It had been awhile since I had shopped there, so their new look and furniture line was a beautiful surprise! I had no idea that I could buy amazing, super durable furniture (twin 5 year old boys and 2 large dogs jump and wrestle on it daily!) for such a great price! The customer service was remarkable! It was an awesome experience!!

Have not been in big lots in years. I found a lot of stuff to buy. The big thing I went there for was a new Recliner. I got a beautiful brown soft faux leather chair for under $350 - which includes a 3 yr warranty I purchased. I actually lucked out bcuz although they sell furniture, BigLots does NOT have much in stock. It usually takes up to 6 wks to get anything once you put money down. My new recliner was actually returned the day bfor by someone who decided that they didnt want it. It was still in plastic bag so I didnt have any problem with accepting it. Plus I did still get the warranty. Check out my new chair.FYI - the furniture store that is located rt next door is extremely expensive! I gave them a look bfor I went back to buy it at BigLots.

If only they had more furniture on stock. Other then that . I love going there. Its always so clean and organized.

The people are friendly and they have a lot of nice things but the furniture is not very cheap and I really thought this was a discount store

No sense of urgency at all!! I was in line waiting for the person in front of me to finish... coupons, couldn’t find it needed one... writing a check in this day and age .. entering info.. male cashier took forever and even another associate came up and seen the line.. just went about her business. I left because the person in front of me was waiting on the hold up to purchase a pack of gum... i left can’t deal with incompetence. Never again.

Big Lots has been a favorite store of mine pretty much since I can remember. It was a favorite, must shop at store of my moms too, so I grew up loving Big & Odd Lots stores in any and every town or city that was and is lucky enough to have a Big Lots store. Sadly the Big Lots store in my town closed its doors a few years back, but if Im visiting a town or just passing through and theres a Big Lots nearby, I am most definitely making a pit stop and seeing what thaBig Lots has to offer!

Great furniture prices. Some of their shelf items have gotten a little high. Still a nice sized store. Most often a clean organized shopping experience. If youre out just to shop and spend a little money. Stop in and youll surely find something you want.

The Big Lots in Piqua is really nice, lots of cool stuff, they redid the store and its very nicely done. I will go back there many times. Its definitely worth the trip there

Great prices! Im still irritated that they took our store out in Sidney. Everytime I am in Piqua I go to Big Lots and am always thrilled with the prices!! Love the end caps where all the super cheap stuff is.

They have changed it alot..locally..looks more like Walmart.. problem is a Walmart is in the same shopping strip.. so not sure what I would go there for now??

I travel a lot between Mason Ohio to Sidney Ohio and this store is a really nice store for a small town it is clean exceptional Pleasant staff and they always seem to have what I need at the smaller store pleasant surprise

Prices are great, selection is pretty good, customer service is hit or miss. Some associates are super friendly, while others are flat out rude. One cashier in particular - if she is working, I go elsewhere. Shes that bad. Luck of the draw.

Have a nice variety of furniture and bedding really decent prices and there is a woman named raychel who works in the furniture department who is very easy on the eyes and very helpful shes knowlegable and was a big help on my recent purchase of furniture

Their furniture is the best for the money. Ive had very expensive name brand furniture and But lots is just as good and usually better for tons less.

Ive always loved BigLots, it offers a wide selection of merchandise ranging from furniture to food. The snacks and food are a way better deal than youll find anywhere. It is a less known bersion of Wal-Mart with WAY better deals. Great selection of furniture, cleaning supplies and even cosmetics. Check this place out before you run to Wal-Mart next time.
