I am not ashamed to say that I exclusively only go to In-N-Out if I can help it for my hamburgers. Although there is always a long line, this location does a fantastic job of getting to all of us quickly. The food is hot and delicious every time. I think they have made some changes to their french fries (for the better) because I liked them more the last few times I have been there. Most days, I do the raw onions, but every once in a while I get the grilled onions on my juicy burger.

The reason i go to In -N-Out restaurant is not only to eat a very delitious hamburger but also to see all those people who work out there. I always see those mostly young food preparers do their job very enthusiastically and i believe they really like what they do, they feel it is important what they do. No surprise, there are always long lines to purchase food from this place.

There are no In-N-Out Burgers in Michigan. I came home for a family event. This home girl was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Order taken was exact, food was fresh and hot! Team members were fun and upbeat. It was good to be home for the INO Burger experience.

You already know the food so the only thing to add is skip the drive thru and order inside as it seems to move faster

The staff is always really nice here. The drive through lines look insane but if you have some time to spare (like if youre not hangry) they go by pretty quickly, its not too much of a wait. I usually dont go inside, everything is always made to order of course and its never a bad experience!

Yes its a local hype burger joint that draws folks from near and far. Truly insane car lines or indoor wait (45min) for a fast food burger. I cannot recommend it but youll do it anyway. Restaurant burgers are better and honestly, faster at this point. But if I could get the food fresh and fast, it might change my tune.

First of all…. WOWWW! I am here right now at 10pm at night and this crew is working together amazingly. There is a line… yes. But I’m telling you this crew is going above and beyond to meet each other’s needs. Oscar and Natalie and Kim are very accommodating and on top of their jobs. I am a business owner myself and would love for this crew to work for me lol! Good Job!!!!

I love eating here at this In N Out. I come here several times a week on my way home from work. Lines are always long but the service is usually quick and although they do get my order wrong from time to time they do go out of their way to correct it.

We originally went to McDonalds on San Pablo in Emeryville. Drive-thru and delivery p/u window only. We left and went to Berkeley McDonald on San Pablo. Beautiful, remodelled, and fast. Inside you could order at the counter or from stand-alone screens. They also had the self-serve soda dispenser that has 20+ choices of Coca-cola sodas (Sprite, Minute-maid soda, Fantas...WOW).

I love In N out, today 8/1/21 around 1230pm, I was kind annoyed by the manager attitude it was a line inside and the drive through, so asked the cashier to call someone to back her up in the second station, the cashier looked stressed and overwhelmed but the manager was helping more in back. The second cashier never showed up I asked to talk to a manager. He came, I told him look at the line you should bring a second cashier, he looked at me and said yes and walked away. That manager has No skills and No knowledge about the operation.

The line is always very very long. Its always a good feeling to get the order at its best. Everything u order is tasty and nicely boxed with chilies and friendly youngWorkers. Love ❤️ In and out. I suggest anyone going never disappointed ever.

What can you say about in and out except consistently good and a good deal for fast food. What keeps in and out from the fifth star is the fries, theyre just okay.

In-N-Out is clearly top tier fastfood quality, but what can truly ruin already good tasting fastfood is the service. This In-N-Out has the best service around with people taking their time to make sure you got everything you came for down to a simple greeting and a smile on your way out. Only downside is if you got through the drive-through on a busy day youll be there 30+ minutes but, let me tell you its completely worth it

I don’t come to this location often except when it’s late and I’m returning from a trip or some sort with friends. Just like every In-N-Out burger joint, it is always packed. The service is nice and fast, but if you’re able to find parking, I would probably recommend you go inside to avoid the lone lines in the parking lot. Great food, good prices.

The staff are always super friendly despite this location aways very busy. I give this place 5 stars as it always busy. Even still the restaurant is always clean, in order and the food comes out relatively fast for how many people they are serving. Thank you for the great food and awesome service.

The fam and I always love us some In&Out. This location has the best French fries I’ve had from any one of their many locations I’ve dined at. If you like a good cheeseburger, hamburger, fries, and a shake this is the spot to be here in CA! Highly recommend checking out any of their locations as you expect greatness from any one of them, imo. For me it’s always two double doubles, animal style, with hot Chile’s. Every time I order it, and every time it either meets or exceeds my expectations.

Best burger you could possibly purchase anywhere in California! Super good location along the freeway I-80 for those who are traveling by car between Sacramento to the Bay Area. Right off the freeway, you could choose to pull up in the drive-thru or park to dine in. Parking lot is a little small and shared with Round Table, I recommend hiding your valuables within sight in the car because it’s known to have car break-ins around.Been here a few times with friends and their burgers are always on point. My go-to is the Double Double burger for a decent price of $4.15 and the register always ask if you would like to customize your burger in any way (onions or no cheese, etc.) and their fries are the most fresh compared to other fast food chains. They cut their potatoes within your eye sight and fry them up for you real fast in one size ($1.95). Awesome In-N-Out, I’ll definitely come back!

The best burger joint in the world. Simply put.

The car line for the drive-thru goes all the way to the gas station & blocks you from parking your car & going inside. Also lots of car windows smashed. Not only does Pinole already have Five Guys, but it has Carls Jr, Burger King, Wendys & In-N-Out on the same street which is too much. They need to put another In-N-Out in Berkeley. Sick of driving 30 minutes through traffic just to find a parking lot that is blocked by cars at the drive-thru. Thank goodness Shake Shack has opened in the Oakland area. Pinole In-N-Out is in the middle of nowhere and is barely in the East Bay being so far north & the Oakland airport In-N-Out is too far from Berkeley!!

Always fast and good option for late night

If youre thinking of a fast food drive thru well In N out is not the place for you matter of fact they should call it ORDER N WAIT instead of IN N OUT SMH. The waiting time for drive thru is usually 30 to 45mins. If you got time take the time to go inside and order you will get your food faster than the drive thru and you can sit and eat also or take your food to the car or to go. The employees are friendly and helpful. Everytime i go to this restaurant i go inside and get my food in less than 10mins. Overall if you got time eat here the burgers are good and the fries are always fresh.

They now have a sign outside that says to be careful with car break ins, the ghetto has taken over Pinole, so sad to see what has happed to such a nice little town.

This was one of the best in and out burgers I’ve been too. The staff was friendly, efficient and was able to accommodate everyone. It is also the fastest I’ve ever gotten food at one. If you want in and out, this is the one to go to.

Normally I come here and service is great. Today it was weird. I ordered 4 cheese burgers and got two made correctly and two with just lettus, onion, tomato, no meat, and no buns. I payed almost 20.00 for this. I felt really jept when I got home. I know your busy, and your job is hard, but please pay attention...

OMG!!! Oh My God!!! I love this place to eat hamburger... really really delicious and fresh. The lines to get there is always long but the reward of this is the delicious hamburger I wait to eat. This is the only one hamburger that I eat it all.I really recommend this place.

I like how they take your order through the speaker phone or when they get really busy wich is always they come to you on the drive through and they really do live up to their name and get you IN N OUT and on to your comfort zone HOME.
