Store layout smooth flowing and easy to navigate. Aisles were clearly labeled and organized. Restrooms were well stocked but could use a little attention on cleanliness. I was able to quickly find what I needed for my project. I went to customer service/store pick up area to pick up a previous online order, the service associate quickly pulled up my order and called to the warehouse to bring it out and was out within a couple minutes. While I was waiting on Warehouse associate, the service associate offered to check out my current purchases for me at the same register. Great team members and a really nice store here in Pittsburgh, California.

The Home Depot is located at 2300 North Park Boulevard in Pittsburg California. Today I needed to repair my kitchen drawer, get some Citrus Fertilizer for our lemon tree, and look for some floor tile for an area of the floor that needs to be replaced. Lol, as you can tell I have projects to do and home depot has most of the things that I needed. Unfortunately the didnt have the liquid citrus fertilizer that I was looking for but the wonderful sales associate looked up the company that carried the product that I was looking for. Thanks Home Depot much appreciated.

Nice to know they offer military discounts🇺🇸🌎🇺🇲. If you get the right floor rep its easier to find the items you need. You literally can find anything here. Their online store has WAY more to offer though👌🏽 youll be surprised.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews for places, as I have worked retail and understand how swamped people can be. This store, however, takes the cake in terrible customer service. If I could rate it lower, I would. On multiple occasions I have been here, and have walked around looking for someone to help. Once I do, I get tossed around from person to person, and eventually end up leaving without receiving any actual help. After today’s visit, I think I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll go out of my way to go elsewhere for what I need.

Carol at returns was very rude to the customer in front of me and then she was rude and the opposite of helpful to me also. I do not appreciate it. Maybe she’s having a bad day but she definitely made mine worse. Good store tho.

Shopping there wasnt bad it quick and easy only thing was that you had to go through self-checkout.

If I could rate lower than one I would. I called three separate times for the same item.1st call Got transfered to different department than what I was asking for. Second time calling was on hold for 23 minutes and no answer. Third time was another 20 minute hold with no answer. Im calling about paint. The person isnt blowing glass or building a house. They should be able to answer a phone call at the longest wait of 8 minutes. That is ample time to get color descriptions or help customer find something. This has got to be the worst store ever. Its so close to the house and our prices ace hardware or I would never return.

Great experience. Vincent helped me with most all of my finds. Vincent was very knowledgeable concerning the products and best buys. Very nice and accommodating. Paint shop great experience as well. Another associate helped me with the multi pro latter. Im a very satisfied customer.

If you know what you want and exactly where it is located. And then are still willing to spend an extra 20 minutes finding it, because of the shelves being disorganized or stocked incorrectly. This is your store. Also its a great place to shop if you want to be covered in dust and dirt just after walking in. Everything in the store has a film of Grey dirt. Air conditioning is non-existent, temperature in store is usually only a few degrees lower than outside. Most employees I have absolutely no idea about the department they work in. If you need something cut in Lumber or Plumbing, be ready to wait for them to have to find a manager that knows the code or has the key. I would generally avoid the store unless you are used to all of the above conditions.

Out of all the Home Depot locations I have visited, this location has the best customer service in all departments, it is always clean and everything is where it should be and labeled correctly.

Like a candy store or a mall for a woman. I just want to buy everything. Prices are okay, better to go during holidays for big buys like tools and what not. The help, the employees, are hit and miss, most the time they dont know what youre talking about, or steer you in the wrong directions or give you false info. The dude that cuts the wood in pittsburg.....smh helllllla slow, just takes his time, it took him about 4 mins to move 2 pieces of wood 1 x 1 plywood to move it from where he cut it to the customers shopping cart, the cuts themselves took him 10 mins, he must have measured 6 times and then cut. I ended up leaving and cut the wood I needed cut, 8 2x6s with a hand saw. Anyways good selection, can be pricey. But better than lowes in my opinion.

Horrible customer service at check out. There is no structure in this store. Representatives behind counter on their phones laughing and joking not paying no mind to long line of customers waiting to be helped. Customer service side anyway. They need a direct line for online out up and a direct line for customer service. That would help with customers being cut in line and nobody knowing where to stand to be helped. This experience was not a good one. I will visit a different home depot in the future

This store is fully stocked, however you pay 1 to 2 $ more than sister stores near by.

This store is moderately busy all the time, sometimes packed, I can always get through in a timely manner. Lots of parking. Never full.

If you are just browsing at your leisure,I recommend informing a staff member up front. This is a store that has been hit by theives daily. They are courteous and helpful within their departments,but you wont get much direction to anything outside of that.Unless of course you were just browsing and failed to heads up an Orange shirt and you have a security guard hanging around to see why your taking so long.Maybe because of location and I tend to go in the evening, it just seems blah .It used to be challenging and fun to go to Home Depot,but since Covid hit it feels sterile and plain.

I didnt go in I bought two steak tacos and two pastor tacos and a carnita Super Burrito and a pineapple water from the taco truck starts with a I cant remember the full name it is amazing I think every man should drink the pineapple water from there at least every other day if not every day for the tacos are delicious!

