If I could give zero stars I would. I came here from out of town to get a fill and the lady said its going to be a long wait, do you have time. I said how long, she said 2 hours. I said ok can I make an appointment for tomorrow, she said we dont do appointments because she has no ideal of how busy it will be. Well wouldnt that be the point of making appointments so youd know what your day would be like? She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Definitely not what Im used to from a business that is expecting someone to pay them for services. TOO MANY SHOPS TO CHOSE FROM FOR THEM TO BE SO UNFRIENDLY!

This is my 6th visit and they have gotten progressively worse over time. Nobody bothers to pay attention to detail and they will without a second thought send you out of the salon with nail polish all over your fingers. Additionally, the owner will tell you that if you want the gel polish to look like the Swatch then you should probably stick with OPI. What kind of sense does it make for you to know that the brands you offer clients dont align with your swatches, and still continue to offer them to customers. This is the second time I picked the color based on a sample and got home to realize it was a completely different color. They are on the higher end in terms of price point for most salons in Pine Bluff. I took my sister who left out with knobs for fingernails. I felt so bad that I suggested this place that I paid for her nails. They dont keep up with the latest colors being released,Its the same options, all the time and they skimp on quality. This is the salon that buys the cheapest option of whatevers available and then makes you pay top shelf prices. Bottom Line: if youre looking for Quality Service and products this is not the spot!!!!!!
