Kennard is the only person that Ive dealt with. Definitely my go to anytime I need anything Verizon! I Definitely appreciate the kindness and the willingness to always help no matter what! So until Verizon just skyrockets their prices or he leaves Im content!

I wish I could give this place a zero. Rude staff, I bought a defective phone, was told by customer service online that the store would have to check the device. She told me that online customer service at Verizon didnt want to do their job and they were just there to sell phones not work on them. Called customer service back they diagnosed that I had gotten a faulty product from them to return the 5 day old phone for a replacement. I was again told that they dont return phones or 30 day refunds and that my only option was to buy a new phone from them. Do NOT patronize this store they sell faulty and refurbished phones as new. Went to Shreveport to a corporate store and was out the door with a new phone in 10 min no fuss and no problems. This store is NOT a corporate store it is just a dealer and will not honor Verizons policies and procedures. Be very wary of this place!

I went in today and I had the greatest experience. The woman was very helpful and sweet. I really wish I remembered her name but I went in there at about 11:30 this morning. I will keep going to that store that isn’t the first time I went and she was working and gave me great service

Im a tech tard and was needing a new phone so, I went to Verizon in pineville the customer service was excellent. Jasmine was very understanding & patient I would recommend when dealing with verizon go to the pineville location & ask for jasmine. It was quite refreshing to have a young girl with so much respect for her elders .

Kennard is amazing and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was not there when I went in. I was very rudely told put a mask on or she couldnt help. So I did, no big deal. I asked about 2 phones and she said I dont know anything about that so I cant help you. I asked about another one and she quickly states we aint got that. I asked her if she could call the other Verizon store to see if it was in stock and she said they cant call them anymore. I just wanted to buy a phone. I just gave up with her and left.

Was greeted by an employee that did not even look up from her phone and said something inaudible and followed it up with a nasty. You need a mask anyway. Way to go verizon

Walked into our local TCC retailer and was immediately greeted by a courteous, helpful and knowledgeable gentleman named Kennard. Being tech challenged, I was quickly put at ease by this kind mans manner. He quickly answered all my questions and informed me of all he could do like transferring all my old phones info to my new one. A very pleasant experience. Felt like I was dealing with a trusted friend rather than a faceless associate. Thanks, Kennard.

Purchase went smoothly, unfortunately I just got my bill, with a $40 upgrade fee I wasnt told about. Apparently it is industry standard, so nothing to be done. Since I asked about any changes to my plan/bill I would have expected to be told about it.

He was able to take off features I have been paying for and have never used. I was able to upgrade my daughter the the newest IPhone and my monthly bill will be lower than before.