Found what we wanted but was unable to wait a week for delivery

I was looking for simple clamps. I asked 4 different sales people that I had to hunt down.They each gave me the wrong aisle to check.The key- maker finally steered me to the right place. It took almost an hour to make a simple purchase.No one offers help in this store, and when you can stop someone, they rarely know the merchandise or location.Most of the sales staff hang around talking together. No one seems to be charge there.

Im in this place far more than I care to admit lol. Went in today and was assisted by Jeremy who overhead me asking another worker for help. That person only pointed me in the direction but Jeremy took it upon himself to come to the aisle and discuss my options. I was very impressed because I was overwhelmed with the product choices. So nice to see people really take their job and customer service seriously. Kudos Jeremy 😀. Im Going to be looking for him the next time I visit this store.

Dont even bother ordering anything online and fall for the: Curbside Pickup 1. They will never go to your car and deliver anything, nor they care.2. After burning my hour lunch from work for that useless system, I was then guided to a broken locker to pick it up myself. Problem is, locker is broken and not taking codes.Best advice: only if you got time, please just drive yourself and it is way faster to just do the shopping yourself. Some workers are busy on their smart phones anyway. No customer support is running effectively there. Need help? Just go somewhere else. Unless you are a pro and already know your stuff. My boss was already waiting for me to come back to the jobsite and spent all this time there almost for nothing. Was not even able to eat lunch.

Employees not very helpful last time I visited

Despite the website saying they not only sell it in store but have it in stock, they did not have cans of compressed air. We followed the on-site isle guide to find the item. It was not where it was indicated to be. Several employees that we asked for guidance didnt seem to even know what compressed aerosol air is. Treat, train and pay your employees better; youll be able to retain more quality employees that are more than a warm body.

Asked for assistance at the customer service desk in lumber and waited 7 min. Another associate passing by the area asked her to call for assistance. She also made announcements over intercom for assistance in aisle 28. Waited another 10 minutes finally someone showed up.

I was able to purchase the manure I wanted without a lot of pushy sales people hassling me.

Visited the garden section. It has a varieties of herb plants, tomatoes. It was on special for a good price for $10 for 4 containers.

Curbside pickup worked great. Ordered online. They emailed order ready in less than an hour included instructions for curbside pickup. Drove to the store and parked in a designated spot. I was about to text per the instructions when an employee walked up got our order info. He went in and brought our order. We were gone in just a few minutes. Ill try this store again as I liked it.

Stopped by to pick up an online order, it was messed up, it was not picked despite the fact I was notified it was ready. The staff at the customer service desk and Oscar the manager sorted it out - Thank you.Kudos to that, errors happen, how staff handles it is what counts!

Over the past year or so this Home Depot has become very hostile to women. Its actually the females that work there and a specific manager named Orzo or something like that. I didnt have a problem at this location until this manager started working here. But since then Ive had multiple incidents that are just beyond comprehension in their level of unprofessional behavior, and only while he is working.

For myself Ive always liked shopping at Home Depot lot better than Lowes and a dog friendly place.

Great service at checkout 👌👍 Money first. Hard to get something specific since most floor associates have their music playing others on their phones. Maybe looking at the home depot app because thats where they lead me to.

I enjoy coming to this home depot. Staff are very friendly. Everyone at customer service and pro desk are great and very helpful. I never wait more than a few minutes max before Im helped out with my online orders and am out of the store in no time!

They got what I need 98% of the times I go there. Way better than Lowes for plumbing parts. Home depot is more of a contractor type while Lowes is a homeowner do it yourselfer store.

This Home depot targets women specifically. When I went in there I was harassed, and they were going to make me wait for ever at the customer service until I found someone at self checkout to help me that wasnt apart of their pecking order. There was also a lady in line next to me at the customer service that had like 8 employees surrounding her and being verbally aggressive because she was trying to make a return.

Had a horrible experience with home depot delivery. I bought in stock washer and dryer to be delivered following week. Get a call from the delivery company that my order will be delivered in 1 month. I was shocked. They oversold their inventory? I wouldnt have purchased the items had they not be available. Took me hours to get a solution . I have no faith that the new repurchased items will be delivered 3 days from now....

I usually dont shop the Pittsburg Ca Home Depot because there is one closer to my house. But I did an online order and thats where the order was delivered. With that being said I was super happy with the service received from curb side pick up staff. Lillian was super friendly and helpful. The store is cleaner and not as busy as the Brentwood store.

Very disorganized. I asked 4 different employees where I could find the item I was looking for and I got 4 different answers. After looking in all the locations they sent me to and never finding it I finally went to Lowes and asked them for the same item. They walked me to the correct place and found the item that I wanted.

After 9 months of construction, my contractor and I attempted to return all of extra supplies. Ms. Terin and her supervisor at the returns desk are ***ABSOLUTELY*** PRICELESS!!!!They were EXTREMELY helpful and through the masks, I could see smiles and a true want to help us!!!I will be doing more business with my local Pittsburg Homedepot just because of them!!!!!

This place is usually stocked and staff is very helpful. Watch out for stupid people pulling out of the parking lot, they never watch for oncoming traffic.
