Love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jonathan is very patient and explained the repair in detail so I could understand what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend OAKRIDGE AUTO CARE.

I was there for a simple job being paid for by his neighbor who had accidentally broke something on my car.. When I told the guy I did not want for his shop to do the work that he had falsely made up he became very irate. The man proceeded to cuss at me and was very very rude. I dont know how anybody ever gave this business a positive review. The guy actually I saw writes his own reviews.. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!?

This guy is a crook. I left my truck with him to service the AC for the 3Rd time and he let it get vandalised in his lot and then he told me he wouldnt cooperate with an investigation. The compressor still makes noise because they didnt add enough oil into the system. Please dont trust his services. Bill

These guys are the worst. I dropped my car off, they don’t reply to phone calls or emails. Then when they finally get to you they are rude and make like you’re bothering them. Stay Away!!!!

Not trustworthy, does not back their work, and will hang up on you. Poor customer care, and no warranty. I plan to file a complaint with BBB.Added March 2nd.I do not understand how a car hitting a pole would have given me the response that you will not check my alignment. I So I took it to Pep Boys and the camber was way out, tow was ok. I paid pep boys to fix the camber and now I can drive with the steering wheel level. I would be happy if you would agree to refund me the cost of the aliment.

Do not use Oakridge Auto Care. I asked the owner if they were experts in VOlkswagen TDI repair before I sent my 2006 Jetta TDI in for a clutch replacement. They said yes they were.....This was a lie! They up sold me on replacing the rear crankshaft seal(which wasn’t leaking) while the they had the transmission out, which I agreed to. To keep a long story short. They damaged my car which they would not have repaired had I not taken pictures of the car when it was turned over to them. They quoted the wrong clutch which cost me hundreds of dollars additional. They ordered and installed the incorrect rear main seal which has the crank sensor ring mounted in it. Due to this error they had to pull the transmission out because the car would crank but wouldn’t start. Now magically my starter has failed. This is no doubt due to over cranking the car trying to start it.After picking up the car I found they left one of the turbo charge air pipes off causing low power which I had to repair myself. Sloppy!To top all of this off the rear main seal is leaking oil pretty badly. I got a quote from another shop to replace the rear main seal for $1,100.I have reached out to both the owner and shop manger and they won’t respond.Stay away from Oakridge Auto Care!

I drive a 2005 toyota camry. Well my car started running rough and a friend rec me to Oakridge Auto Care. I got their in the morning and told them what was going on with my car. it was like missing and loosing power.So they performed a Diagnosis. The Manager their Manny told me that is a common problem if i had never done a tune-up.Very straight forward guy. After they performed the diagnosis they found that my spark plugs where worn and I had 1 bad ignition coil due to the worn plugs. The repair came out to 209.56 and I thought was a great price because wile I was waiting I called the dealer and the wanted to charge me 841.00.wow. I deffenatly rec Oakridge Auto Care. Very nice and great prices.

This place is a scam, they give you a list of problems that dont exist, and once you get everything done the car is still broken, Do not go here, I went here because of the good reviews, I think they probably write their own reviews.

The manager or owner, is totally and completely a MIE ......... A, request a diagnosis, and the man was upset that I did not want to fix the car with him, because it seemed very expensive repair; and because of that I told him to leave it cheaper, I agree that I do not accept, and I also understand it since it is his business; Her arrogant and rude attitude was the reason I decided not to leave my car. Finally, Mr. charges me a part (spare part) that is written in English, and I ask for an explanation: the man who speaks Spanish and English perfectly. He rudely sends me to look up the word in the dictionary and not complain about the two dollars he is charging me. For this reason, I do not recommend this workshop due to the rude attitude of the Lord.
