Stopped by the Walmart Super Center to pickup a new fishing pole, some bait and a temporary Ohio fishing license. The staff at the sporting goods department were really helpful and answered every question that I had with ease. They were helpful and friendly and took the time to make sure that I was taken care of in a professional and thoughtful manner. Nice job Walmart! As Always, Enjoy!

I love Walmart... They have just about anything you need for the right price. The workers could be more helpful and friendly. But I dont go cause of them .. I go cause I love it..

In general, I love all Walmart facilities. The biggest issue I have is they never have the motorized scooters for handicap individuals! You have to wait for long periods of time to get one. They have very few in all stores. They know this and always respond that corporate knows and there is nothing they can do. Another thing I have noticed is every time I go it seems like their prices have increased. This may be happening everywhere because of the economy.

Its a nice store and location but they have been very low in stock within several different areas of the store and that has been consistent the last 3 times Ive been there.

Today I had a good time their. I got a scooter right off an found everything I was looking for. Even though I had forgot a couple of things.

It was the worst Walmart experience I ever had! There is nobody on the cash register. It was all do it yourself. One of the ladies had pity on me when I told her I wasnt too happy because I just had a hand surgery, and wasnt able to really scan and put in a bag. So bless your heart she did help me and I thank her for that. However, I doubt that Ill ever go back. Whatever theyre doing in there only confuses people which adds to and already tense experience.

Fast stop, reasonable prices, self check out, a breeze. Nice 15 minute stop

In stock isnt very good for the grocery side, unfortunately. Do not bother trying to call as they will not answer or will pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Walmart, unsurprisingly, went down hill.

Construction & rearranging the store makes it a challenge, but the people who work here are pleasant to customers.

Very upset with Wal Mart the shelves were empty and they moved everything around a little but this remodel is a joke the inside is anything but cheerful its dull and ugly the signs for the isles havent been moved to coincide with the stock that is there, everything is in disarray the shelves are terrible and a mess the worst thing is the checkouts are absolutely horrible they have taken over half of them out and they took the extra floor space and put more Ugly shelves in it will take forever to get checked out now, screwing lots of cashiers out of their jobs these self checkouts suck and older people and young ones dont know how to use them anyway they area cheap cheapass company and the boring colors resemble a communist warehouse the troy store outdoor colors are hideous its terrible some one running this remod is colr blind where are the cheerful colors ??? Im very disappointed and i know other people are too where is all the merchadise??? Im going to take my money to sidney walmart at least its still a nice friendly store !!!!

Depends on the day whether youll get good customer service or shifty customer service.

I enjoy going to Walmart and shopping.. But I do think that their customer service has really gone downhill and not too many of their workers seem to be friendly at all anymore. Quite a different place

Walmart 1300 E. Ash St. Piqua, Ohio 45356 had everything my wife and I was looking for! I realize that because of COVID-19 things are not back to normal YET, but some times we have to go further to get what we want and thats ok, but they had what we were looking for and we are grateful!

The one in Piqua, Oh was decent. The only complaint was other customers that looked like they rarely see different ethnicity even though I saw some but few black people in the community.

Its Walmart what can you say I mean everything is pretty reasonablely cheap compared to other stores but whether they have it in stock is a whole different question and finding somebody to help you with like anything else you have to hunt for somebody half the time other than that you can find just about anything

They need to quit moving stuff around and worry about empty bread shelves and wilted soft vegetables. They have the same issues constantly.

The store in Piqua was a mess. Not sure if they are reorganizing or what but shelves were empty, large open areas in middle of store, very limited with selection of clothes, down maybe 50%. If they are reorganizing a sign to let the customers know might be useful.

Always appreciate still seeing people instead of self serve lanes. Thank you for not converting yet.

Walmart was it’s usual busy self today! I had an uncomfortable situation though in which I simply could not find the Gatorade I needed and I was super stressed!!! 🙁 Hey!!! I can’t have everything I want I guess hopefully you were able to laugh or chuckle a bit! Be safe out there my friends!!

Usual Walmart. Location is decent because if they don’t have something, you can always go to Troy or Urbana

Wal-Mart needs to step up their produce game. Besides that, its like every other Wal-Mart, so I have to give it credit for the mere convenience.

Check out is a nightmare, especially if you have purchases that require ID, or an item that wont scan.

With most of the stores around here being remodeled it seems like there selection is suffering. Plus its not easy to find what youre looking for.

