This is a clean great place, customer service is better than churches chicken. Stacy is very helpful and friendly would recommend for promotion.

I went in the office looking for prices on a storage for my future move and the nice lady, I think her name was Tracy or Stacey was very lovely. Super friendly and although she didnt have what I needed, she still helped me and gave me ideas on what I could do. She even put me on a waiting list and said she will call me next week to follow up. I have rented here before under the old manager Bruce so I really want to stay here since Im used to the place and the young lady was so delightful. She smiles a lot and is funny . Awesome customer service.

Absolutely love this place. I use a lot of storage facilities for my business and this one by far passes me expectations.. The property manager Stacy is absolutely amazing super helpful and friendly and gets you set up very quickly… if you’re looking for a storage unit this is the place to be!!

RENTER BEWARE:RENT MAY GO SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER MONTHLY:9/8/2018: Sarah was very helpful. The unit or pricing was as listed. I did NOT receive the advertised $1.00 first month rent but the rate seemed good without using that due to price duration. I was told rate would not change. I had asked how long the rate was good for because it was a good rate that would remain for the foreseeable future. Everything was good. She emailed me the receipt & contract. It was difficult to read there as it was only emailed to me & I only had my phone with me - not a computer. I foolishly trusted Public Storage & this Public Storage representative as she seemed trustworthy.1/28/2019 (less than 6 months later) I received notice of rate increase (25%) & they will not adjust. I did not expect such drastic increases & lack of concern for customers. The lease does state month to month but how could anyone anticipate such drastic rate increases?

Justene was super helpful. She helps me see what size is best for me to move my extra stuff into. I find that the hours of operations are very inconvenient because I get off of work at six.

Bruce went out of his way to help me find the right unit at the best price. Thankfully he convinced me to take a much larger unit than I had thought necessary. But it filled up quickly and there was room to move around.As it turned out, it ended up I didnt need it the full month and he helped me out there too. Not often you walk away happy about the money you spent but his help getting the right stuff ended up making it a bargain.

My husband and I have been customers of Bruce for a few years now. He has always been helpful with suggestions to suit our needs. We make a point to always go in to pay our storage fee in person just to say hi to Bruce. He has excellent customer service and makes you feel like one of the family.

Over a period of 10 plus years I have had 3 units at Public Storage all at the same time. The prices are raised every 6 months. I do understand that the facility has to be kept in good condition at all times, but for long term customers, at some point there should be a cap on rent prices.Bruce, the property manager, who is also the most friendly, helpful and efficient, person keeps the property clean and safe.When my house was destroyed by a water leak and I had to rent another unit, Bruce was there helping with rental space, boxes and other supplies.I for one remain at Public Storage, because of the great management skills of Bruce the manager.

I really appreciated the customer service provided by Bruce, the property manager there. I had a bit of problem with the billing and he was great to resolve it with me and the district manager . He went far beyond what I see people doing, especially these days! He gave me a call to let me know that somehow my payment did not go through and it was resolved without any late payment involved. Both women who helped me Stacey when I first went in and found out how to reserve a unit and Jessica when I went back to view the 10x10 and sign the contract, were super. Im so happy to find such a convenient location with easy unit access also. THANK YOU.

Great service, easy sign up, affordable rates

Real customer service is almost nonexistent these days but not with Bruce. He has been beyond helpful, courteous and has helped make a complicated coordination effort easier. I highly recommend this facility.

The managers name is Bruce and he is the most helpful and kind person you could ask for. I have used their facility for 7 years and Bruce has been like family. Yesterday when I came to my storage to organize it (finally); I noticed a couple of screws were loose on the part where the locking mechanism is on the wall. Long story short when I talked to Bruce about it he didnt hesitate and immediately helped me out. He actually fixed the problem in at the most 7 minutes.
