I’ve used CPR more than a handful of times and they did excellent. I recommend them over anyone else! Great work, FRIENDLY, very informative and they get things done quickly! Couldn’t ask for more!!! Also, if they didn’t have what I needed in the store they got it for me in less than a week! Good job guys!

My husbands phone is on battery #3. Weve asked them to check the phone; why is it losing so much power so soon. They just keep changing batteries. If they do again, I will try someone, anyone, else.

The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, poignant and completely unbiased concerning circumstances, situations or past incidences. Full disclosure, I was caught infringing upon a retail “no no” and was asked to permanently vacate, understood and ashamed, old habits and desperation make for poor bed fellows....all in all despite my experience, best place for celll phone

Took my cell phone in to have a new LCD screen put in. When I finally got it back I noticed that the back cover had cracks in it. When I called them they said that happened when I dropped it. I told them that I had never dropped that phone. Then the next day I noticed that the front cover was popping up a friend of mine looked at it and showed me where the whole frame of the phone was warped from getting to hot when cpr tech took the covers off. I wouldnt let these people work onmy grandchildrens Fisher Price phone.

I went to the CPR store for a battery repair/replacement in my iPhone 5. I felt the staff was extremely customer orientated and knowledgeable of what could be wrong. They made sure my phone was in complete working order before I left the store. The store was neat, well organized and easy to find. I will for sure be returning!

I had my touch screen laptop repaired here. They were very helpful and timely. I hope they made a little money on this job. It seemed too cheap.

Great, what can I say this place is just wonderful. I live in Fordyce & googled a cell phone repair place at 5a.m. one morning I had taken my phone in there after driving all the way from hot springs & Little Rock after driving lil over 2 hours to get to them They were able to fix it. Said 1 hour but they had it done in 45 minutes. My phone works wonderfuly & they gave me a great price with 6 month warranty. My phone was broken at the AT&T place in Fordyce by an AT&T employee she broke off 4 of the gold pin things that read the back of the SIM card. CPR replaced the pins for me. Thank You CPR. Love the name because they really do save your phone life. I mentioned I would recommend them to everyone & that being said if you need cell phone work they are the place for you. Couldnt fix my phone. It was simple repair and they tried 3 times. I would like it the place more if they gave me a refund. I wouldnt recommend it to no one.

These guys are great, I actually thought my month old cell phone was ruined not only that I didnt think I would even be able to afford getting it a new one or mine repaired.. These guys did everything they could to fix it and used a part they had so I wouldnt have to pay for a new part... They will be getting all of my business tho I hope I dont need them again anytime soon.. 😁
