This specific Pinole drive thru line is always long and takes at least 20-30min to get to order box and then purchase order. The drinks are okay sometimes not correct or not made exactly tastewise like other Starbucks however after 20-30min waiting who is going to go back and ask them to remake the drink?

I’m not usually a Starbucks girl, but I desperately needed coffee on my drive home. I went through the drive thru and was helped by Sammi, who was very sweet and helpful. By far the best costumer service I’ve received at a Starbucks ever

I have been to countless Starbucks restaurants, and this one takes the cake for the worst ever. Unbelievably slow service; it does not matter if you order in person, use the app, or the drive-thru; all take at least twice as long as normal. In both the app and on the Starbucks website is states that the hours of operation are 4:30 am to 9:30 pm, but that is just wrong -- after 8:30 pm only the drive-thru is open. I once ordered a drink using the app and went to pick it up at 8:40 pm; I was not able to get in the door to pick it up!

Really, and I mean really nice staff. And this Starbucks work probably the latest out of all Starbucks’s I know of in the area. And I like to work on my laptop in Starbucks on evenings. Unfortunately in my area they are all closing at 8pm! 8pm!!!! This one closes at 9.30pm! So nice! I stay to work here every time I am in the area. Good coffee, good atmosphere, good staff!

Fast drive thru service

Pre ordered through the app so my drink would be ready when I arrived. Upon entering, not a single one of the 3 employees I could see greeted me. I followed the signs for mobile pick up and patiently waited for the girl behind the counter (Bella) to finish preparing another order. My drink was sitting just to the right of her. After handing out the order she was preparing, an off duty employee walked up to the counter and her and Bella proceeded to engage in a long personal conversation. Bella made eye contact with me twice, but still never greeted me or asked if I could be helped. I finally interrupted their conversation and asked if she could pass me my drink. She handed it to me without a straw. When I asked for a straw both Bella and the off-duty employee gestured towards the bucket of straws behind the protective covid plexi-glass and responded theyre right there, implying for me to reach under the glass and grab my own straw out of the bucket. Im thinking Starbucks placed the bucket behind the protective plastic because they dont want customers grabbing their own and potentially sharing germs. Horrible customer service and obviously no respect for covid protocols. Done with Starbucks.

Nice place but bit too dark for my liking. For people perfer quite and darker space, this is good.

Love this place but several of the baristas and food prep do not read the orders. I have been ordering breakfast without the nut medley, yet everyday I get nut medley one day I even received two nut medleys and no fruit. I haven’t said anything I go daily with the hope that one day they will actually read my order and grateful that I am it allergic to nuts.

They send their baristas on lunch 50 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes into their shift.

Drive thru is strange and causes quite a backup in the parking lot. But the time was reasonable and the coffee is as expected.

Long line of cars at the drive-thru. Doors locked for ordering inside. No excuse. every other establishment is open for ordering inside to take out. I can tell by the other reviews that this is definitely a low-performing Starbucks.

Don’t go through the drive through, your drink may be made incorrectly. I think the drive through order machine is too old, and it’s hard for them to hear though it. If you order inside or make a mobile order, it’ll be made perfectly every time.

Iced White Chocolate Mocha so good

I usually avoid starbucks but this morning I decided to run through for a quick snack. I ordered a coffee and a cheese danish, the girl at the window was rude as always but I ignored that. However when I arrived at work and opened my danish, THREE gnats flew out of the bag that had been closed since I left the drive through. Did these sit out all night or what?? Absolutely disgusting.

Still no seating inside because of Covid and a little bit of a wait ordering inside.

One of the worst Starbucks location. Never open for indoor Mobil pickups. All mobile pickup are from drive-thru.

This is a great Starbucks, my drinks are always done correctly and the staff is frendly.

Why I rated Starbucks 5 stars? Well ITS A STARBUCKS! Great coffee, naturally. Gourmet treats, the cranberry bliss bars and the iced lemon loaf are wonderful and they have great breakfast sandwiches also! Again, theres the coffee!!

Horrible experience. I came through drive up and it took like 5 min for the cashier to take my order. I was never greeted. When I got to the window I handled my debit card to the cashier who never greeted me as well, something had happen to the customers before me since he ran out looking for them. When he came back he handle me my drink no receipt and closed his window. I noticed he had given me a larger drink than what I had order. I went inside and he had my drink there. I feel like he charged me the wrong order in purpose because he was acting weird when he was processing my order the other employee that was there with him seem very lost or not paying attention to what he was doing because even my drink ended up wrong anyways. These employees need to be more alert of what they are doing or get retrain to be efficient and treat customers right. I will never come back to this location in the evening shift I usually go in the morning and all employees are very polite and fast with making the orders I had never experienced anything similar to this at this location. I just feel like they need better management at the evening shift. I have been working for customer service for the last 11 years and I cant tell when some one doesnt like doing their job.

