Overpriced, and not good quality of furnitureBought a sofa there 5 months ago. Seat cushions already flattened. I went to see about exchanging it out for a new one. Told me I would have to call on Tuesday and speak to Steve the manager. Doesnt anyone make a solid firm one cushion seat and back. I miss Nebraska furniture mart..

Good place to look around. The lady at the counter was helpful without being pushy. She gave us plenty of space to look without pressuring us into a sale.

I have shopped many stores in and around Pittsburg, KS, but none of them have impressed me as much as Westco, of Pittsburg. When you first enter the store, you are greeted warmly which gives you the feeling of really being welcome. Most all of my dealings in this store have been with Gary, the manager, who is very impressive, in that he has great business acumen and knowledge of his merchandise. He gives one a feeling of confidence that they have been treated honestly and fairly during a purchase of merchandise.

Great customer service. Delivered my refrigerator and brought it in my house without charging extra like Sears in Pittsburg or Heidricks in Girard.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in took about 5 minutes for someone to come say anything and all they were doing was sitting at the counter. Wr asked them if they had something. The salesman looked at my friend like he wasnt nothing and said now we dont and walked away. We continued to walk around. I was asking questions but no one answered me and just looked at us like wr didnt matter. Yes I was in sweatd and a t shirt. But it was my day off and I was comfortable. I will never do business with this Westco

They are bad place to go they dont approve anybody. Also they take forever to do anything
