Went in to browse around, but got a great deal on a Mini fridge. They actually dropped price 10 dollars off of ticket price. Young man at register very polite. Good buy.

Very clean and well organized. Found some nice pieces and really reasonably priced. Less than $6.00 for a few antiques. One worth a bunch more.

Good selection of clothes; actually found a couple replacement sconces.

Cant stay away long. Always find something. Sometimes.. even someone I havent seen in a long time.

Very disappointed in this location. Items are extremely overpriced and I have yet to find any treasures that arent too pricey for a thrift store buy.

For such a modern and impressive facade on this building I was surprised to find that the store has limited stock to offer prospective bargain hunters. Compared to the Goodwill stores in the New Orleans area this store is paltry. I’m used to being annoyed at the abundance of the clothes on the rack being so tight it’s hard to flip through them. Over here they don’t have that problem. For an example there may may have been 50 button short sleeve shirts on the rack of which only about ten fit me (XL). New Orleans Goodwill ought to take their excess and ship up here to fill the space on the racks.Anyway...I enjoyed it. It’s a clean store and I didn’t see any evidence of the employees being rude. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll gladly stop by again.

Saturdays are my thrift days. I am building a classroom, a wardrobe, and decorating my house. I am one who looks for quality items. I love the coupons for donations and the punch hole cards for when purchasing items. I am an L-XL in womens sizes and alot of great clothes have tags still on. Never pick up a time and true tag for women-that is walmart! Unless you can get it cheaper than in the big store. I find lots of clothes to upcycle and to wear straight off the rack. Most days at work, people tell me they love my blouse and I say thanks I got it from Goodwill. The only reason I put 4 and not five is because I never find children clothes there or house decore/furniture. Wish I could go durning the week!

Its okay but I think some of the stuff in there is overpriced and they never have enough clothes for men

They have some occasional good deals. I have seen items in there with Goodwill prices higher than the original retail price. Come on Goodwill, its DONATED to you. Your CEO can pack a brown bag lunch once in a while. I often look for yarn at Goodwill and when I do find it, its usually priced just as high or higher then the stores that sell the yarn.

Three adult customers were not wearing masks today inside this Goodwill. I avoided them and informed the manager. She instantly exploded and yelled at me to mind my own business! She said she ran the store and to just stay away from them! I asked her why she was being so unprofessional, and she turned her back on me. I recommend avoiding this unsafe environment.

Experience was nice. The store was organized and I even walked out with a recliner for cheap! Then the employees loaded it for me,i really like this location!

You ever pay 3 dollars for a 25 dollar pair pants? If not youve never been to Goodwill. The used-clothing aspect might throw some people off but everything in the showroom is washed and examined. Its always worth visiting

They dont ever have any men shoes. Just women shoes.

The place has definitely gotten better with the organization of the variety of clothes. But I felt like I was over charged for the 3 items I bought. My mom bought 3 items and paid $7. I bought 3 items and paid $11. What was the difference here? The manager and employee were talking about their personal lives and i know the entire store heard them.

Prices are more than some of their items are when theyre brand new. But the. Staff is always helpful friendly and the huge store is always clean.

I have been here twice, and both times, I found it to be an absolute pleasure. I found really nice items here for a very reasonable price. They also offer senior citizens discounts on Tuesdays and Veteran/military discounts on Wednesdays. A great place to find great deals.

I have been to Goodwill stores across the country, if you need a coffee pot, blender, bread machine or an iron this is your best place to always find them.I go consistently and see the items dropped off and in the back that NEVER MADE IT TO THE SALES FLOOR.I think they sell all the higher end items to local flea markets or have some type of backdoor policy in place. Alexandria is ran the same way. Even Natchitoches consistently have better items always on the sales floor.

When I visit I always make sure to come to this good will. Good deals, well organized. Cloths are color coordinated Not size which made it harder to find something that fit.

I was looking for a bed frame and a cold weather jacket. I found both. And the price was incredibly low. The jacket is from old Navy and in almost new condition. Im not saying youll find everything youre looking for but it will be cheaper than anything you can find online.

Never shop here any more clothes donated and they charge more than buying it new. Used to be about a helping people now about how much they can make. Saw people truly in need there have to put back because of prices. Used to donate my things here now take to missions or someone in need

I like shopping here in Pineville. We always find some unusual items. This visit found a hand embroidered bird picture. Love it is characterized colors

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Clothes are at better prices than the one in Natchitoches, LA. ( Same with shoes and some other items.) Always able to find something at a great price for the house.

Very clean, which was nice. Its a small place with lots of clothing. Not alot of HomeGoods or furniture. Nice people working here.

Nothing like they used to be. But theyve rearranged the store. Looks a bit more organized but nothing that I want. Used to be I never left Goodwill with less than three bags. I used to spend about $150.00 between the one in Pineville and Alexandria. Now I rarely spend more than$5.00. Most times Im donating when I visit the Pineville Goodwill.

I am someone who adores and takes advantage of the win win gentle corporate giant that is goodwill. I always bring an item to donate to receive 10% off my purchase. Some of the nicer or more desirable items can sometimes unfortunately get priced at a ridiculously high price but every week a particular color is on sale and every Sunday a particular color item is 50% off!*color refers to a designation each item receives.

Has some nice items, and its always fun to go browse to see if you can find something good. Ive found items in the past that I loved and still have (some art, for example).

Clothes not organized by size. I do not recommend going to this store because it definitely doesnt consider the consumer. No one has all day to look at each individual piece of clothing on all of those racks to find something in their size. A time waster! Horrible set up!

It was good the things that i was looking for they didnt have so I did pick up a nice skillet and new pair of chuck Taylor tennis shoe about 4 brand new hip-hop caps for a whopping $1.78 cent each.

Store is very clean, staff was helpful and we had a great find of a queen bed it was just what we were looking for.

A wide variety of everything u could want or need. Customer service was not rude or friendly just quite and you couldnt tell if who worked there because they had no visible name tags or smocks or anything indicating they were the employees.

I always thought Goodwill was a charity organization just to find out its just another store that gets free stuff and sells it for now higher prices. Was a time you didnt have to pay so much for junk or knick knacks. I dont really go to these places anymore. Not because Im too good for it, but because the price is just got too high for old used items

I like Goodwill you can always find good stuff their prices sometimes arent as affordable but you can find prices that are good

Update : several months later still no product since new management took over.The place is barren with almost no product since the new manager, and what product they have very obviously is broken.

Nothing is sorted by SIZE! ONLY by colour. Thats ridiculous. Not very effective compared to other Goodwill stores Ive been to around the United States.

If yall really cared about yall customers and employees you would close during this pandemic.And for those saying they wash their clothes, Ive sorry to inform you but they dont have washers or dyers, so wash them when you take clothes home!

They use to have a good selection of things, but it has gotten a little less good. Don’t know what happened. But its still a good little place to shop.

I really hate that not everything has a price on it. I know theres stickers but everytime i pick up something i dont want to have to walk all the way to the checkout to ask for a price. I just usually put stuff back if they dont have prices on them or dont have a sign telling you. Other than that its pretty nice and big.

It was just a trash store! I see them frequently put good stuff on a truck and ship else where. They leave just the junk at both the Alexandria and pineville location.

Last time I visited a few months ago I was shocked at the prices on their clothes and most other things. They charge more than Walmart for very noticeably used clothes (which is saying a lot). I got a couple deals on kids pants but thats it. I will not be shopping at Goodwill anymore. (I bought a big lamp I thought I got a deal on that was a little cracked and scuffed, turns out it was the same price as a new one at Walmart!! Same exact lamp!! Ridiculous!!)