Why is this place so slow and terrible on Sundays? All of our drinks were wrong. The drive through took half an hour or more. I dont like leaving bad reviews. But I have been here two times too many and will hopefully never go back.

I always see them busy. My last few order didnt taste good at all. They are always rushing. I wanted extra hot but was luke warm. I think they dont properly read their order and are rushing to help customer. $5+ for coffee is not cheap. And with this degrading quality, i will stay away from this location .

Cant go wrong for a quick bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with your coffee or drink here.

The Safeway store is the Starbucks location is very friendly and clean & fast! Venti mocha extra hot. It was made very well!

I asked for extra Hot Moca but I got some what warm drink. I paid Premium (over $6/ extra shot) and I expect drink quality to be premium too. I went back with my medium warm Moca. Employee (I think her name is Keen) rolled her eyes to me. She did not even had time to acknowledge my issue. WOW!! One more reason to avoid this location.

Traveling through and stopped at this location for lunch.Everything was great except they handed me a leaking drink that dumped caramel on the side of my car and all over my clothing. It was double cupped so I assume they knew it was leaking but the leak was out of the lid not the cup.

I drove 3 miles on my lunch brake and when I opened my bag there was no cream cheese on the bagel and no extra peppermint in my moca . There are no indications that mobile orders are to be picked up on the drive through !

Perfectly fine coffee etc but the store looks like one of the oldest and run down Starbucks that Ive been to. The service was totally fine but Corporate should prioritize this store for a clean up and facelift.

I love working and getting coffee from this Starbucks. To elaborate, I like the atmosphere but the outlet options are limited. Thus theres a small chance all the outlets are taken. The final note is that they have pretty long hours too.

Someone else posted that there are not enough outlets, but I disagree. This Starbucks is quite wallhugger-friendly with a comfortable alcove area with at least 5 double-socket outlets, a community table with 2 double-socket outlets, and a couple more tables with easy access to a single double-socket outlet. More is always better, of course, but this place is well-covered.Most of the staff are entertaining and enjoyable. I love their comeradery.

I went this morning at 5:50 to the drive thru and sat for 4 minutes before leaving because no one took my order. I have been here several times in the past at the same time and ordered. They open at 4:30. As I drove around I saw 2 people working inside and no customers. I guess they just werent in the mood to help a customer at the time. Most days I have no problem getting a coffee at the drive thru but one other tint I had to wait a couple of minutes before being helped.

They always get my dank order wrong!!! Its not so hard to listen to what the costumers order is, that is your job!

Waited in the drive thru today around 1pm. I go through the drive thru because I have a baby who is difficult to lug in and out of the car, so I thought it would be more convenient. I waited 30min trapped in line while my son cried the entire time. When I got to the window, there was not even an apology for the outrageous wait time. This is becoming a consistent issue at this specific location.

The drive thru is horrible here. My wife is a loyal Starbucks customer but she has waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes multiple times. Also going inside the dinning is bad too. It can take a very long time for a coffee to be ready. My wife loves Starbucks but this Starbucks is always disappointing. The service needs a great amount of improvement. Wed like to come back but we go to the new Starbucks in Pinole Valley Rd now. Its service is way better.

I am always treated well with the exception of one female employee. I love going to this Starbucks and seeing all the familiar faces.

Good and accurate customer service

Out of all sugar free syrups and didnt tell me until after went to make drink. Worst frappacino Ive ever had. Think they forgot the actual coffee part. Skinny macchiato with vanilla syrrup with added shot tastes like dishwaster. Spent enough time trying to get my drink figured out due to lack of syrup on hand, didnt want to wait to get both drinks remade with the line building behind me.

The service was quick and friendly the place was small and crowded but the drive through was tended too with attention

Everyone is very nice but their drivethru is always busy and there is always a wait.

To start of the service is good. He did ask me to make it again. But when I went to the drive-throug I ordered two strawberry frappechinos. We were having a friendly conversation and didnt notice that the drinks were as white as the whipped cream.When we came back around to let them know, they made a second batch. That second batch tasted like strawberry at the beginning, and then everything else was bland. It wasnt even blended well and had tons of crushed ice.Bad expiriece.Feel bad about saying that.
