When I entered the store I was greeted by two very pretty ladies. The service Shavonn and Crystal gave me I feel as tho they went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. I will tell all of my friends and family about the treatment I received in the store. If you havent heard about the referral program that Sprint has. I would advise you to go see those two ladies. Tell them I sent you.

Khaylan gave me the best customer service Ive experienced with Sprint in years. Got me in and out and transferred all my content. Im very happy with my device

Well organized and this location carries the latest devices. Carasmatic team of customer service agents. This store is easy to get into and such open space with the wheel chair access evening right close too its entreance and also geared for the millennial crowd boldly representing the Pokemon games logo.

Went in to inquire about the new iPhone X Max both of the ladies became rude sent me and another customer to AT&t for a case! I had a couple questions about working the phone because I never had a iPhone, one lady kept texting and ignore my question. The other helped the next customer because apparently she was “finished”. I ended up getting help to back my phone up at Walmart. I am just upset I know it was close to closing but DO NOT rush to get me done because you are ready to go home. I will start going back to Little Rock this is the rudest store I ever been too.
