I had a phone in my cart on Verizon for 2 months, they reached out to me and even set up an appointment for me to come in, to help me decide. They have helped fix my phone and upgrade (cheaper than online). They actually care about you 😊

I was experiencing a problem with my newly purchased Ellipsis 8, after returning it several times for repairs, I received a Samsung Tab E for a replacement. I took it my local Verizon store for assistance for setting up properly. There the young lady (Danielle Evans) who assisted me was very knowledgeable and made my experience very pleasurable. Her expertise made may visit comfortable. Please express my sincere thanks for a job well done. Kudos to her.

Graciela has been my Verizon rep since Christmas 2017. She has always taken care of my family account. When we are ready for a new phones we call her and is always more than willing to help us and meeting us at our local store in Pine Bluff even though she lives in Little Rock. I have had service with Verizon for over 10 years. I really enjoy the staff and the service I receive. The friendliness of the staff when you enter the store is why I keep my service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything to is. Didnt have to ask many questions as they really know what they are doing and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommended Verizon to anyone....however they NEVER gave us our $200.00 per phone Visa or MasterCard.Been trying to get it since July giving them PLENTY of time to send it out!!! The best Verizon experience I have ever had. She was able to fix my old phone and get all my info to my new phone. She was so friendly. I think she was the manager, very knowledgeable and helped everyone.

My representative took real good care of me. She tried to fix my phone but it wasnt working. She then was able to get me into a new phone and tablet for a cheaper cost monthly. She was very helpful and fast. She made this easy. I was scared to lose everything. She deserves a raise.

I have been charged over $ 1600 this year and that doesnt include anything but 1 line with unlimited package. Insurance was put on my account and I didnt request that, as well as I was told to bring my FREE accessories back that I got with the Motorolla z4 and I would get a partial refund. The charges of $150 were on my bill. The account was closed and reopened to remove a line that was never used. I spent 9 hours dealing with this Saturday and its Monday and I still havent received a call from management that I requested. My son is a United States Marine.. active in this horrible mess Trump has started and my phone is impairitive to speaking with my only son. I cant depend on this company for service and they could care less if I hear from my only child. Being a Marine family we depend on our cellular device and carrier because we never know if a call is the last. I am livid about this and they could care less. Not to mention the manager I dealt with in pine bluff, AR, what a horrible person with no respect for her elders and lacking general managment abilities skills. Verizon you should be ashamed.

Every time I come into Verizon store on Olive street. I get some of the best customer service I ever had. Hot springs and Little Rock never do this for me. They never want to work on my phone and try to get me into a new phone instead of helping me with what I have. Such a great experience in Pine Bluff.

One of the best experiences Ive had even though it took 2 hours. Graces cute eyes, laugh and conversation about her terrible driving skills made it go quick.😂 I kept her half an hour past closing because I couldnt leave without pictures of my daughter. Everytime I come into the Verizon store in Pine Bluff they are always willing to help. I am not tech savvy. They are patient with me and teach me how to fix anything on my phone. Gracie was very helpful today. I always come her instead of the other Verizon I live by.

The service was very very very good. She helped me connect my Garmin watch to my phone. She was very nice. Every time I come in everybody is nice. I dont care who I get everyone here has been so helpful. The girl that helped me today was able to connect my watch to my phone and change my time.