Good store but appears to be lowering inventory across a broad spectrum merchandise.

The Piqua Wal-Mart does not have enough staff at the registers. The lady who helped me check out my stuff was very nice and pleasant. There were only 3 check outs open and shoppers were 4-5 deep and the self check line was even longer! Employ more people!

This place had the most open lanes Ive ever seen in a Wal-Mart. In and out.

Right now every thing is being redone to many self checkout which my husband doesnt like Im ok with them if I dont have a bunch of stuff but if I do than Id rather go thru a reg.lane

Well stocked. Easy to find what I needed. Be prepared to show your receipt and your purchased stuff.

Its OK but I dont like how they moved everything and to many self checkout lanes also on a busy day the shelves should have been stocked every isle had someone stocking shelves

They are cutting employees what was fast service is now slow as a turtle taking out cash registers putting in self checkouts why have any employees if you are taking away jobs sure it wasnt great before you didnt have to put 20 lanes in and open only 2 or 3 lot of registers probably are new barely used cause in 20 years never opened over 5 stations even at Christmas and talk about empty shelves WOW THAT IS HERE if you need it go to Sidney or Troy they have it not here.

They seem to hardly have what I want and need. They dont have prices on the merchandise. I have to use my Walmart app to get prices on things. Then they dont have many registers open!. The store is starting to look dirty and none of the merchandise is pulled forward. I usually have to go on walmart.com to order what I want.

Were passing thru and needed to get tires balanced at the auto service. The guy who did handed me my keys had the nerve to tell me he heard we were having trouble keeping weights on and he made sure he put them on right the 1st time even stated he had trouble putting them on....When I go to leave my husband checks the wheels and the weights fell right off on 2 of the tires we had them redo the balancing. Not happy with the lack of basic knowledge on something so simple.

Was able to get everything my list and the everyone was wearing masks and they stayed their distance. The checkout girl ran our groceries through fast.

I ordered 3 items for pick up. 11.5 hours later, its not ready. called to get a handle on the situation, the lady that answered the phone at 7:09pm was rude and unhelpful. she gave me another number to call, that didnt even ring through 2 times. I will not be going to this store anymore.

Piqua walmart is trash. Doesnt open until 7am what a joke

I’m very upset with this location. This has been my favorite Walmart for years. They do not have a designated gluten free section anymore. Nor can I find my usual gluten free crackers, cookies, and pretzels. They do have a small freezer gluten free section. That’s it. I was told that the other gluten free items were just mixed in with everything else. THEY AREN’T. Looks like I’ll have to drive farther and go to Urbana’s Walmart.

One of the best walmarts around, very clean and nice employees.

Love this store. They keep it clean and usually well stocked. However they dont carry as much as say one of the bigger city stores. And there is usually only one cashier after 7-8 pm.

Store was clean and uncluttered. Only thing i dont like is the one entrance. It makes it harder for those of us on oxygen to get to the pharmacy. Maybe add a few newer mobile carts!! Theres rarely one charged.

My favorite part about the Piqua Walmart is that it is the only Walmart in all of the area between Troy and Lima that sells Pan Sobado - a Hispanic sweet bread that is one of my absolute favorites. I love that they make this in their bakery, and for that reason, it is worth the 40 minute drive from my home.

I have always had great customer service at this location. I have been disappointed not to find certain products or a few times been let down by the produce but overall I can trust to have a pleasant shopping experience and get all the things I need.

Today (2/10/21) I was at the Piqua Walmart. I stood at the jewelery counter for quite some time. A young man called for customer service for jewelery department. The employee that came to answer the page, walked right past me and went to another customer. When she was ask if she needed assistance, she replied no. The employee then left the department. Not once did she offer any assistance to me. I stood there dumbfounded! Couldnt believe how rudely I was treated.The cashiers were wonderful. You may need to retrain the employees on the floor!!

Worst walmart Ive ever been to. If you dont show your receipt (not.that you are legally obligated to) they will physically stop you from leaving the store. They racially profile. They have no customer service whatsoever. Poorly trained staff

Good selection, decent prices. Too cheep management, want to push self checkout. Deliberately posting 14 of 18 checkouts closed. This is at peak time of 6 PM.Otherwise the people are helpful.

This store is MUCH cleaner and better staffed than the store in Troy. Staff was more abundant and willing to assist if needed and a lot more polite than the staff at the Troy store. I live in Troy and will be going to the Piqua store from now on. Also the Piqua store was better stocked than the Troy store.
