Excellent location and product choice, fresh fruits and vegetables, good choice of beverages. This Winn-Dixie location is big and well air conditioned, enough space to shop with family and friends. Fresh cold cuts. Overall very pleasant experience, especially when you could save extra with some discounts. I recommend this place with confidence.

GIVING THIS STORE 1 STAR IS FAR MORE THAN THEY DESERVE. I PATIENTLY WAITED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE I WAITED FOR 2 EMPLOYEES TO FINISH THEIR CONVERSATION ABOUT LASAGNA BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO HELP ME. THEN WHEN THEY DECIDED TO GRACE ME WITH THEIR ATTENTION THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS A NUCENSE FOR TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I TRIED TO STAY CALM THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WHILE THEY GIGGLED BACK AND FORTH AND MADE COMMENTS TO EACH OTHER UNDER THEIR BREATH. THIS STORE OBVIOUSLY NEEDS A COMPLETE OVER HAUL OF THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM. EITHER CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT BEING TAUGHT OR NOT ENCOURAGED. NO WONDER WINN-DIXIE IS ON ITS WAY OUT. YOU WOULDNT BE TREATED LIKE THIS AT PUBLIX. I PLAN ON TAKING MY COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Larry in seafood was very patient when my 9 year old when my asked him a ton of questions about seafood. To my surprise Larry answered all of his questions and treated my son with respect. Not alot of people take time out to talk to kids. Thank You Larry for time amd effort today.

This review is about the people and the store and not the prices. Today I received horrible customer service. Today is flag day. They had an American flag hanging over the the frozen food aisle. It was hung with the stars facing the wrong direction. Its 6:30 pm and I just notified my cashier that it was hung wrong and the way it is hung is like flying it upside down. She just said oh ok, I didnt do it, I dont know who did. She then proceeded to the next customer. So I decided to let custom service know. I told them the same thing. She laughed and said ok, is that all? After seeing I was not amused she said Ill let my manager know. I find it sad that this is how things are. I find it sad that after letting people know they show no care or respect in trying to fix it.

I found the flowers and deli to be awesome. The bakery is good but dosent do alot in terms of baked goods most are shipped in. The deli is nice everything is made fresh in morning. The meat and chicken seems pricey for the amount but Im not a huge meat person. The cold drinks section is great. If you drink they do have a nice selections of spirits but I dont drink but they do have a limited organic food section. Coin change machine,and atm are on location with western union.

I love everything about this store. Very nice manager, deli manager and produce managers are both very nice ladies. The employees under them are exceptional.

Hillary. the lady who works there in the checkout has a very poor attitude. Everytime I go there she is very snappy and just has a very bad attitude.

Just dont seem to have enough inventory. Out of quite a few items. Been to other Winn-Dixies where service is 100 times better. Some cashiers seem uninterested and aloof. Deli staff talks amongst self while you stand there waiting for them to finish.

Ants invested in their bakery food and god knows what other bugs are elsewhere. The Mayfield Icecream was also tampered with so one can only guess what happens in this place.Met Manager Dave. He came off as not caring about these disgusting problem. Never shopping here again and Id reccomend everyone go elsewhere for your own health.

Their employees are all cheerful and helpful. They have the best meat and meat sales.

The deli employees are fast and friendly. If I have a question on a missing item the manager will do everything to provide an equal item/price. The store is bright and clean. Convenient and some shady parking spots. 😏

This entire store needs retraining in customer service. They are angry and resentful when asked to correct errors in prices, make customers wait an excessive amount of time for service, refuse to listen to anything customers have to say, and openly mock them. Actually never saw anything quite like it anywhere. Management pays little to no attention to whats going on outside of the office.

First and last time I will shop this store. The store is uninviting, isles cluttered with too much product. Every isle had something messy. The staff wear faded red tshirts and just dont seem happy being there. The music playing is too loud and not soothing for a shopping experience. After all these years winn Dixie you still havent stepped your game up. So disappointing.

Sometime ago they remodeled this place and with the remodel came many more items. Today for example I was able to pick up some small batch Cheeses which I like to enjoy with crackers. As always I shop for my meat here because you can always get a great T-Bone. The prices are very competitive and typically under most other stores on purpose. The cashiers are not normally as friendly as the other big Grocer in the area but they are efficient.

Store never seems to have an express check out open. If you need just one or two things be prepared to wait in long lines behind people with lots of groceries. Not even their customer service desk is open. Time better saved driving to other stores.

Friendly staff, quick check out. I do like the Dollar Shop the best! Although their hot and pre-made items have many opportunities. The circular, hot holding display, is excessively hot, which makes it somewhat of a safety hazard and deteriorates the quality of food. They dont carry pre-made sushi or California rolls like they did before,when they remodeled. I commend the store manager which I see out on the floor physically changing out displays and restocking.

