My vehicle was involved in a pretty nasty accident only two weeks after purchase. This was the shop that the other drivers insurance set everything up through and it was an absolutely fabulous, easy process. While it took a little bit (Hyundai parts tend to take a minute), I was kept in the loop about where we were in the process and what was going on. I actually didnt expect my car to be ready for another week, so was pleasantly surprised to get the call to come pick it up! The car looks like new again and so far so good.

The service was great. My consultant greeted me after check-in and informed me of the estimated time. The service was completed within the indicated time and all is great with my vehicle. See you the next time.

Not a good experience at all. My vehicle sat for a week without it being touched (while I was in a rental that had the coolant light go on the day after I left the shop). When I was told to come back to exchange the vehicle for another one, the Enterprise office was closed and no one could help me. When I finally picked up the car, the body work was incomplete and my cell phone holder had been stolen. The stuff in my console had been disturbed as well as I had some loose change in a little container. The container was open; I leave it closed; and the change was gone.

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Work was completed on time and looks great. I especially appreciated getting regular updates, which is new to me for any auto repair shop.

1st place I had services and the didnt even wash my car, lookez like thwy just wiped it dowm.

Maybe they just had a bad day. The customer Service was great inspite of my bumper not matching my car.

The work they do is great, they keep you up to date on a daily what’s going on with your vehicle and they give you an estimated time when the vehicle will be complete. They are accommodating. The work was taken care of professionally and the customer service was excellent. When one of the new ordered parts wasnt fitting to their liking, they immediately ordered another one to ensure that the vehicle would look as if nothing had happened to it. The regional manager even called me to inform me so as to keep me in the loop. They did a great job overall.

We went in today just to get an estimate for our car after a freaky mishap on 83 N last Saturday.We chose them because they are right up the street from our house and several years ago they did fantastic work on our 2011 Kia Sorento.The office and check-in area is really nice. Itsvery neat, orderly and clean. I like that.The staff we encountered were pleasant. Greg Jones who did our estimate was awesome. He explained in detail what he was doing and got the ball rolling.Now we are just waiting for approval from our insurance company and our Beauty will be good as new.I will do another review once the job is completed,but as I said before I have no doubt that it will be marvelous.Take your vehicle to Signature Collision when you need a superub repair. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

I took my vehicle to be repaired and they were very professional. I always felt like they cared because they called me everyday to let me know what was going on with the car. I would definitely recommend this company!

Do not use this body shop! I am convinced the techs do not know what they are doing. I dropped my SVW off. They did not fix it right. My light stopped working after it was “fixed” I called and wanted it to be redone, because they are suppose to offer a life time warranty. They gave me the run around lied and said the part was out of warranty and tried to get me to pay for it. They finally agreed to pay for it after I had to get the insurance company involved. I took it back to them and when I received my car back, the light was still not done right and they had broken my night star in the grill of my car. I had to take it to my dealership to be done professionally because they have NO clue as to what they are doing!!! The experience was horrible. Once they received the money from the insurance company they leave you high and dry! I will NEVER use this body shop again nor will I ever refer anyone to this body shop!

I do not recommend this place at all. Came for a simple paint & body repair job that the insurance companies were paying for (car is completely drivable). Nothing was simple though... the shop didn’t have the correct info from the insurance and for about a week the car just sat there untouched. They didn’t bother to ask if I wanted to come get it in the mean time, they just strung me along for the week about the car and the progress with the insurance company. When the damage finally did get repaired, they had caused damage to my vehicle in a completely separate area of the car than what was being repaired. When I was notified that this had happened, they did not offer to help in anyway or try to assist in fixing any damage caused... and basically told me that they’re not responsible for doing so simply because “there was no way to know that that’s what was gonna happen?!”even though they caused it to happen...! After arguing for about 35 mins that the car didn’t come in that way, so it shouldn’t have to leave that way and almost ending up what looked to be a court case pending... Only then did they extend the offer of “touching up the spot for free” which on a scale of 1-10 looks like it’s a hard 3 when they were done. Poor business management & customer service. Would leave 0 outa 5 if possible!

Horrible customer service.

I had to get my bumper fixed on my driver side and they fixed all the scratches through the whole bumper!! It looks like I have a brand new bumper! They did it in one day. They helped me with renting a car for one day and was able to drop the rental back off to them and they handle contacting enterprise to pick up the car. They even gave me a really good car wash (which was needed lol). I would definitely recommend them for body work

My insurance company wasnt contacted upon the completion of the repairs to my vehicle. It was inconvenient because I was called late in the evening saying my vehicle was done and my rental was expiring at the end of the business day.All and all communication needs to be better!

