palette at a price that you could hav put your kids through college for at least for 1 year.

Spent most of the day working remote and it was very nice. The workers are very professional, nice, and good at their jobs. 5 stars!

Great friendly batistas. Clean dining room and bathrooms. Were super helpful with dietary needs and modifications and my coffee turned out delicious.

I love Starbucks but you have to be able to get into the parking lot to get into the store. I drove around 3x because the entrance said exit. Finally I saw a tiny little enter sign!

My Frappuccino felt like no ice was used? Theres no way the ENTIRE drink melted driving from Oaks to house in Phoenixville. Its good but wont last nearly as long

This is by far, my favorite Starbucks location ever and I have been to at least 50 (I mean, havent we all?). The place is spotless and the cleanest I have ever seen a Starbucks. There is plenty of light and windows making it very light and airy. Brand new furniture and decor, and plenty of room to study, relax, etc. But most important of all, the people they hire at this location are top-notch. They are so friendly and always willing to help make your day a little better!

I truly appreciate everyone working here during the Pandemic..these are difficult times. However, I wish it hadn’t taken 3 wrongly made pink drinks & a trip to a nearby Target Starbucks to learn that there had been a recall on the pink drink juice for a few months now. I threw away barely sipped on drinks that weren’t exactly cheap...and feel sort of cheated tbh...

I will drive past two different Starbs to come here! Everyone is so kind and professional. This place brightens up my day even before ive had a sip of my coffee.

I just moved to Phoenixville and this is my first time going to this Starbucks. One of the employees Luca literally made my day! He was so energetic and so sweet and was even sweeter to my dog when giving her a pup cup. Thanks for such a great experience Luca!!!

Excellent service with a smile. Fast. It was Bogo day so thats always a fun time! Easy to get in and out of however you can not turn left up the one road. All traffic must turn right.

I love Starbucks but man what a stupid location. I work in the complex next to the expo center and cant get to this Starbucks in the morning because Im gonna have to go up the street make a turn at the jug handle and then when I want to get to work Im going to have to go all the way West down the street and find somewhere to turn around and come all the way back theres no way to get into this location if youre coming East. So I said screw it I just go to the Starbucks in the target.

Sometimes you want to go, where everyone knows your name. That is Starbucks in Oaks! Ok, the parking lot is too small and the drive-thru is tight, but walk inside and its like visiting old friends. You wont find a nicer, more welcoming Starbucks, and after a few visits, theyll know your name.

The staff was extremely kind and respectful. They were warm and welcoming. From my experience, this is a relaxing and great location. 😁

You know, their coffee is so expensive as it is. Then when a person pays several extra dollars for 2 add shots of espresso per cup for two cups, THEY SHOULD GET IT!!! This time, when I asked the guy to confirm the coffees each had the two add shots, he looked at me as if he had no clue. Didnt he read the order?? Unbelievable. If I hadnt asked, wedve been completely out of luck. I wonder how much money they make on cheating customers who use drivethru and are long gone before realizing they were cheated.

I enjoy studying at a different Starbucks whenever I get the chance, so I have tried many different Starbucks locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Arizona and Washington State. Due to this I know what to expect and know what drinks are basically a roll of the dice. Because of this I generally am more lenient to mistakes, and on the other end of the spectrum costumer service that goes above and beyond stands out.Today the barista taking my order mentioned that I had a whole lot of stars, and asked if I knew how to check when they expire, so that I dont waste any. I told him that I generally save them for purchases of $5 or more. This guy was so awesome, he gave me ideas on how to get the most out of my stars, giving me ideas on how I could basically deck out my drink for next time.I am so used to baristas being unhappy about me not wanting any ice or water in my drinks for example; or them leaving a good two inches at the top to make up for missing ice, that when someone is on the other end of the spectrum it really makes a difference to me.I really felt like he cared about my wants as a customer and wasnt worried about the store saving a buck. I cant imagine Starbucks profit margins are all that bad. All I want is to get a drink that isnt watered down, that wont mysteriously disappear after a few sips; or to have a drink that doesnt melt and turn all watery to the point that it doesnt have any flavor.Thank you Starbucks for making my day.