Lots of customers don’t wear masks anymore and I asked the person at the service desk to do something about it and he said that management told them they can’t force customers to wear masks.We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic that’s about to get worse with a new strain of covid-19 that’s deadlier. If Winn-Dixie won’t take this seriously, than I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I love shopping at Winn Dixie. They always have some great deals and buy one get one deals is so helpful for people like me who is struggling with kids. That rewards card is a blessing, I love to wait and watch the cashier scan my groceries and hit the total, then they scan my rewards card and watch the savings. Customer service is awesome 🤗. Im so happy that I live around the corner.2👍👍😉

Got in got out, got what I needed fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the sales and promotions currently going on that week. 10 out of 10, will be coming back to this place from now on.

It is very difficult to find good fruit here for some reason... Peaches, nectarines, plums or prunes forget it! Impossible. Apples and bananas maybe. Always so frustrating getting home trying to eat it and its all smushy not juicy. Same with strawberries and berries are low grade. There is another store that never disappoints in fruits or anything else for that matter, i wish thats the one that was here instead of this place...

I love the new Winn Dixie! They carry specialty items like crystalized ginger and other delicacies. I like that they have sample foods in the Deli area. And the prices are generally cheaper than other grocery stores in the area.

Great deals on meat. Produce is good here but for some reason it has to be used quickly but prices are good. Im happy this store is here. Sometimes I wish they had more checkouts opened but they try to keep costs down and this does help them to help the customer with lower prices. Thanks.

Friendly service and helpful staff, clean store.Best to go there for meats (steaks and the like). Deli counter usually has good weekly specials on sandwich meats. They only carry the basics in the deli, though (so dont plan to pick up fresh sliced prosciutto when youre there).

Great deals on groceries. Went for an awesome steak special. 3.99 per pound for times. I actually ended up with the porter house cut for the same price. This location is not scheduled to close but up for a remodel. Shop for deals but you will have to get their savings card to save the money. Well worth it.

Good store, good prices on most items. They have failed to ring up sale items correctly every single time that my wife and I have been. No exaggeration.

The staff is friendly and the store is clean but the selection of products is limited and Im not a fan of the hot food bar lots of over cooked food and burned pot pies. I really want to like this location because the staff is really great and I enjoy going there because of the customer service but the quality could use a major adjustment.

Love the seafood and deli fresh salads.the flowers are super awesome here and although I dont stay long at the store the cold drink section great on hot days and the fresh deli hot lunches are nice on the go. Super clean here and well stocked with items. The staff is really attentive and helpful. After 7 pm they discount meats and everything for the next day for fresh items to come out.

I really would rate this store higher but I ask 6 times now over a 6 month period for them to carry no sugar added ice cream, in flavors other than vanilla. I told them I am diabetic and would appreciate variety. Im not asking them to carry 10 varieties, I would be happy with three. I told them I have to go to another store for that item. I was assured that once my request went through Corp, I would see product. That was 3 months ago. Otherwise I would of gave them a 5 star...butchers are fantastic...deli...fantastic...whoever is making decisions...needs to step it up.

This was my first time shopping at Winn-Dixie. This place has great prices and incredible deals. Most of the meat products had buy one get one free. After looking over the prices, I have paid $60+ for these products at other stores, but I paid just under $40 here with the discounts. I am incredibly happy with the price and service at this store.

The store is very clean and organized. The prices and discounts are amazing. We saved 50$ today on groceries and household items. We even received a 5 cent per gallon discount on gas with our points. The points did not take forever to accumulate. Also take the surveys on the receipt and recieve a 5$ discount on groceries.

Check your receipt! They say the discount comes off at the end but half the time it doesnt! Check your meats and cheeses as well at this location. Opened the chicken when I got home and it had a dead fly in it! Opened the cheese and it had mold. Plus the deli counter associates are very rude. Will.not be going back to this store ever again and either will my family and friends

I find good sale items every time I go.In the Seafood Case my favorite is the Salmon ready bag with 2 veggies. In the microwave for 3 to 4Minutes, delicious nutricious meal.

They have pretty good sales and overall prices, and it does seem to be kept more clean as of late. Had some trouble with staff occasionally not really being much help. Again seems to be improving

Great cashiers and selection

The Winn Dixie bakery is terrible. Their baked goods lack seasoning and if seasoned the wrong kind of seasoning is used. The chicken wing cutlets are steroid feed chicken so the meat has tough parts throughout the meat. Their chicken salad is terrible, it’s probably the worst I’ve ever eaten. I went there yesterday morning and not one man or minority on their work staff. There is something very wrong with this store and these things need to be fixed.

Nice service. The prices are okay. Sometimes they have bogo deals .I had to send money through western union and the man was very helpful.

I like Winn Dixie. The meat has improved over the years. This is where I shop. What else do I need to say.

I normally prefer Winn Dixie over Publix for their more extensive produce section but this one is awful. Almost everything there was wilted or on its last day. It was a bummer. We would have spent probably $100 in produce but the only thing good enough to buy was the strawberries.

Since Hurricane Irma they raised the prices and never lowered them. You can spend 100.00 in here and get 60.00 worth of food compared to Wal Mart or anywhere else.Also being handicapped and not able to travel like i want i made the mistake of buying 2 toilet papers instead of one ane the manager came over yelling pulled the extra one of my cart calling me a hoarder and other names.Id like to file a formal complaint about this thing pawing my cart and touching my stuff. Ripping out the toilet paper.745 am at Winn Dixie on 66st and104th ave n. She needs to be checked as i did nothing too deserve this. 25yrs shopping there and guess that stops today also.

