I walked in with my girlfriend because she wanted to check out the closing sale. We kinda split up looking at different items. I go to look at some clothes then I noticed the cashier left the cash register to come near me to fold some jeans that didn’t need folding while periodically looking up at me. Being the only black man in the store I already knew what she was doing. It hurts being profiled in the city I grew up in.

Theyre closing down and changing names, but Ive always gotten a vibe, from a couple workers there, that theyre a little better than you are. Even though They are working retail. Probably know me from when I was younger or something.. maybe every time I go they are having a bad day..

I cannot say enough good about Stage stores, theyre the best in my books. ALWAYS a beautiful bargain can be found. The clothing is gorgeous with nothing but name brand tags & labels. I just love waking out of a Stage store knowing I just bought 400-500$ worth of clothes for only 100-150$. Their clearance & doorbuster items are the best! 75$ shoes for 20$, yes the bargains,are amazing everyday! Even better is that you get to use coupons, save an extra 50% off on already 50-80% reduced clothing! A 60$ item for 2$. You just cant go wrong at Stage! Plus you earn bonus reward coupons you can stack on top of other coupons. You receive 10-20$ coupons for your birthday, as a new customer, coupons for being a great customer,monthly coupons. Yes, you can tell I love Stage stores! So go visit, shop & find your awesome bargains at your local Stage store!

Big closing sale going on we racked up on clothes very cheap.

Good for mens clothing, shoes, makeup, perfume, and home decor. Good coupons. I rarely find anything to buy in the womens department, though, except lingerie or pajamas. Salespeople are friendly, but checkout lines get long.

Use to be a clean and organized store. I quit going to the one in Alex for this reason. Womens wear is terrible. Need a new buyer. Forget it if you are in need for business attire.

The staff are very helpful. I had bought a pair of shoes and wore them once . One of the straps broke and I returned. I had the receipt and there was no problem.

If had visited any other time outside of the store closing event, I would have enjoyed even something as simple as window shopping at stage. However, the two visits recently left me feeling very unwelcome and uncomfortable, if not claustrophobic at best.Pinevilles Stage was smaller than the Marksville store and was also very cluttered and disorganized. Items were spilling over shelves, walkways with narrowed... Not to mention customers and store associates were so scattered and frantic trying to make purchases.Marksville was more spacious. Products were shelved to the front in EVERY aisle. It was kind of quiet, but considering the location in Marksville, business is pretty steady. Only thing I didnt enjoy about this trip was the asbcense of PooPourri.

Havent been in years decided to go in and look around lots of neat stuff for Christmas presents very clean and organized will visit again

Non professional new employees. They werent dressed appropriately and not very helpful. Miss the previous employees who knew to be professionally.

I often receive email and text from Stage. I have considered it among one of my favorite stores. But .. Today .. when trying to use a $10 off $10 coupon, there was a problem. After selecting my items, my coupon was not allowed on those things. Okay, I looked around again after being told anything that ended in an 8 would not work, which was almost everything. I finally chose some things that did not end in 8, but they were beauty. So .. next time receive a coupon from Stage, Im going to save time and have the sales associate just show me what ONE item the coupon will work on.

The prices are great but they forgot take off one of manget tags and I live a hour usually, I would give a 5 star.