Fantastic experience. In and out the same day. Rental car waiting for me. Called me and texted me multiple times. And they washed the car and the wheels. If I need a body shop, this is where I’m going.

Very good experience.

Unfortunately its an accident or car damage that will bring you here but once you get here you will be taken care of and the quality of work is top notch. Everything Ive had done here has been done right and with the right parts. The office staff are very knowledgeable and explain the process to you and make sure you understand what is going to happen. Great adjusters and estimates things have come in at the estimate or below for me.

Their body shop does excellent work. I really like the job that they did on my car and others complimented me as well.

Would give zero stars if I could. Caused damage to my car during a repair and refused to repair the damage they caused.

They want you to find a problem with there work if you can. If you cant take your vehicle home with a smile.

Car needed rocker panel put on and painted to match. Apparently their paint matching techniques are terrible and the car was returned with compounding dust all over it and the panel a different color entirely. They will get a chance to correct this and I will gladly review them better but until now they deserve to be slammed

I feel morally obligated to report that this shop is DEVASTATINGLY bad. Avoid at all costs unless (i) you know cars and their parts (ii) youre prepared to inspect everything (iii) youre prepared to stand your ground and argue repeatedly when they adamantly make ridiculous claims that are baldface lies - to your face. The kind of lies that will get you killed in your repaired car. You cant rely on the shop or the Geico claims adjustor (or the immediate supervisor to the Geico claims adjustor).

This was an amazing experience! My car was hit on Mothers Day and geico paid for everything! They even helped me with a nice rental! My car came back looking so good like nothing ever happened! They even washed and vacuumed my car for me! Everyone was willing to help and they were so friendly and professional!

If I could give Signature collision 0 stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Their customer service is horrendous, you’d be lucky to get even one phone call whilst your car is being serviced. My repairs for rear end damage ended up taking 50 days!! And when I finally got my car back the rear view camera was BROKEN but they insisted since it wasn’t part of the accident they would NOT fix it. Geico needs to drop this shop because they are horrible and heading towards legal problems for sure.

They were honest in their assessment, I just wish communication between them and the insurance company would be better (I realize it might not be their fault but they were my direct contact so this has to reflect on them somewhat)

Just dont - even if your insurance company recommends. Screwed the pooch several ways on our car. Missed several items and then said it was ok to drive. They missed a radiator problem and the temperature guage went to red. Then the insurance company wanted to total car. This shop is ok for body work but not mechanical. Go somewhere else.

This place does awful work IMO. I took my car here because it was recommended by my insurance company in February it is now March and I am now taking my car to another repair facility to bring the vehicle to pre-accident condition. How could you NOT notice the stabilizer links and sway bar bushings needed to be replaced, when you replaced the the lower control arm and the front wheel hub assembly? You couldnt tell the vehicle was still out of alignment or was making a knocking noise in the front end or did you just skip the quality assurance process all together? Its not about getting a supplement from the insurance company its about taking care of the customer.

Reisterstown Signature collision Associate Yodi is the guy you want handling you car. Had brought the car A6 Audi earlier for repairs but didnt fix my headlight. But this guy like a true professional he is and cleared the foggy lights to like new look. All kudos him and made me change my perception of this place..

Avoid this place at all costs! I had 15 or so CDs in my center console when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up they were all gone!!! They also told me my repair would only take 1 weekend and ended up taking almost 2 weeks. Not worth the headache

Left my car was told its going to be repaired with in 2 weeks i said ok then week later they said its gonna take extra week i was like ok now 3 weeks so after the 2nd week i went to check on my car right away i noticed they had the wrong fender on it so i was like it can be fixed and everybody makes mistakes so 3rd week ended called them hey whats up the car was still not ready and today 4/3/17 went there to check on it they had the wrong side mirror cant wait to get my car out of their hands never will i take my car there again or recommend it to anybody

They did a okay job. I would have scored them a four if I didnt have to bring my car back twice for add ion talk repairs that they failed to fix.

Terrible customer service. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and waited for 40 minutes without being helped (this was the early AM appointment). I wouldnt trust someone to work on my car if they cant even hold their scheduled appointments.