Ive bought yogurt multiple times and it was expired. Once even by a month.Any produce Ive bought is usually bad in 1-2 days.Cashiers are friendly and its convenient, so I will keep going but check dates every time and buy produce somewhere else.

The remodel/overhaul looks good, the lay-out is different, but what changes were made have been improvements in access and product arrangements. The new lights make the inside significantly brighter, too.

I like Winn-Dixie but this one is vary clean I love their smaller shopping carts. Friendly help. Ill definitely be shopping there more often😀👍🐾

Great store. It has been there for decades and has been updated often. The folks are nice and the produce is wonderful. The deli is varied and well priced. Just give it a go.

This is one of the cleanest Winn-Dixies in the area. Great selection, and they even have a dollar area for shoppers on a budget.

Newly remodeled store is nice, but the aisle layout is strange. Shouldnt vinegar be on the same aisle as oil? Will have to check out the new $1 aisle on the next trip (no time today).

This is where I do some of my grocery shopping. Especially when they have there BOGO sales on meat. Sometimes you can do better else where, but not too often. You just Ave to stay on top of things.

The staff here is very nice, but there arent many of them. The store is fairly clean. I do find that this store is small so it doesnt have the stock of other stores Ive visited.

Competitively priced grocery. The most affordable option for one stop grocery shopping. Quality is good. I compare this to Shop rite, Food Lion etc...

Better layout than the store on East Bay and more options. Quiet, not packed so its perfect for in and out shopping.

Iike WinnDixie because of there products and services and there employee s that work too needs to be more happy at the Register saying hello how are you doing today,or something noone greets you when you walk in the store.I feel like they should we did wherever we worked,it makes the consumer feel like they are important.!!!!

Its hard to give a grocery store exemplary ratings. You come, you spend too much, etc. Winn Dixie suits me just fine with good deals and BOGO sales.

I personally like shopping at Winn-Dixie I love their Rewards program where you get to use your points as cash towards your purchases or you can use your points for gas you get to choose whichever way you want to use it I like that I normally use my points for cash towards my food. I love that they always have buy one get one Frees on items that are expensive items name brand items not just a generic items.

I love this Winn dixie!! The kids get their own carts which helps keep them busy and the meat is always fresh. This place is also very clean and never any discolored produce! I love this store

I love shopping at the meat department is awesome along with the sea food and Bakery . All through the store everything is easy to find the customer service is excellent. The store is clean. This Winn-Dixie is super close to my home but its not the prettiest. They dont have a nice selection of foods, meats, and seafood like the other Winn-Dixies in the area. They need improvement on everything.

Store is ok, sometimes they have what you want, they won’t really go above and beyond to get products you want. Notably depressing shopping experience, constant depressing music, heart break and lonely songs, which is odd for a shopping experience.. Prices are better then Publix, but higher then Walmart’s, but the quality of customer service is better then Walmart’s and worse then Publix. Pretty much mid grade grocery store. Problems tend to be chain wide, while individual employees are quite good and helpful, lines are quick.

Weve been going to this location for almost a year. And no complaints..we alwaysget out fairly quick. All of the cashiers are friendly and fast.

I am not sticker shocked anymore and I usually only run in for milk but I couldnt help but notice the frozen end caps were all empty. I wonder why? Closing soon? It seems to look like they are downsizing or no demand no re order...the cashiers talk to the client and you wait longer than self service...oh yea they dont have that....get what you pay for .

I absolutely LOVE this winn dixie store. There is an employee named Geno, he is super friendly and has been working there for itleast 3 years that i know of, Maybe longer, but my experience with him is always so lovely. He laughs, and jokes appropriately while checking me and my family out at the register and he definitely should be valued by the GM or owner. Im sure he is. As far as the store goes, its always clean. They always have enough cashiers to check people out at registers with very minimal waiting time. I definitely recommend this location over others! :)

This is for 102nd Ave Store in Pinellas Park. Store was just remodeled, but feels like Im in a Dollar Store or similar. Lots of bare shelves, not up to par selection (based on other stores in the market).Bakery seems like a half-hearted effort and the same for the Deli. The deli doesnt even make sandwiches except for some pre-made and when I was there at 11-11:30am they had practically no selection to choose from.

I got their fried chicken. Very good try it sometime you will love it.

They have remodeled the entire store which is very nice, still have not been able to find the items that I am looking for, with out a bit of a hunt, the store appears to be cleaner and a bit more room in the isles, but still lacks the more common named items you would find at most stores.

I like Winn Dixie. This location was just totally remodeled, and you can get local Florida and deep-south brands here you cant find at other grocery stores.

Always great deals, 10 for $10, bogo, deals on fruits and veggies, meats, etc. Staff may not be overly friendly but is usually pretty efficient. Lines are never that long so you can cash out easily. Plus with the Plenti card, youre guaranteed savings that pay cash back at other places as well. Overall, I like shopping here.
