I sold silver bars, gold coins, and sterling silver items. Everyone is wonderful to work with and prices are very fair based on market conditions. They even helped me identify a counterfeit chinese silver coin as definitely counterfeit. They know their stuff!I also had jewelry repairs and cleaning done right next door at Kaylah, also a joy to work with.

They asked me if I was comfortable with the price they offered, which was not necessarily helpful for me, since I had no idea what would make me comfortable, but some people may find this approach to be comforting. Selling jewelry and coins can be an emotional experience. I opted to get 1 1/2 times the value so that I could apply it to a jewelry purchase next door at Kaylah where they have a wonderful assortment of fine jewelry.

Kaylah Designs is incredible! I showed them pictures of what I had in mind for my engagement ring and they custom designed it exactly how I wanted it! I still get compliments on it. They also designed a stunning pair of cuff links for my husband which he absolutely loved! Brian was so pleasant to deal with, along with all the other staff. First let me start off with saying that I am a REAL customer. I went into Kaylahs today and I was greeted immediately and asked how could they help me. So I explained that I may want to sell my engagement ring. Its a pretty decent ring. I was brought to the back my ring was inspected everything with my permission and right in front of me. He asked my asking price I said it he immediately said it was fair he didnt try to low ball me. Upon his inspection the clarity and weight was a little less than what we originally thought but he still gave me a good price and even enhanced my ring so that I could still wear it. The service was phenomenal. Even better than some of the big name stores in the area. I worked with Brian specifically and he was extremely pleasant but most of all extremely professional. I found them by a basic Google search and they already had good reviews and I would be doing them a disservice if I didnt leave one of my own. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family and I will definitely be a return customer.
